114. Gale Villain

A.N. — Now that April's out of canon birthdays, I only have three of the next eight days planned. Not enough time has elapsed to do another USJ underling yet, but I still wanted a villain for this spot. So here's a character from World Heroes' Mission who wasn't in my list originally, which means I missed his February 9 birthday.

114. Gale Villain

Normally, the Gale Villain's powerful cyclonic quirk carried him through any crime scot-free. While surrounded by his spiraling winds, nothing could touch him. Instead, this jewelry heist had gone south almost from the start. It seemed like the heroes were waiting the moment he and his partner made their escape. So instead of making off with a bunch of ice, the Gale Villain found himself iced instead.

If he'd put more effort into plotting and planning, rather than his pompadour, maybe they'd have gotten away with it. At least he'd ditched the evidence... and looked fly while doing so.
