Her footsteps seemed hollow, she didn't know why she came to the first-floor testing room, where all knights had to fight and defeat the first guard to be able to get to the second floor.

"If you have not come to fight then leave this room little dragon." the Knagoroo beast says to her.

She couldn't help but feel shocked despite how numb her mind was at the moment.

The beast before her was the guardian of the first floor, a beast that could easily tear through an army of soldiers.

When she had taken the test the beast had only roared and growled but other than that it barely showed any intelligence.

"Why have you come here, girl? it asks her.

"I don't know," she answers him.

The creature lowers its massive meat cleaver and lets it fall loudly to the floor as it walks up to her.

"Then allow me to help you. Tell me girl what's wrong?" it says to her.

"I am a faunus, the humans hate us."

"They pretend that they don't until I look at their eyes and I can see their disgust, I lived in the streets with my family."

"We came here because we thought that maybe this place was different and." She stops talking./

"And they placed a collar on your necks and forced you to work."

"And now you are in the castle, you are now seen by those you left behind as someone that put a collar on them and did the same to you," it says to her.

She can't help but nod as her tears begin to fall and the war inside of her grows until she is barely able to contain it anymore.

"A simple case of diverging paths."

"Who am I?" "What am I?" "Am I a knight or am I a faunus?"

"Who am I supposed to be loyal to?"

"Am I supposed to help the people that I grew up with? or do I leave them behind and focus on creating a greater future?"

"What of my family? What if I do something wrong and ruin everything that they worked so hard for?"

She can't help but glare at the giant beast that seems to be able to read her mind

"From the look that you just gave me I'm right."

"So I'll ask you the one thing that you haven't asked yourself, What do you want?" it asks her.

"I don't know, I don't know, I don't know!" she yells.

"It's all wrong."

"This is what everyone wants here, but we aren't equal!" she yells at the beast.

'And what's equal?" it says to her with a calm voice and an arrogant smirk on his face.

"Does being equal mean having food on the table, clean water to drink, and a roof over your head."

"Then I will say that all of you no matter how low your position is have that."

"Does being equal mean that everyone gets to enjoy the luxuries of the cities and castle without putting in the effort that those before them made."

"Then I will say that you the children and the children's children of the previous generations have that."

"As for those left behind the path for them to achieve that has already been made."

"So what's equal?" it asks her.

"I want to look people in the eyes and not be judged because of my tail and horns!" she yells

'Too bad!"

"You look at me and think that I'm a monster don't you!" his voice fills the room.

"The humans look at each other and judge each other's skin color, hair, and clothes they are treating you equally so you have that!" its voice shakes her as he speaks.

'So why are you here? And what causing the girl, the faunus, the knight, and the person to fight with each other" he asks her.

"I don't know.' she answers him and feels his hot breath when he leans forward and says.

"But you do White Fang."

She instantly feels a chill run down her spine as the feeling of dread completely overwhelms her, she looks up and sees the beast's gaze is focused on her.

"You are a knight a member of the castle, the Players had no reason to let you in."

"We had no reason to let your kind in."

'I, none of us will raise our hands against your kind, but if your kind does anything to harm our home."

'We will force the players to aid us in getting our revenge."

"So I'll ask again why are you here?"
