A.N. — To connect to yesterday's chapter, here is a pro hero who fought a Nomu. As a bonus, he's also named after an animal. I also thought we were overdue for a little humor.
71. The Fly
If he couldn't take flight, The Fly would find himself tripping over his hair all the damn time.
His long, luscious blonde locks were not only a great source of pride, but served as a defining feature alongside the namesake wings sprouting from his forearms. His appearance was simplistically spartan otherwise; The Fly couldn't afford any bulky accessories that would impede his mobility in the air. That evasiveness was his greatest combat ability.
Pitted against a Nomu in Hosu City, though, his lack of offensive options was quickly apparent. He was swatted aside easily, an insect in his foe's eyes.
A.N. 2 — Man, it sure would be nice if my story properties page wasn't just a mostly blank white screen. I dearly would love to update this story's summary, image, and character/genre tags each day.
