A.N. — I've had this one written for months and have just been waiting for the star's birthday to roll around. Sure, her "revelation" caused a minor scandal, but it's better than when she was the number one suspect for being the UA traitor. Happy birthday, Toru Hagakure!

167. Toru Hagakure/Invisible Girl

When she first opened her costume case and found only gloves and a pair of boots, Toru nearly decided to withdraw from UA. Yet again, someone has failed to see her. Did the designers think Hagakure wasn't worth the effort of making a bodysuit compatible with her quirk? Toru passed UA's entrance exam and survived Aizawa's apprehension test without an offensive quirk, yet she was still being marginalized. While underground heroics were Toru's goal, she still wanted acknowledgment for her efforts. But in the back of her mind, she wondered: if she had left right then, would anyone have noticed?
