125. Oboro Shirakumo (Loud Cloud)

A.N. — Today is the birthday of a character we never got to know as himself. And, in the first bit of controversy I might be starting, the alias we got introduced to first is being broken off as a separate character/drabble tomorrow. So here's a tragic UA 2nd year who really deserved a happy drabble.

125. Oboro Shirakumo/Loud Cloud

Loud Cloud's namesake quirk creations didn't produce lightning or thunder, so Oboro had to supply the noise and theatrics himself.

If someone was foolish enough to underestimate him because of his fluffy-looking clouds or laid-back personality, then Oboro would gleefully demonstrate just how multi-faceted he and his quirk could be. Oboro preferred to use Cloud as quick transportation, but it also exceled at defense, obfuscation, or evacuation. Oboro's adroitness with heroic training was crucial, because classwork wasn't his forte. Enthusiasm and willpower only carried prospective heroes so far, but Oboro vowed he'd eventually fulfill his lofty goals.
