204. Batto Yobayakawa

A.N. — I crossed the 2,000 total kudos mark at AO3 yesterday. I know quite a few stories have that many kudos alone, but for someone like me who doesn't write the multi-chapter epics that drive the higher counts, that number still means something to me. As for today, here's a Vigilantes villain (based on an American football manga) who Ingenium took down.

204. Batto Yobayakawa

Batto just wanted a good race; was that too much to ask for?

Ingenium was known for his speed, but Batto lived for the thrill of going fast and finishing first. When even the Turbo Hero was effortlessly left in his dust, Batto felt crushed. Ingenium wasn't crushed, though — turns out there was an airbag system in his armor. Batto jeeringly laughed at it. Ingenium still had issues turning at top speed. Batto, meanwhile, had his wings to dodge collisions — wings the heroes were still none-the-wiser about. Even when Batto was just running, they could never catch him.
