A.N. — I am so hyped about tomorrow, so today's drabble probably isn't gonna get the attention it deserves from me. So, here's a very obscure Vigilantes character (who plays off an earlier chapter) before a fan favorite celebrates her birthday.

107. Willy Wanda

You'd think quirks that morphed people into characters from children's TV shows would be rare... but that'd be underestimating just how fluky quirk genetics could be.

Willy Wanda hated his counterpart, Tommy S. Gordon. Not only was he a more recognizable character, but his quirk was steam-powered instead of diesel, meaning Willy was more harmful to the environment. It was a petty thing, even for a villain, but Willy was just that sort of person. With his name, he could've had a candy-making quirk and been beloved. Instead, he was just another weird product of the Villain Factory.
