113. Kaoruko Awata (Bubble Girl)

A.N. — It's Bubble Girl's birthday, and I am mad on her behalf. In the Ultra Analysis book, her stats are pathetic. She, an actual pro, is apparently worse than every single UA student listed. So, give Kaoruko Awata some credit, please.

113. Kaoruko Awata/Bubble Girl

Kaoruko valued working under Sir Nighteye. Sure, her boss had some... exacting standards, but his humor kept her loose. That flexibility was invaluable in the field.

He took her from a sidekick in danger of being pigeonholed as a pretty face with a weak quirk to a dependable hero. Bubble Girl's image was often still sexualized, but Kaoruko had learned how to make that work for her. She knew her quirk wasn't the overpowering type, so having another type of distraction besides her scented bubbles made sense. If she had to bare some skin to save lives, so be it.
