A.N. — If Momo didn't already unofficially hold the position, I'd say today's birthday boy would be the class mom of 1-A. I was torn about the topic to tackle; this was the subject I settled on. Happy birthday, Rikido Sato!

170. Rikido Sato/Sugarman

Rikido used to think negatively about his stress baking. After 1-A moved into the dorms, though, his "bad" habit became one of the most popular things inside Heights Alliance.

With all the turmoil in their lives, it seemed Rikido was constantly in the kitchen. The confections he churned out weren't just for him anymore, either. Whether it was soothing his classmates' nightmares with cookies, or serving sweets for study sessions, Sugarman was proving more of a hero with an oven mitt on than wearing his actual costume. Sugar Time wasn't, technically, an ultimate move, but it always proved super effective.

A.N. 2 — Rejected topics for this chapter included Sugarman feeling inferior about his quirk, something about his big lips, and him getting a stomachache from testing out various sugars.
