27. Power Compilation 26

Shard:Shadowreach

Classification:Changer/Brute/Mover/Master

Power: The user can transform into a shadowy mass of tentacles and hands. While in this form, the user can move at high speeds, and both their tentacles and hands possess great strength and force to them. The user can generate miniature versions of themselves from any nearby shadows that they can control and act as an extension of themselves. The user can only have 3 minions active at a time.

Shard:Life Force

Classification: Thinker

Power: The user can determine how much damage a target is getting. By looking at a target, the user can see two percentage numbers above their head. The right number represents physical health, and the left one represents mental health. If the right number goes zero, the target will die. If the left number goes zero, the target will suffer a psychotic break. This power only works on other Parahumans.

Shard:Hand of God

Classification:Striker/Trump

Power: The user can generate a charge of energy by concentrating for a few minutes. These charges are used to augment the user's physical strikes. Charges can be used to generate explosions upon impact, freeze enemies in place for some time, and launch targets away from the user at high speeds. The user can only hold 6 charges at a time.

Shard:Kinetic

Classification:Striker/Blaster

Power: The user can generate kinetic force in all their limbs, allowing the user to augment their attacks with considerable power. The user can use the recoil from their kinetic force to launch themselves in a variety of directions in short bursts of speed. The user is immune to the effects of their power, preventing them from getting hurt by it.

Shard:Blastback

Classification:Blaster

Power:The user can rapid fire bursts of energy from their hands. At the start of combat, generated blasts start out incredibly strong, but slowly become weaker over time during the course of battle. If the user doesn't engage in battle for some time, the power resets back to its default setting, allowing the user to strike back with stronger blasts again.
