A.N. — It's USJ villain time again, and today's baddie was the one taken out by the cohort of his I featured earlier in June. But instead of the usual focus on the battle itself for this crew, today is more of an origin story.

169. Sickle Claw (USJ villain)

Looking more alien than human, Sickle Claw was used to being stared at and whispered about. It wasn't just his namesake hands, either: with a bald head shaped like an egg and eye stalks protruding out either side, Sickle Claw was deeply unsettling for most to look at. Having his unusualness pointed out near-constantly was hell on his self-esteem. It was no wonder that the life of a villain appealed, when the "normal" members of society had rejected him so thoroughly. At least in the underworld, amongst others who'd been shunted aside, his claws allowed him a handhold.
