181. Natsuo Todoroki

A.N. — To finish off June, and Pride Month, here is a drabble about a gay man. Of course, canon has none of those (that we know of), so I took liberties. This one might actually be controversial because of that. I'm giving a fan favorite his actual birth date tomorrow, so happy day early birthday, Natsuo Todoroki.

181. Natsuo Todoroki

His father already showed disdain toward Natsuo because of his quirk. He didn't want to add another reason for his old man to hate him by revealing he was gay.

Natsuo even had a college classmate pose as his significant other. He accepted Fuyumi's teasing over his "secret" girlfriend when, in reality, he wanted the gossip to reach their father. Living in the Todoroki household, Natsuo had become skilled in subterfuge by necessity. He might not be "hero material" in Endeavor's eyes, but he'd imparted the importance of secrecy into Natsuo anyway. No Todoroki could ever discover Natsuo's buried truth.
