A.N. — Today's character was such an ineffective villain that Hawks was able to defeat him basically mid-conversation, but his quirk actually got me thinking of doing a whole other side story: one about people with quirks that hinder more than help. Anyone interested in something like that? Anyway, this drabble is all about the lead-up to this guy's moment in the spotlight.

146. Teruo Hazukashi

Teruo swore his quirk, Shame, had a sense of humor, taking things that embarrassed him and using them to power him up.

His coworkers viewed him as a bootlicker? Shame gave him a boost.

Passed over for promotion again? His boss' pitying gaze unknowingly made Teruo stronger.

But after years of his company's behavior exacerbating his discomfort, Teruo wanted to effect some real change. But it'd require some true humiliation on his part to topple the status quo; surely, stripping down in public oughta do it. Teruo would bare all to make sure everyone knew about the grudge he bore.
