A world with quirks means its people are wind up rather quirky. Whether heroes, villains, or somewhere in-between, every BnHA character deserves to have their story told. 123. Onima

A.N. — I was gonna do another re-used character from Horikoshi's manga Oumagadoki Zoo here, but most of those left would've had too many similarities to yesterday's chapter. So, since May has the internships arc, I thought of sidekicks. And today's example won't be the month's last. Sorta spoilers incoming for the Final War arc.

123. Onima

Any member of the Flaming Sidekickers had to get used to dealing with heat. And as one of the few members without a fire-producing quirk, Onima didn't have it easy. But through repeated exposure to everyone's fire, he'd toughened his skin so he didn't crisp.

Facing Dabi, though, was another story.

The blue flames were making the villain's skin slough off his body, but Onima wasn't faring much better. Trapped in a fiery vortex, he just had to buckle down and bear it. Endeavor wasn't here to face down his son, so Onima had step up and stand in.
