A.N. — Horikoshi likes to reuse characters and quirks. So it's no surprise that a minor character (in more ways than one) would happen to share both looks and abilities with a more noteworthy character. Is this kid a descendant of En's? Maybe!
119. Assault Dust Boy
Masegaki Elementary was full of little hellions, but Assault Dust Boy was striving to be better.
He seemed cool and aloof on the surface, but beneath that hip exterior was a boy who sought to be a hero. It was hard to buck the trend of his misbehaving peers, so during the day he aided and abetted the pranksters in class with his distracting dust. But after school, he surreptitiously swept the classroom using his quirk. It was rudimentary training, but he was still young. Any chance to improve his quirk (and attitude) could only bode well for his future.
