A world with quirks means its people are wind up rather quirky. Whether heroes, villains, or somewhere in-between, every BnHA character deserves to have their story told. These are but tiny 100-word snippets of their lives, told one a day, every day, in 2023. Newest chapter: Mina Ashido is a vivacious hero in training. 124. Johnny (teleportation Nomu)

A.N. — May the Fourth be with you! While I really should've saved Timothy Agpar for here (or moved Chewyee off his November 13 birthday), I will instead use another Star Wars location reference that BnHA is known for. This character was there during the Jaku Hospital Raid (Jakku is Rey's home planet).

124. Johnny (teleportation Nomu)

Little Johnny was the Doctor's most useful non-High End Nomu. He was also the most enslaved.

His warping quirk was overused to the point of giving him tonsillitis. Johnny was kept on a perpetual leash, his missing lower half tethered to the Doctor. His exposed brain was covered by a clear shield, but it also took away Johnny's ability to activate his quirk without outside input. That would've been useful when Mirko busted into the Doctor's lair at Jaku Hospital... if he'd been inclined to warp himself out. Johnny, in his dying moments, viewed it as a mercy killing.

A.N. 2 — Forgot to mention, yesterday's chapter was also a bit of a Star Wars nod. Onima showed up briefly in the second movie, which took place mainly on Nabu (Naboo) Island.
