A.N. — I've got February 1-6 fully filled out, but not the next two days. So, ideas anyone? Today, though, is back to another USJ villain (there's 30 of them named, sheesh) after three characters in a row who were all rather noteworthy.
29. Hanzo Suiden
Hanzo gave his quirk a basic name, Water Manipulation, so his foes wouldn't know exactly what was coming. Being underestimated let him get the drop on opponents who weren't expecting much. But Hanzo didn't like having that turned around on him at the USJ.
Three UA students had been warped onto the ship in the Flood zone, but he was holding the others back from attacking because, regrettably, they weren't briefed on who they'd be facing. In his element, yet hamstrung, Hanzo seethed at floating idle. Despite being the one preaching caution, he attacked first, and consequently got dunked on.
