Leni was working on something for Luke as Lucy told her siblings the news.

They were shocked to hear that Lucy would be dying.

Lincoln was studying for his tests, taking it seriously.

"Luke's going to show that Oliver." Lucy says.

Luke hissed and covered himself in cake. The cake came from Charity's fridge.

"Luke, what happened?" Lucy asked as she cleaned him up.

Luke sobbed and hissed as he got more cake. "OLIVER'S LEFTOVER CAKE IS MINE NOW!" He screamed.

Luan comes downstairs as Luke was throwing his fit.

"What happened?" Luan asked, looking at Luke.

"OLIVER'S LEFTOVER CAKE IS MINE NOW, LUAN! MINE!" Luke hissed.

"Luke, you need to learn to share." Luan says before looking at Lucy.

"You're supposed to be in the hospital." Luan says.

"Luke needs me. If I die, then I want to spend the last days of my life with Luke." Lucy says.

Luke screeches and runs up to his room.

Lucy runs after him "Luke, are you ok? What happened?" Lucy asked, walking up to him and hugging him, but Luke pushed her off, screaming.

"I hate Oliver, he's a showoff! I hate people who have better parties than me!" Luke screamed.

"Calm down, it's okay…" Luan says as Luke sobbed.

Before dinner, Lucy holds Luke when Charity comes in.

"Lukey, why are you mad, sweetheart?" Charity asked.

"It's that Oliver…." Luke hissed.

Charity holds Luke as Lucy smiles before getting lightheaded. Luna takes Lucy to bed.

"No, you can't….I want to be with Luke." Lucy says.

"You're in big trouble for sneaking out of the hospital." Charity says.

Lucy looks down.

"You need to take Maria seriously, honey." Charity says.

"But Luke needed me." Lucy says.

"He has me, Luan, Luna, and some others. A big support system." Charity says. Lucy looks down.

"I'll go back to the hospital…I don't know if I'll survive." Lucy said and walked out.

The next day, Lincoln was working on a test as he soon finishes and wondered how Luke was doing.

Haiku soon finds Lucy in the hospital. She sits at Lucy's bedside.

"Hey, how are you feeling?" Haiku asked

"Not good. I'm going to die." Lucy says to Haiku.

"Gasp!" Haiku gasped.

"It's sad, me dying alone." she says sadly.

Meanwhile, Luke got an A on his placement test. He would also be skipping 6th grade and going straight into 7th grade this fall.

"Oh, my goodness! Cupcake, I am so proud of you!" Charity says, hugging and kissing Luke.

The siblings smiled. "Nice job!" Leni says.

"We should celebrate this!" Charity says.

The siblings get to work, decorating for Luke.

Soon, they finished decorating while using Luke's favorite colors, which are Arctic blue, golden yellow, and diamond white. Luke's friends even helped out.

Luke comes downstairs and gasps.

"Surprise!" Everyone says.

"Wow!" Luke says. "What is all this for?"

"Congratulations on your successful placement test and skipping to 7th grade!" Leni says.

"Something I could do." Lisa thought.

The party begins as Ronnie Anne dances with Luke. Luke smiles at her.

"You really are smart." Ronnie Anne says to Luke.

"I may be smarter than Lisa." Luke bragged.

Luke smiled.

Luan was soon juggling as Luke giggles.

Luan smiled at this as she soon told knock-knock jokes.

Later, Luna plays some music as Luke dances to it.

Luke spins Ronnie Anne around as she giggles.

Soon, Luke sees lots of food and gets his share of it.

With Lucy, she was alone as her stomach growled.

"I wonder how Sally is doing, she seems nice." Lucy says before looking at Edwin and kissing her fake love interest.

She looks around as her stomach growled.

"I need food." Lucy says and calls for help. Haiku comes in with some food.

Meanwhile, there was a piñata for Luke. He smiles at this.

"Here." Luna says, offering him a piñata stick. Luke takes it and breaks the pinata with it.

Candy and goodies fell out. Luke grins and grabs his share of it all.

Leni smiled at Luke.

Later, the lights turned off as Luke wasn't sure what was happening. Soon, the lights came on to show the cake Stephen made for Luke. Luke looks at it.

It said "Congratulations, Luke!" in blue icing with 7 candles on it.

Luke smiled as everyone congratulated him. He then thinks of a wish and blows out all the candles as everyone cheered.

That night, Leni reads him a bedtime story as Luke smiles.

"That was nice." Luke says as he falls asleep.
