86. Geten (Iceman)

A.N. — The Paranormal Liberation War really kicks into gear at the end of March, so here's one of its antagonists (who's connected someone from a recent chapter). I thought about doing a past One For All user here, but that can wait for April, when Izuku left UA after that big dreamscape meet-up. Instead, it's villain time!

86. Geten/Iceman

Cultivation of his meta ability was everything to Geten. He didn't have a formal education; the only schooling he'd had was under Re-Destro's tutelage. And now he was a powerful commander, with an equally strong ability to back his orders up.

Ice Manipulation could level a city, something Iceman didn't take lightly. He'd honed his skills to a precise edge, but he still could not create his own ice. He wasn't resistant to the freezing temperatures wielding ice brought, either. Thus Geten's underlings knew him more for his sky-blue parka rather than his meta ability, much to his chagrin.
