A.N. — The next two chapters cover a pair of twins who had their birthdays yesterday (July 16). Due to calendar crunch (and their not being so noteworthy), they had to wait a few days for their drabbles. I'm starting with the first alphabetically, and with the twin who gave me the most trouble to write for.
198. Dio (Serpenters)
Most people were apprehensive to take Trigger. Dio, though, looked forward to it, relishing in the side effects.
In becoming more snake-like, Dio felt truer to himself. Expressing his quirk felt more natural when in a serpentine-esque form. Having a pair of fangs to go along with his swords set Dio's mind at ease. The more sharp things he had at his disposal helped sharpen his focus on fighting. The absolute rush of flying into battle, bristling for first blood, was incomparable. Dio never felt more alive than when someone else was dying at the tip of his blade.
