69. Yokumiru Mera
Yokumiru thought his life was strenuous before, supervising hundreds of hero aspirants wanting their licences. But proctoring an exam was nothing compared to spearheading a war effort.
Having the Hero Public Safety Commission president expire in his arms, only to then be thrust into her role, was something Yokumiru never expected or wanted. But there was literally nobody else suited for the position, so he reluctantly took up the post.
Coordinating their ragtag resistance group wasn't much different from the controlled chaos of the Provisional Licensing Exam, but for one important factor: the stakes were higher; credentials meant little now.
