A world with quirks means its people are wind up rather quirky. Whether heroes, villains, or somewhere in-between, every BnHA character deserves to have their story told. These are but tiny 100-word snippets of their lives, told one a day, every day, in 2023. Newest chapter: Mina Ashido is a vivacious hero in training. She's equally enthusiastic about her classmates' love lives.

40. Seiji Shishikura (Shishikross)

A.N. — After this chapter, most of the major hero schools will have been heard from. The birthdays just worked out lucky that way. Of course, Seijin and Seiai have one named student between them at this point, so covering them all will be a challenge. Anyway, happy birthday Seiji Shishikura.

40. Seiji Shishikura/Shishikross

Making people into meatballs wasn't exactly heroic, but then again, that's why Seiji chose upstanding, austere Shiketsu High. His ability was unique, difficult to grasp; it needed careful, precise use to maximize its utility.

He'd heard his quirk called barbaric torture (never mind that it was his own flesh he was manipulating), but Seiji comported himself in a dignified manner so as to hopefully stand apart from its "disgusting" nature. At Shiketsu, with their emphasis on obligation and honor (not to mention the imposing uniform), Seiji would ensure the hero Shishikross was one to be looked up to, not reviled.
