117. Chomper (USJ villain)

A.N. — And now, to end this set of four bad guys, it's the inevitable reappearance of the USJ attack force. There's a couple quite distinctive choices left, but today's guy stands out — not only for his unusual head, but for having notoriety beyond his initial appearance.

117. Chomper (USJ villain)

Chomper was an F-rank villain, used to being used by others.

First it was Shigaraki and his League of Villains at the USJ. He was recruited because a Venus flytrap head oozing potentially poisonous goo looked threatening and was a good deterrent against being attacked. But he hadn't lasted long and was swiftly arrested.

He had no way of knowing while imprisoned, but Chomper wasn't done being manipulated yet.

In the aftermath of the Deika City battle, the Meta Liberation Army needed propaganda to prop them up. Thus Chomper was digitally drafted into service as a scapegoat for Skeptic's story.
