A.N. — We're back in the Vigilantes manga for this birthday character, a member of the police. Outside of Naomasa and Sansa, this group doesn't get a lot of spotlight, so having guys like this around is helpful. And I get to speculate here, as we know his quirk's name but not its particulars.
132. Eizo Tanuma
Cops were usually given a localized beat. Eizo Tanuma roamed the entire city, investigating.
With a quirk like Free Walker, of course his superiors were going to abuse the hell out of it. He could patrol on foot all day without fatigue... physically, anyway. Mentally was another story.
Eizo kept himself loose while on the job, in contrast to department stick-in-the-mud Tsukauchi. He kept himself looser off the clock, indulging in his favorite vices: cigarettes and alcohol. He could get away with the former at the station; the latter was between him and his bottom desk drawer.
