58. Toxic Chainsaw

A.N. — I've got one last free day here before the next 11 days are dictated by birthdays. So, since there's a hero tomorrow, today's a villain day. Also, stats got borked sometime last night on ff.n; no hits today, and yesterday's count stopped at 1 for chapter 57. Please indicate any interest via review, if you'd be so kind.

58. Toxic Chainsaw

Toxic Chainsaw attained a level of infamy many fellow villains never reached, all through the rumor mill.

Those savvy enough with hero news pieced together the known details the best they could. It was a fact that the fight that put All Might out of commission (for the first time anyone could remember) was also around the time that Toxic Chainsaw was taken down by said hero. And thus, the legend was born.

Even from behind bars, Toxic Chainsaw basked in the acknowledgement. It meant he was respected, that they believed him strong enough to defeat Japan's No. 1 hero.
