A.N. — It's been a few days since I did a villain, and even longer since the last Vigilantes characters. So, here is an Instant Villain (who I get to fabricate backstory for because he barely appears) to satisfy both parameters. Rikiya is a popular name in the BnHA universe...

49. Rikiya Eno

King Kong wasn't trademarked anymore, but that's not what Rikiya Eno chose to go by. With a quirk called Big Monkey, he thought more creativity in naming his villainous persona was necessary. Besides, he only truly appeared hairy and monstrous when Trigger was involved. Rikiya, personally, was just glad he didn't have the Hulk's problem and his shorts stretched with his growth.

So, leaning on his geeky knowledge, Rikiya wanted to be known as Caesar. Planet of the Apes had some cool parallels with quirks (especially heteromorphic ones) appearing in modern society. Instead, the public deemed him "that monkey guy."
