These are but tiny 100-word snippets of their lives, told one a day, every day, in 2023. Newest chapter: Mina Ashido is a vivacious hero in training. 48. Mika Jiro

A.N. — Kyoka's dad already made his appearance, and now it's her mom's turn. Too bad Earphone Jack has to wait till August 1. Mika Jiro, though, had to wait a day after her birthday. For the drabble, I decided to poke fun at those saying she looks like Momo.

48. Mika Jiro

Mika Jiro looked very much like her daughter, to the point where if she ditched the glasses and wore punk clothes rather than her usual prim attire, it might take people a second glance to spot the ruse. Oh, if only Mika could fit into Kyoka's UA uniform... but fantasizing about it was as close to achieving that particular dream as she was able.

Kyoka was still growing, but Mika did find it amusing the hero-in-training was a full 5 cm shorter than her. Yes, Kyoka was developing muscles, but Mika had fostered her love of music.
