160. Ken Takagi (Rock Lock)

A.N. — The next three chapters cover heroic birthdays. And sorry to say, this pro is just the appetizer for the main course tomorrow (and the dessert the day after that). I've seen him portrayed many different ways in fandom, but I chose to focus on one fun(?) idiosyncrasy of his mentioned in the Ultra Analysis book. Happy birthday, Ken Takagi!

160. Ken Takagi/Rock Lock

Ken never grew out of his fascination with profanity. As he was already known for his bluntness, dropping expletives into conversation actually fit Rock Lock's established hero persona quite well.

Whether it was a quietly muttered "no shit" during a dull meeting, or an enthusiastic "fuck yeah" to a partner mid-mission, Ken never filtered his opinion for the sake of others. Like his quirk, he held fast to his ideals in both words and actions. So if it took a "hurry the fuck up" or "get your shit together" to get substantive results, Ken wasn't gonna apologize for it.
