A.N. — It's chapter 100, and it also happens to be a free date. So, I wanted a rather big name to go here. But instead, I settled on someone with no canon name instead. Yet, he could be called the impetus to kick-start the series. So many stories have played up his ruthlessness, so I'm taking a different tack.
100. Sludge Villain
After being punched into puddles by All Might and exploded from the inside by his latest victim, prison was looking like a pretty appealing option to the Sludge Villain. He'd been slumming it in the sewers, but a nice cozy jail cell was getting harder to turn down. Sure, his current digs offered shelter and running water along with his freedom, but being locked up would mean indoor plumbing, electricity, and an actual bed. Perhaps this was why D-rankers like him turned rogue in the first place: by getting arrested and detained, they were actually moving up in the world.
A.N. 2 — There are only five birthdays left for April, so that leaves plenty of free dates to get in requests. Or else April is gonna wind up the month of USJ villains, 'cause the timeline says the attack happened this month.
