54. Hoyo Makihara (Mummy)

A.N. — And now, finally, the villain that had to wait till a day after his birthday to get his drabble. He's from the second BnHA movie, which I liked right up until a certain event at the end. Then it became mid-tier... kinda like this guy.

Hoyo Makihara had been called a villain his entire life, but he thought the "hero" responsible for taking him down was more villainous than him by far.

Yes, he had a powerful quirk that could make people into puppets. Hoyo understood what Mummification looked like from an outsider's perspective. From no objective viewpoint, though, was using an explosion quirk point-blank on a person considered virtuous. Yet this punk kid had done it, and now Hoyo was chained up like he ensnared victims in his bandages. But Hoyo wouldn't be telling these wannabes anything — they were the bad guys here.
