Luna woke up next to Sam when the morning sun shone through her window the next day.

"Happy birthday, my dear Lunes…" Sam says to Luna.

Luna smiles at Sam. "Thanks, Sammy." She then lets out a big yawn and sits up in bed. She then climbs out of bed and shoves her bare feet into her purple slippers.

Sam begins to get out of bed.

"You must be excited…" Sam says. and then she shoves her feet into her teal slippers.

"Yeah, I am!" Luna says. She heads to her own bathroom and begins to take a shower.

She then puts on a white sleeveless shirt with a purple sequined skull on it, purple plaid skinny jeans, and dark purple boots. She then takes out a pair of silver crescent moon earrings, putting one on each ear. She sprays herself with her "Essence Of Swagger" perfume and puts on her Mick Swagger jacket before going downstairs.

Luna emerges downstairs, not seeing anything for her as she wanders the house.

She soon enters the dining room and sees a birthday breakfast made for her.

"Whoa…" Luna says, a bit surprised.

"Happy Birthday, Luna, my sweet angel." Charity says.

"Happy 16th birthday!" Luke says.

"This is unbelievable…" Luna says. "Thank you, everyone…"

"You're welcome." Luke says as Luna tastes the waffles.

"This is really good." Luna says.

"Well, thank you, sweetie. Do you have plans for today?" Charity asks Luna.

"Yeah." Luna says.

"Don't forget about your Rockin' 16 party later, sweetheart." Charity says. "It's going to be a lot of fun!"

"I can't wait!" Luna says as she soon finished eating.

At the Loud house, Rita is sad as she reads the birthday card she would have given Luna.

Lisa came up to her. "Morning, Mommy!" Lisa says as Rita raises an eyebrow.

"Why are you sad?" asked Lisa.

Rita glares at Lisa.

"You did this, you kicked Luke out!" Rita says.

Lisa looked scared and startled.

"Lori, what happened to Lisa?" Rita asked. "Tell me!"

"She drank a serum so she could act her age. Mom, you didn't accept Lisa for who she was. Now, this happened." Lori says. "But, yeah, why are you sad, Mom?"

"It's Luna's birthday…" Rita sobbed as Lynn Sr attempted to comfort her. "I have to miss her turning 16…"

Everyone else feels bad.

Rita looks at Lynn Sr angrily.

"Some father and husband you turned out to be! you locked Luke out, now we lost him, Luna, and Lucy!" Rita says. "You also made me miss the start of Luna's 16th birthday! You are so heartless!"

"I'm sorry, okay?" Lynn Sr says.

Rita takes Lily and begins to pack their things "I'm leaving. It's over." Rita says. "Have fun with the 'luck-mongers', because I'm done dealing with this!"

"Mommy! Don't go!" Lisa sobbed.

"And why shouldn't I go? You kids are to blame for Luke, Luna, and Lucy being gone!" Rita says.

"Please!" Leni sobbed.

"Luna is turning 16 and I was planning her birthday party. But now I can't give that to her because of YOU!" Rita points to Lynn Jr in anger.

Lynn Jr looked ashamed.

Rita leaves with Lily, heading to her father's house.

Meanwhile, Luna was with Sam, listening to the album Luke gave her.

"I see your old family is falling apart." Sam says.

"Yeah, without Luke as their 'punching bag', they have nothing." Luna says. "They've hurt Luke for the last damn time…"

"Lunes, what they did to Luke was and always will be unforgivable." Sam says. "Luke did not deserve any of that."

Meanwhile, Lynn Sr's life begins to fall apart as he is drinking and sobbing.

"I have no wife anymore." He sobbed as Lori sighed.

"Okay, guys, Dad's not going to cook. I'm ordering pizza." Lori says.

Luan nods. "Sounds good."

"I call meat lovers!" Lincoln says.

Lori orders pizza for lunch.

Later that day, Luna was getting ready for her birthday party.

Luke was preparing his surprise gift for Luna as Lucy watched him.

"What did you make for her, Luke?" Lucy asked.

"A DVD collection that contains all of Luna's favorite rock & roll songs." Luke says. "She's going to love this. Did you get her something, Luce?"

Lucy looks down ashamed.

"No, I couldn't think of one. I'm a bad sister…" Lucy says and goes into her room.

Luke looks at Lucy, then goes to get ready.

Rita walks through town with Lily.

Lily looked a bit upset.

"What's wrong, sweetie?" Rita says.

"Wuke…" Lily says

"I miss him, too, sweetheart." Rita says to Lily.

The other siblings were munching on pizza as they looked sad. Lynn decided to watch TV.

"You tore our family apart, Lynn!" Luan says in anger.

"Tell me something I don't know." Lynn says before heading out.

Lori grabs Lynn. "Not so fast!"

Lynn pushed Lori back.

"Leave me!" Lynn says "I'm going to get Lucy back." Lynn says and leaves.

Luke had just finished setting up Luna's Sweet 16 party with Charity's help. Luna comes down in a purple rock & roll-themed dress. Sam blushed, wearing a blue dress.

"Happy birthday, sis." Luke says.

"Thanks, Luke." Luna says with a smile as she hugs Luke.

Lucy was too ashamed to come down and stayed in her room.

Luna looks around the party and notices her friends and smiles.

"This party rocks!" Luna says to her friends.

Lucy frowned and watched from the vents and looked ashamed before tearing up a bit.

Sully was playing music.

Luna grins. "I love this song!"

She then starts dancing with Sam.

Meanwhile Lynn was walking around thinking where Lucy could be.

She approaches the gates to Huntington Manor. She notices the house itself is illuminated with purple floodlights.

Lynn snuck inside using a ninja disguise and snuck into Lucy's room as Lucy was writing poems.

"Lucy!" Lynn said and hugged her.

"What are you doing here, Lynn?" Lucy asked nervously.

"To take you back, come on." Lynn says and took her hand a bit roughly.

"Lynn, no." Lucy says.

"Come on, Luce, let's bail already. We don't need you getting bad luck." Lynn says as that seemed to cause Lucy to snap.

"Also, what's with the glasses?" Lynn asked as Lucy tried to free herself from Lynn's hold and kicked Lynn.

"LEAVE ME ALONE!" Lucy says.

"Awesome, you got tougher, too…" Lynn says.

Lucy was shaking as her heartbeat rose. She was trying to breathe, but couldn't as she huffed and puffed. Her vision was blurry as she struggled to stand.

Luke calls the authorities as he takes care of Lucy. Lynn took out a bat and whacked Luke's leg with it, causing Luke to scream in pain and drop Lucy. "This is your fault!" Lynn shouted at Luke.

Sutton Sharp soon enters the house and restrains Lynn while Tristan Pingrey takes the bat as evidence.

"Let's go, punk!" Sutton says as he takes Lynn out in handcuffs and other restraints.

"Let me go!" Lynn shouts.

"We'll let you go, all right. In jail!" Tristan says as Sutton loads Lynn in the squad car. They drive off with Lynn in tow.

Luna is now sobbing against Sam.

"S-Sam, sh-she h-h-hurt L-Luke a-again…." Luna cries, shaking.

Sam rubbed her hair. "It's okay, Lunes. Luke is strong. He'll make it through." Sam says as the ambulance comes.

The doctors come in and check Luke's injuries. His left leg was in a lot of pain.

"He won't be able to walk for a month." the doctor says.

Luna is now enraged that Lynn got in to begin with and vows to get her revenge.

Luke soon gives Luna her gift as everyone is now in the living room to watch Luna open her Sweet 16 gifts.

Luna sees the new music DVD collection Luke got her.

"Luke, this is incredible!" Luna says, grinning. "Thank you!"

Luke smiles a bit before going back to sobbing.

"Hey, hey….I'm here. Every little thing will be all right now…." Luna says, holding Luke. "Lynn is going to pay for this. All of it. But I know that I have to stay strong for you." Luna says to Luke.

After gifts, it was time to gather for cake and ice cream in the dining room. While Charity went to get the cake, Luke decided to make a speech.

"Can I have your attention?" Luke asked.

Everyone stops talking and looks at Luke.

"Today is a special day for my favorite sister, Luna. Today she turns 16. We are all glad to have her around, she is the best music player I've ever met, and I'm glad to have her as a sister. Happy birthday, Luna." Luke says.

Luna smiles. "Thank you, Luke. You're so good to me."

Charity enters with a purple guitar-shaped cake, 16 candles lit.

Luna gasped. "It's beautiful! I love it so much!"

"Luke helped make it." Luke says.

"I love it even more now." Luna smiles and hugs Luke.

Luke begins singing as the others follow suit. Luna smiles and begins to sing along.

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Luna…Happy birthday to you!" Everyone sang.

"Are you 1? Are you 2? Are you 3? Are you 4? Are you 5? Are you 6? Are you 7, are you 8, are you 9, are you 10, are you 11, are you 12, are you 13, are you 14, are you 15, are you 16!" Everyone chanted. Luna smiled with tears of joy in her eyes.

"Make a wish and blow out the candles, Lunes!" Sam says, smiling at Luna.

Luna wishes for Luke to get well soon, then she blows out all sixteen candles in a single breath as everyone cheers. Luke cheers the loudest. Luna cuts the first slice of cake and soon serves the rest of it with Sam's help.

"Lucy?" Charity says and goes to Lucy's room and sees Lucy looking upset.

"I'm a horrible sister, I couldn't get her a gift." Lucy says

"It's all right. I'm sure she'll forgive you, but why couldn't you just write a poem, sweetie?" Charity asks.

"Without Lincoln, I can't rhyme." Lucy says.

Charity helps Lucy write a poem for Luna.

"Thank you." Lucy says.

After Luna's guests leave, Lucy comes to Luna with a poem in her hands.

"My lute is awake! Perform the last

Labour that thou and I shall waste,

And end that I have now begun;

For when this song is sung and past,

My lute be still, for I have done.

As to be heard where ear is none,

As lead to grave in marble stone,

My song may pierce her heart as soon;

Should we then sigh or sing or moan?

No, no, my lute, for I have done…" Lucy read.

Luna smiles. "Luce-Change, I absolutely love it. You're a brilliant poet."

"I couldn't have done it without moth- I mean Miss Huntington's help." Lucy says.

"It was my pleasure, sweetie." Charity says.

"I gotta help Luke get ready for bed. Good night, Luce-Change." Luna says, kissing Lucy's forehead before going to Luke.

Luke was struggling to put on his Ace Savvy pajamas. Luna comes in and helps Luke into his pajamas, then tucks him into bed.

Luna was going to go, but Luke held her arm, sniffling.

"Luna can't leave Luke!" Luke sobbed. "Luke is scared!"

"Okay, I'll stay with you." Luna says.

"Hey, Luke." Lucy says appearing out of nowhere.

Luke tearfully looks at Lucy.

"You want me to sleep with you?" Lucy asked Luke.

"I'm not sure if there is enough space on this bed for 3 people…." Luna says.

Luke looks at the two of them. "It's a king sized bed. There's plenty of room…" he says.

"Okay, sure. Wait, you're scared too, aren't you?" Luna asked as Lucy slowly nodded.

"I couldn't breathe earlier." Lucy says, shaking at the thought of Lynn.

"Okay, I'll protect you two with my life, like a guardian." Luna says, knowing she had to protect her siblings.

Luna soon reads "Ace Savvy vs. The Card Countess" to Luke and Lucy, then the three of them fall asleep in Luke's bed.

Rita sobs bitterly inside her father's house. Lily was asleep in a nest of blankets on Albert's bed. Rita and Albert were drinking chamomile tea in the living room and talking.

"I know that LJ is in jail now. I missed Luna's 16th birthday. And the family is torn apart….and what's to blame here?! That stupid 'bad luck' that the others can't get out of their minds!" Rita says, still upset.

"I never should have trusted Lynn. He was a bad father. The only good part about all this is that Luke is safe and okay." Albert says.

"I already filed for divorce." Rita says as she sighed. "I miss Luna, she was so energetic. I miss Lucy, and I regret what I did to her. I shouldn't have forced her to keep her hair like that. Now that I think about it, that is one of the reasons she went emo. The other was because no one wanted to be around her…I should have never gone on that damn trip!" Rita says.

Meanwhile, Lisa crawled towards Lori.

"Wori?" Lisa asked as she reached for Lori's shirt. Lori gasped and slapped Lisa who cried like a baby.

"Oh, no! Lisa, it's okay, I'm so sorry!" Lori says.

Lori begins to warm up some milk. She then feeds it to Lisa.

"This literally can't get any worse…" Lori says as there was breaking news on the living room TV.

"This just in. There was an attack at Huntington Manor earlier tonight during a celebration that was taking place there. Witnesses saw a girl in a ninja costume come in through one of the upstairs windows. The girl then proceeded to attack a 9-year old girl and forcefully drag her out of the room, claiming to want to take her away. When a 10-year old boy tried to intervene, the girl attacked the boy's left leg with a baseball bat. The police showed up and made an arrest in this situation, restraining the girl and taking her bat as evidence in this case. Police sergeant Sutton Sharp has identified the attacker as Lynn Loud Jr." Katherine says.

Luan and the others gasp in shock upon hearing this.

"We should have seen this coming." Lincoln says.

"Things are getting worse. Dad just got fired today." Luan says.

"How do you know?" Lori asked Luan.

"The bank took possession of the restaurant and everything in it. Dad was devastated when he saw that Lynn's Table was no more. Kotaro and Rudy stopped being friends with him as soon as the restaurant closed for good today." Luan explained.

Lori was rocking Lisa. "That's literally awful." She says.

"It can't get any worse, right?" Lana asked.

All of a sudden, screaming can be heard ringing through the house.

"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Leni's voice screamed from the parent's room. Everyone ran in to see a horrific sight. Lynn Sr was left hanging on a noose with blood dripping from his mouth.

Lola vomited as she had tears in her eyes. Lori's mind began to wander as she held her head. She then put her hands on her knees. Lori could feel some substance from her stomach and tries to hold it back, but it was useless as Lori vomited as well before she fainted.

"We need help Clyde, come in." Lincoln says.

Clyde answers immediately. "What's going on, buddy? Is everything all right?"

"No, our family is really shattered. Luna, Luke and Lucy were taken by Child Services and placed in a new home, Mom left and took Lily with her, Lynn attacked Luke and got arrested for it, then my d-dad kicked the bucket…" Lincoln says as he starts crying.

"I'll explain everything to my dads. You guys can't stay in your house tonight." Clyde says to Lincoln.

"Thanks, buddy." Lincoln says.

Lori soon begins to stir. "What happened?" Lori asked.

"We're going to the McBrides' house. Pack what you can, then we'll head there. Howard McBride set up a place for us to sleep." Lincoln says.

Lori wordlessly nods. "Come on, Lisa." Lori says, picking Lisa up. "Everything will be OK, I hope. I'll try and call Luna." Lori says.

"It's late, Lori. We need to worry about getting some sleep." Lincoln says as he comes down with a suitcase full of clothes, a few comics, Bun-Bun, and a blanket from his bed. The others soon followed suit, carrying luggage of their own.

They head to the McBride house, where Harold lets them in. Lola, Lana, Leni, and Luan settle themselves on the air mattresses that Howard set up in the living room, while Lincoln goes up to Clyde's room to sleep. Lori settles Lisa in Clyde's old crib that Harold set up in a guest room for her and Lori. Everyone except Lincoln soon fell asleep.

"Thanks for this, Clyde." Lincoln says.

"No problem, buddy. You and your siblings can stay here for as long as you need to." Clyde says. "Friends always have each other's backs."

Lincoln smiled as he soon fell asleep.
