A.N. — It's time for another USJ villain (two a month minimum to get through them all...), and I'm finally repeating areas of the facility. This guy was at the Flood Zone, and had quite the appropriate weapon for it. As an aside, I've been treating hyphenated words as two words in this collection for word-counting purposes. But names with hyphens (like today's guy has) are considered one.

88. Oxy-Man (USJ villain)

Oxy-Man had the handsome looks to be a limelight hero, but he also possessed the disposition of a malcontent.

With all the pure oxygen he could breathe thanks to his quirk, you'd think Oxy-Man would be better at maintaining a level head. Instead, he was prone to striking before thinking his actions through. Being able to stay underwater indefinitely was only so useful, so sneak attacks were his forte.

But at the USJ, he had to hold himself back. He and his cohorts had no clue about their target's quirks, and that just made him want to stab something more.
