Oh boy. Talk about a bunch of drama that's happening on Matt's birthday. And so much for a bunch of sexy time between husband-and-wife. But now, they are back with their kids and are ready to just hold each other close in bed as they talk to each other. Now, how about we get back to the story and just keep going with this storyline that I'm writing? Hope you guys are liking it and are ready for more. More drama, and more family time with Matt and Gabby and the kids with each other. Which is something that they love doing.
Chapter Three Hundred and Sixty-Seven
Happy Birthday Daddy, Part Seven
Walking out of the bathroom in his sweats, Matt smiled as he looked at Gabby as she stood at the end of the bed wearing her sweatpants; while at the same time she was in the midst of putting on one of his dress shirts, which is something that he most certainly loves the sight of. But one thing that Matt doesn't like, is the fact that she's in the midst of doing it up by herself, when that's his job and will always be his job. He's the one that gets her shirt done up. "Need some help?" Turning to look at her husband, Gabby snickered as she should've expected that was going to happen. "I had a feeling you were going to ask me to do up my shirt." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, while walking up to her and smiling as he stood right in front of her. But before he did up her shirt, he moved his hands to her hips and tugged her body against his chest, which then prompted her to put her hands on his chest.
Looking up at Matt as she held him close, Gabby smiled due to the fact that she was incredibly happy; after which Matt bent down and proceeded to kiss the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that he loves her, as that most certainly is the truth. He loves her more than anything in the entire world, which is something that she'll never doubt. She'll never doubt that he loves her more than anything in the entire world, especially not based on the way he kisses her; with his hands on her neck as he stroked her cheeks with his thumbs and took things slow with her. Meanwhile, Gabby wrapped her arms around his back and smiled as she cuddled up to the man of her dreams; the man she loves more than anything in the entire world and will always love more than anything in the entire world, as he truly is the love of her life. Something Matt knows.
"You glad that we decided to wear our sweats?"
Gabby agreed with Matt, as she is grateful that they decided to wear sweats in the end; because she feels like this is what she needs at the moment. She feels like she needs to relax, as they hold each other close in bed. "As much as I love you, I feel like I need time to just breathe and relax after everything that's happened today." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, well aware that was the case; after which he proceeded to grab her shirt and went ahead and started to tuck it into her pants. And let's just say that Gabby really liked that feeling, due to the fact that she was happy with Matt's hands all over her body. It was exactly what she wanted at the moment, and Matt knew it. He knew that she wanted him to hold her close, as they cuddled up to each other and just relaxed. "Listen, how about you get in bed and relax? I'll check on the girls." Gabby agreed with her husband before walking over to their bed.
Meanwhile, Matt made his way over to his daughters' cribs so that he can check on them; and the truth was that they were okay. They were always okay when they were in their cribs, which is something that he's grateful for. He just wants the girls to relax as they take it easy with each other, not that they would be all that mad if they had to take care of them for a bit. Looking down at his girls, Matt smiled at them. "Just to let you know girls, mommy and daddy are just over there; and that means that you can relax and take it easy." Smiling as she heard Matt say that, Gabby looked at the man she loves. "I swear, you are the best father in the entire world." Turning his head, Matt smirked due to the fact that he loves Gabby. "I love you." Gabby agreed with her husband as he said that, well aware that was the case. "I love you too, now tell me what you want when I get in bed with you." Gabby smiled and agreed with Matt.
"I want you to kiss me and just hold me close as we relax. Or I can just cuddle up to you."
Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, as that most certainly is something that he can do for his wife. He can sit down in bed, as he holds her in his arms and just cuddles up to her in bed. And that's everything that they both want right now, while they both held each other close and relax with each other. "I hope you know that you could always tell me to relax and take it easy with me." Gabby agreed with Matt, well aware that was the case. "I know, and I am so glad that we're going to do this; but still, we need to talk about something else." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, as he knew that they did have a lot to talk about. "So, are we going back to talking about business like we did in the bath?" Gabby agreed with her husband as that was something that she wanted to do, she wanted to talk about business and some of their future plans. "Come get in bed first please." Matt nodded, as he wants that too.
He wants to be in bed with his wife, as they cuddle up to each other and just relax. "To tell you the truth, I think that this is exactly what I wanted to do on my birthday the entire time. I want to relax, as we hold each other and talk right now." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware that was the case. "Then come get in bed and hold me close my dear husband." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, smiling as that was exactly what he wanted to do; and now that he was getting in bed with her, he was one step closer to doing just that with her. He was one step closer to be holding the woman of his dreams in his arms, now that she was close to him and laying down in his arms just like she wanted to do right now. But before she got completely comfortable, she decided to climb into his lap and slipped her legs in between his; something that always made Matt comfortable.
"OK. Now that's very comfortable, and I am so glad that you just did that."
Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, while just cuddling up to the man of her dreams; while at the same time, she laid her head down on his heart and listened to it. Tugging the covers up on top of the both of them afterwards, Matt smiled as he moved his hand onto her back, while also turning his head and kissing her forehead softly. "God, I just love it when you lay down in my arms like this." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that he loves it when she lays down in his arms like this, as she feels the same way; turning her head to look up at him, Gabby smiled due to the fact that this really is exactly what she wanted to do at the moment. Well, that, and share a sweet kiss with the man she loves. The man of her dreams, who just so happens to also be her husband. "I am so lucky to have you as my husband." Matt agreed with his wife, smiling at her as he then proceeded to kiss her forehead softly.
Something that he always enjoys doing when he holds her in his arms. "I loved the bath that we took with each other." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, as she felt the same way. After all, she always loves it when they take baths together. "I always love it when we take baths together, as it's so relaxing and just ideal." Matt nodded, as he could clearly tell that his wife is very relaxed right now. "I can clearly see that you're very relaxed now that you're in my arms right now." Gabby agreed with Matt as she put her hand on top of his chest, while he ran his hand up and down her back; after which, he put his hand on her arm and stroked it with his thumb. "Now, this is exactly what I want to do with you right now." Matt agreed with his wife, smiling due to the fact that this really is exactly what I want to do right now. "I love you, and I am so glad that we decided to take time alone together." Gabby agreed with her husband.
After all, that's exactly what they need right now. They need to take time alone with each other, as they hold each other close; while they relax, and just concentrate on what matters at the end of the day. And that's each other, as well as the health and safety of their family (which most certainly does include them). But another thing that they need to talk about is the whole situation that comes with the office. "Now, quick thing, when we talk about the office. I just want to make sure that we're both on the same page when it comes to something." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before looking up at him. "Are we talking about looking for an office? Or are we talking about building an office?" Gabby thought about what Matt asked her, as she wasn't sure yet; but what she was sure about was that she was loving the feeling of Matt's strong arm wrapped tight around her back (while kissing her forehead softly).
And that was just something that made her smile easily, because it was so sweet. "God, now that's a nice way for you to kiss me." Matt agreed with Gabby as he stroked her back with his thumb, before looking down at her and going to talk to his wife. "So, what are we thinking?" Gabby sighed. "I guess, what we already know is that we already have an office in Hawaii. And that makes me wonder whether that's going to stay the headquarters, or if we're going to move our headquarters to Illinois?" Matt thought about it, before moving to kiss her forehead once more due to the fact that it was exactly what Gabby wanted at the moment. She wanted to feel Matt kissing her forehead, as they both held each other close here in bed. He then sighed as he thought about it. "I think that I should be working out of the headquarters." Looking up at Matt, Gabby was confused as she thought they were staying here in Illinois.
"I thought that we were staying here in Illinois."
Matt agreed with Gabby, as they are staying here in Illinois. "Baby, how many times do we need to talk about this? This is our forever home?" Gabby sighed as she looked up at her husband as he said that. "Matt, can you just answer my question?" Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, while also kissing her forehead softly. "Our headquarters will be where our home is. So yes, we're going to move our headquarters here to Illinois." Gabby agreed with Matt as she said that, before laying her head down on his chest as they cuddle up to each other and just held each other close, which is exactly what they both want to do right now. They want to cuddle up to each other, while Matt wraps his arm around her back and just stroked it with his thumb. He then kissed her forehead once more as they continued to hold each other close right now. "We can make it our headquarters but keep the offices in LA and Hawaii." Gabby agreed.
After all, that's exactly what she was thinking; she was thinking that they can make Chicago their headquarters, while keeping their LA and Hawaii offices active. "I just don't want to rip jobs away from California and Hawaii, which is what my biggest concern is." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, as that was something that he was thinking about too; how he doesn't want to rip jobs away from Los Angeles and Hawaii. "I think that we can keep them active, as they can be our links to the West Coast, and Hawaii can be our links to Asia and Oceania." Gabby agreed with Matt, as that most certainly is the truth; because she thinks that's something she needs to start thinking more of. She needed to think about trying to expand international at some point. But she's also not too sure as to whether she should do it during the middle of the pandemic. "Not sure if we should do it in the pandemic." Matt agreed.
"Yeah, I guess that makes sense. We need to do it at the right time."
Gabby smiled as she just laid her head down on Matt's chest as they cuddle up to each other in bed, while she also makes sure that they take it easy with each other right now; while she also made sure to tug the covers up on top of them some more. "You cold baby?" Gabby agreed with Matt. "Just a bit. But I'm okay now." Running his hand up and down her back, Matt smiled as he knew that this is exactly what they both wanted at the moment. They want to hold each other, as they concentrate on one another; kissing her forehead once more, Matt smiled due to the fact that this really is everything that they both want to do at the moment. They both want to hold each other close, as they take it easy here in bed right now; they just want to relax as they concentrate on each other here in the comfort of their bed. "I think we need to do it slowly if anything." Matt agreed with his wife, as that was true.
They couldn't rush into it, as he wanted to design the office themselves. "I think that we should design the office ourselves." Gabby smiled as she thought about that, as that was something that she liked. "I just don't want a generic office, but I instead want to have stuff with our logo and stuff; maybe something close to storage for you and some manufacturing." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that. "I need to get some manufacturing here on the mainland anyways, not too sure whether I'm okay with always having to go to and from Hawaii." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, well aware that was the case. "I think that we need to get us some facilities here around us, so that we can create jobs around here and maybe be able to work nearby. But for now, I want to do our home office." Gabby agreed with her husband as he said that, before rubbing his chest as they both held each other close in bed.
Turning his head, Matt kissed her forehead as they both held each other close right now. Running his hand up and down her back afterwards, Matt smiled as he then bent down and went ahead to kiss his wife; that was until he heard Andy bark. Turning his head, he saw that he had his leach in his mouth and smiled as he looked at Gabby. Pressing his lips to her forehead, Matt sighed. "I need to go take him out. Might take him for a walk." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, as that was something that she loves the idea of. "What do you say we bring the girls with us?" Matt thought about it and agreed with Gabby as that was something that he wanted. "Or we can take all the kids with us, so that they can get some fresh air with us,." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, as she thought that was a great idea. "Let's do it." Kissing Matt softly, Gabby smiled as she got up so that she could get ready to go.
Making their way downstairs with Andy and the girls after they got ready to go, Matt smiled as he walked in to see the boys playing with their grandmother. And let's just say that really made the parents smile. "Now if that isn't a really nice sight." Turning her head, Gabby smiled as that most certainly is the truth when it comes to the sight that was in front of the both of them. It was beautiful, and they most certainly are happy that this is what they're looking at right now, while at the same time they smiled. "Camila, do you mind giving us a hand?" Looking up at her son-in-law, Camila was confused. "And what might that be for?" Matt smiled. "I need to take Andy out on a walk, so me and Gabby thought that we could take the kids out with us." Camila agreed with her son-in-law as he said that, as that most certainly is something that they can do. They can take their kids out on a walk. "I think that'd be a great idea." Matt agreed.
He then turned to look at Gabby, while smiling at the woman he loves; getting close to her, he wrapped his arm around her and kissed her softly. "You're okay with us going on a walk right?" Moving her hand to Matt's back, Gabby agreed with him as she most certainly was okay with them taking a walk together with the kids. "Yes, we're going for a walk. But are we going to invite my mom to help us? Or are we each going to push a stroller, with you also walking Andy?" Matt thought about it, before biting her lip. "I think that I can do both, but I'd be okay with your mom coming if that's what you want to have." Gabby just looked at Matt as he said that, before smiling as she wrapped her arm around his back; after which, he turned his head and pressed his lips to her forehead. At the same time, Camila got up and made her way over to Matt so that she could pick Sofia up out of his arms. "You want to get the stroller?"
Matt agreed with Camila, before turning to look at Gabby. "You want me to get the four-seater?" Gabby agreed with Matt, as that was exactly the stroller that she wanted him to get. "Make sure that you put the girls' car seats…" Matt then backed up and showed that they're right here by the door already. "Right, we keep them in here." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, as that was the case. "Ok. Stop looking me that way, while making me think that I'm so stupid." Getting close to his wife, Matt shook his head as that most certainly is one thing that his wife isn't. She isn't stupid and will never be stupid. "You aren't stupid and will never be stupid." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before getting close to him and leaning in so that she could kiss her loving husband softly. "I love you." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, before walking over to the front closet; he then opened it and grabbed his boots.
Slipping them on right away, he smiled as he turned to look at Gabby once more. "We going to put the boys in their snow suits?" Gabby then realized that. "OMG. I am so glad that we bought those, and then got them sent here." Matt agreed. "You can thank Herrmann for that. I told him the code to the garage, and he made sure to put the kids stuff that we need in the winter." Gabby agreed with Matt. "Surprised that he forgot how to come here." Matt shrugged. "Maybe he has a lot going on." Gabby agreed with Matt. "I might talk to Cindy and see what's going on, might even ask her whether she wants to help out with Casey Creations." Matt agreed with his wife, as that most certainly can be something that they talk to her about; but right now, they need to know whether Camila is going to join them. "Are you coming with us Camila?" Matt then carried his boots over to the bench and sat down to put them on.
Doing just that, Matt smiled as he slipped them on and then proceeded to start doing them up. "Depends on whether this is a romantic walk with your kids, or are you going to be just taking it easy?" Matt laughed. "Trust me, a walk with four kids is not my definition of romantic." Looking at her husband, Gabby was not that happy as she watched him do up his boots some more. "Babe, I have to handle Andy and the strollers too." Gabby agreed with Matt, as that made sense. "Right, that makes sense." Matt shook his head as he heard Gabby say that, which made her a bit angry. "Matthew." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, before getting up; he then grabbed his jacket and proceeded to put it on. After which, he made sure that the collar was nice and went ahead and zipped it up. He then went to find his hat and put it on since it was cold. "Camila, how about you help Gabby with the kids?" Camila agreed.
"I think that most certainly is something that I can do for you Matt."
Matt agreed with Camila as she said that, before walking outside so that he could get the stroller. Meanwhile, Camila turned to look at her daughter and just smiled. "You guys look so in love right now." Gabby agreed with her mother as she said that, as that most certainly is what she and Matt are. "We're in love, and I am so glad that this is what we're doing right now." Camila agreed with her daughter. "By the way, I still want to apologize that I wasn't here…" Gabby shook her head. "Mom, you can't always be here. It's all good now." Camila agreed with his daughter, before going to hug her. "I'm just glad that you guys are going out, as that's what you need to do. You need to go take a walk as a family and just relax with each other for a while." Gabby smiled as she heard her mom say that, before turning her head to look at their little girl. "OK. How about you help me with the kids?" Camila agreed.
She then went ahead and did just that, that way they could take a walk. "And you're sure that you're okay with me joining you?" Gabby nodded, as that was something that she wanted. "Two more hands to help us." Gabby's mom agreed with her, smiling as they went ahead and got everything ready so that they could take a nice walk as a family. Something that would be a nice change.
