A.N. — I really wanted to do Muscular here, both because the Summer Camp arc takes place around now, and to link him with tomorrow's star. But I had to settle for someone else involved in the League's surprise ambush. I didn't realize how young he actually is (at least, judging by his gakuran).

193. Mustard

Mustard's brand of villainy was a throwback to a bygone age, when muddy trenches were clogged with fumes and bullets flew overhead. Gas was brutally efficient at killing then; it was just as effective a weapon now. The only difference was, Mustard's gas was quirk-produced and thus more unexpected when deployed. It was also less lethal, but more maneuverable.

It suited a skinny little goon like Mustard to strike from afar. But if confronted at close range, that's what his other historic relic was for. Mustard's Gas might not grant a quick death, but his 38 revolver sure did.
