A boy named Oliver Fox was moving in as Luan sees this.
"He's cute…." Luan says to herself.
Oliver smiled, looking around.
"What do you think, son?" Gabriel asked.
"It's nice. Do you think the people here are nice?" Oliver says, admittedly nervous.
"Of course they are. If you make friends, you should invite them to your birthday party next weekend." Gabriel says.
"Okay." Oliver says, wanting everything perfect, as this would be his 12th birthday that would be celebrated.
Oliver sees Luke walking outside.
Luke was going to see Lucy. Luke walks on the sidewalk toward Oliver's house.
Oliver looked nervous seeing Luke. He then approached Luke.
"Hi. Welcome to Royal Woods." Luke says. "I'm Luke Huntington."
"I'm Oliver Fox. Star of stage and screen." Oliver says.
"Um, okay." Luke says. Luan shrieks behind Luke.
"You're the Oliver Fox that played himself in Oliver Fox: Tween Cop….Oh, my gosh!" Luan says, fanning herself and smiling.
Luke jumped back.
"Why are you following me?" Luke asked, annoyed.
"Who is this lovely lady?" Oliver asked.
"Not important!" Luke says, mad.
Charity soon takes Luke in for a nap. That gave Luan the chance to get to know Oliver better.
Oliver blushed a bit. "How many of my movies have you seen?" He asked Luan.
"A lot." Luan says. "Are you working on new ones?"
"I'm working on Oliver Fox: Tween President. It's being filmed here. I also plan on living here permanently." Oliver says.
"What will your birthday party be like?" Luan asked.
"Fun!" Oliver says. "There'll be carnival rides, ice cream carts, cotton candy….my whole party is going to be a carnival right in my own backyard!"
"Amazing!" Luan says. "Who's invited to it?"
Oliver looks down. "I'm new here." He says.
"Me and my family will be your friends!" Luan says.
"You'll give me a perfect birthday?" Oliver asked.
Luan nods. "Though I need to see my little sister today. She's ill."
Oliver nods understandingly.
Luan soon goes to see Lucy.
"Um, I'm here to see Lucy Loud." Luan says. Maria takes her to see Lucy.
Lucy was fiddling with her hospital gown.
"Hey, sis, how are you feeling?" Luan asked.
Lucy didn't respond as she looks down. Luan begins to worry.
"Luan, I think it's time you knew the truth. Lucy doesn't have much time left." Maria says.
Luan soon begins to cry as she leaves.
Oliver was reading his script as the other Louds met Oliver and smiled.
A week later, on a Saturday, it was the day of Oliver's birthday.
Gabriel came in with his birthday breakfast.
"Happy 12th birthday, my special little star!" Gabriel says.
Oliver smiles. "Thanks, Dad." He says.
Luke was raging as Oliver's party sounded cooler than whatever Luke had.
"You can have a winter carnival for your birthday, sweetheart." Charity says. This makes Luke smile.
Luke saw the Louds watching Oliver's movie and tossed a sword through the TV, mad. That made Charity furious.
"Luke Flynn Huntington!" Charity says. "That was our brand new TV! I just got it last week!"
"How come he gets a movie?! I deserve a Movie! I mean, Lucy got to be in the Royal Woods theater!" Luke hissed, completely jealous.
"That takes hard work." Luan says as Luke hissed.
"Sweetie, it takes time. You can't expect things like that to happen right out of the blue." Charity says.
"I want that!" Luke hissed.
"You're going to have it. Wait for the right time." Charity says. "Now you better fix that TV or I'm not giving you an allowance this week."
Luke sighed and did so.
"Go get ready for the party now." Charity says. Luke goes off to get ready.
Luan was really upset and was worried about Lucy. But today, she couldn't let Oliver see her being sad. This was her new boyfriend's 12th birthday.

Luke stormed into the party. Charity grabs his arm.
"You ruin anything, your allowance is going to pay for anything you damage here." Charity says to Luke. Luke sighed and nodded.
Oliver was looking around the party and waves to the Louds. He then looks at Luke. Luke crossed his arms.
Luan juggles for Oliver, who smiles. She then performed a magic show for him.
"I love magic and magic shows!" Oliver says.
Luan allowed him to be an assistant and he started beaming.
Later, Luke hissed when Lily wanted Oliver's autograph.
Luan gives Oliver her gift, which was the ultimate magic set. Oliver squealed as he opened it and kissed Luan.
Luan kissed back.
Lincoln got him his gift, which was a pet bunny.
Oliver squealed. "Ahhh! So cute! Thanks, Lincoln!" He says.
Oliver explained his past as they all sat down to eat some of the carnival food, such as burgers, fries, hot dogs, elephant ear pastries, and other things.
"Whoa!" Luan gasped. "This food is delicious!"
Oliver smiled. "I know." He says.
Luke sees the cake as he just stares at it.
"It looks better than my 11th birthday cake…" Luke hissed. He thought about ruining the cake, but he didn't as he didn't want to be paying for damages out of his allowance.
Later, Luan and Oliver danced.
Luke sighed as he was partnerless. Luna feels bad for him as she continues to perform songs on stage.
Luke goes into Oliver's house and lays on his couch.
Soon, the lights went out as Oliver looks around.
The dining room soon lit up as everyone was around a carnival-themed cake. Everyone smiled as Oliver grinned at his dad.
"This is amazing!" Oliver says as he hugged his dad.
"I try." Gabriel says as everyone sings to Oliver. Oliver is practically beaming.
Oliver thinks of a wish as Leni records. Everyone is smiling at Oliver.
Oliver wishes for Luke to cheer up soon.
He blew out the candles as everyone cheered.
Luke sighed as he left the party and went to bed crying, wishing to have a party soon.
The next day, Lucy finds Luke. Luke was still a bit sad.
"Are you okay?" Lucy asked.
Luke sniffed sadly. "No…"
Later, Lucy took the footages of Luke's past and uploads it.
Moments later, Lucy goes to Luke.
"Luke? How would you like to be on America's Next Hitmaker?" Lucy asked.
Luke grins. "YES!" He says.
