A.N. — While yes, having this character be a supposedly dead classmate of Eraserhead, Present Mic and Midnight is a good dramatic moment for the series, I view this guy as a separate entity. He is what All for One made him, and I believe who he was before is un-recoverable.

126. Kurogiri

Kurogiri knew of Nomu; he was unaware he himself was one.

All for One gave him orders, and he followed them. Valued both for his warping capabilities and ability to keep a level head in fraught circumstances, Kurogiri was eventually given what he viewed as his ultimate task: overseeing his boss' eventual new vessel, Tomura Shigaraki.

What was supposed to be a sign of importance for Kurogiri ended up being an exercise in tedium. Between standing at a bar continually polishing glassware and babysitting a man-child, Kurogiri (privately) thought himself no better than the mindless Nomu he'd helped create.
