Come again?" Came the slightly irritated voice of Kurotsuchi. Onoki sighed.
"I already told you three times, already." Onoki piched the bridge of his nose as he breathed in deeply. "I'm getting tired of repeating myself, there was nothing I could do without setting a trail for a war. And if you forgot, the man that ended the last one is still around." He added the last part quietly. The thought of war brought back terrible memories, but it was a necessary evil. An evil he's more then willing to deal with, but only when the time came. They just needed a way of killing or preventing the Yondaime from causing too much damage.
"How could you just surrender her like that? Have you gone senile in your old ag-" Before she was cut of by a kunai to her throat.
"I can't let you keep disrespecting Tsuchikage-sama like that." Kurotsuchi sucked her teeth before grabbing the offending hand by the wrist and twisting it, a sickening Crack could be heard.
"Don't you dare threaten me again. I don't care if you're part of team diamond. I will kill you." Onoki frowned.
"Enough Kurotsuchi let him go." Kurotsuchi Huffed Before letting the genin go. She watched with mild interest as the genin twisted his wrist back into place without even flinching. Before he laced her with a cold glare.
"I don't see why Tsuchikage-sama let a weakling like you, talk to him like that." Before he turned around and left. Onoki smirked.
"Roshi is one hell of a sensei. Don't you agree?" Onoki asked a slight smirk on his face. Kurotsuchi nodded.
"Yeah, but they don't have no respect. I'll be back. Imma go find Anko." Before the girl left. Onoki smiled as he relaxed into the comfortable couch.
"If only she wasn't so hard headed, I'll actually consider letting her become my successor." Onoki murmured.
"At least you're finally admitting you can't do the job forever." Came a rough voice from the window. He didn't bother getting up as he already knew his back will protest, instead he opted to just turn his head in the direction of the window, to see a bearded man dressed in a brownish-red battle kimono sitting on the window still with a small smile on his face.
"How about you? Have you found anyone to succeed you? After all, you can't be the jinchuriki forever. That's the reason I gave you team diamond to begin with, Roshi." Onoki said. The now identified Roshi smirked.
"I have, infact you just met him, he's a little hot headed, but you get use to it." Before Roshi walked further into the room, sitting on the couch opposite of Onoki. "But, I'm just not interested in dying, yet." Roshi added, before he got up and walked to the kitchen. Couple of things being thrown, and cabinets being opened could be heard as the Jinchuriki proceeded his 'search' before the man seemed to have given up.
"No sake, figures these tree huggers won't have none. Plus who would want to do it anyways With the whole removal process ending in my death and stuff." The man shot back, a slight humorous tone in his voice. Onoki chuckled.
"Always the Joker. But regardless, I still need you to pick one of them. Especially with Akatsuki lurking around." Onoki added. While he enjoyed the power they had and their successful mission history their goals, weren't aligned with his.
"Calm down will you. I already picked who's gonna be the next vessel. He's deathly loyal too you, if the interaction between him and your granddaughter is anything to go by. I already began to teach him my lava release,although it will be better enhanced once he got's the four tails inside him." Roshi finished, Onoki nodded.
"And when will this transaction occur?" Onoki asked. Roshi took a minute before sighing.
"After the chunin exam. But then again, it's up to you to make that decision." Roshi said. While the thought of losing his life was scary. The thought of letting some else abuse the power inside him was worst.
'Nice to know you have a soft side for me.' Roshi smirked but chose to ignore the booming voice in his head.
"Hmm, I guess it will be better to do it when we get back to Iwa. So don't go anywhere and don't leave the village. Team diamond needs you." Roshi nodded before he got up and walked towards where the bedrooms was located.
"I'm going to bed, wake me when the time comes." Before the man disappeared around the corner. Onoki sighed.
"I really need to find a successor."
Uzumaki compound.
Naruto flinched as he got up. It's been two weeks since Nanashi training began, an while his hate for his sensei grew just a bit more, he had to admit, the man wasn't wrong. His body was in excruciating pain, every single muscle fiber in his body was yelling at him to lay back down, but he ignored it. Today was the last day of training, and boy was he happy. He sighed as he took the sheets off his body and was surprised as the cool air from the open window hit him. The October weather was getting colder. He flinched when his bare foot touched the cold floor, he walked towards his window and was surprised to see Nami up and about and going through a couple Tai-jutsu Katas with his mom. She was using her regular pristine style, which involved quick punches and kicks combined with her nearly impregnable dragon scales. That added that extra umphh! He tilted his head to the right just in time as a kunai came flying through his window and embedded itself into the far wall, the frame he had of team 7 falling to the floor and braking as the Kunai severed the string that held it.
"It's not nice to stare niisan." Nami yelled, Her green eyes, piercing his icy blues. Sighing he decided to get dressed. Before jumping out the window and landing in the garden.
He seemed content with just watching his mom and sister spar. It seemed like just yesterday his mom was wiping the floor with Nami when they fought now it seemed to be almost even, even if his mom was holding back a great deal. After all they were still only genin and his mom hasn't let her own skills dull in the slightest. In fact he could still hear her practicing till late at night. While he would've loved to join her, Nanashi training was just to brutal. His eyes raised a little when Nami managed to catch Kushina with a right hook, while the punch wasn't much, he could clearly see the small trails of blood coming from Kushina cheek before it closed almost instantly.
'Where have I seen that before?' Then Nami tried to follow up with a high kick but was blocked by Kushina before Kushina winced as her hand began to bleed before she kicked Nami away. The Scratches On Her Arm Once Again Healing.
Naruto frowned. 'Where has he seen that before?'
"Nami where did you learn how to add wind element to your punches?" Kushina asked genuinely curious. That was a skill even she couldn't mock, Naruto ears perked up at this. While he trained with his sister every day, they haven't fought or sparred since the day she attacked him. and since they've been so busy training, then sleeping. They haven't even been talking lately.
"Tousan taught me. He's been helping me train since the chunin exam we're announced. He's even letting me use the Namikaze library, something he said he won't let me use till I became a chunin." Nami Said. Kushina Nodded. The Namikaze library was full of techniques, how to infuse your body with wind was probably the least dangerous jutsu she probably learned from there. Kushina smiled.
"How about a challenge, I haven't seen you fight serious, come to think about it. I never seen you take any fight serious, ever." Kushina said. She was a little ashamed that she hasn't been spending time with her only daughter, or Naruto for that case. But ever since she agreed to start helping Konoha again she's been extremely busy with clan head issues. But apparently Minato was making up for it. She looked over at Naruto and saw he was looking at Nami strangely.
"What do you propose?" Nami added. Kushina smirked, making Nami fight her serious wouldn't work as Nami will still hold back because she was her mother, not to mention Nami already knew she was weaker. But if she fought Naruto someone she's always felt like she was behind will be another story.
"You vs Naruto. Winner gets bragging rights." Nami eyes shot open, Naruto frowned.
"I don't think that's a good idea kaasan. it wouldn't be fare to Nami if-" Naruto started before being cut off.
"Fine you have a deal." Nami said cutting in. Kushina smiled.
"Great. You know the rules, you could use what ever you want just don't kill each other. But I don't got to tell you that." Kushina said jumping away. Naruto frowned as he walked into the middle of the garden. He looked up to see Sasuke staring from his window.
'Great, now we got witnesses.' Then groaned when he saw Nanashi and Minato appear next to Kushina. 'Fuck NOW I Really Got To try.' Before he landed perfectly on the ground.
Nami didn't seem to be into waiting today as she shot forward.
"Rule number one, Tai-jutsu." Nami said, as she appeared infront of Naruto with a right jab, that Naruto easily deflected, before she smirked expecting that already and used the same rgiht hand he deflected to grab his wrist, easily bringing him forward and delivered a brutal knee to his midsection before jumping back just as that Naruto turned too water.
"Mizu bunshin?" Nami asked.
"Rule two ninjutsu." Before Naruto went threw a coupld hand seals ending in tiger.
KATON:KARYUU ENDAN
Naruto chest expanded before releasing a giat fire dragon. Nami cursed before going through a longer stream of hand signs but finished in seconds.
SUITON: SUIRYUDAN NO JUTSU
The two techniques fought for dominance before the water eventually broke through the fire dragon and continued its path towards Naruto. Naruto cursed as he prepared to move out the way before he realized he couldn't move, behind him was Nami holding him in a bare hug, keeping him in place before the dragon slammed into him at full force, easily sending him through a couple of trees, before the 'Nami' behind him exploded in smoke.
'Kage bunshin? Why am I not surprised?' He had to dwell on those thoughts later as Nami came in with a heel drop, that missed knocking his head off by a couple of inches. Naruto sighed as he decided to put some distance between him and his deadly sister, if she kept this up he might actually have to take her serious.
Who was this girl? There was a time when Nami couldn't hold a candle to him and here she was going one on one with him and making it look easy. He shook his head of all those thoughts before he went through a different set of hand signs, this time his arms legs and torso began to glow before it faded.
"Removing your weights? I see your finally starting to take me serious." Nami said as she did the same. Naruto took one step forward and next thing Nami knew his fist was enlodged into Nami stomach. Before he delivered a elbow to her Jaw, followed by a precise punch to her jugular that sent her flying. And crashing threw a couple of trees.
"Now it's your turn to take me serious." Naruto added with a Smirk. Nami growled as she got up and blasted towards Naruto, a couple of pebbles rising from the ground from the speed. Naruto Smiled as he easily grabbed a jab with one hand, Before squeezing the fist a small groan escaping Nami mouth before she was pulled over Naruto head, Naruto seemed to miss the smirk on Nami mouth as she used the moment as leverage as she used her free hand to grab Naruto wrist and lifted him off the ground with her, easily using her superious strength to lift him off the ground and grunted as she rotated her body and slammed him into the ground.
Before jumping away. Naruto laid on the ground for awhile before moaning and gettting up.
"That's all you got?" Naruto mocked, Nami eyes narrowed.
"You haven't improved at all. Let me show you true power." Before Naruto vanished and slammed his fist into her nose before he felt a similar feeling as he looked down to see Nami fist also connection with his nose. Before he pushed the arm asside much like Nami before he tried to deliver a head butt, that was matched by Nami, before he tried to raise his leg and knee her in the stomach but he failed to realize Nami smirk again as she did the same, but she choose to grab Naruto by the back of the neck and push his head down right into her rising knee. Smiling when she heard the impact.
"The way I see it, you're the one that haven't improved." Nami retorted. "You've been doing the same moves since you were little, something I've picked up on, and found out how to counter. Not only that, I'm already faster then you and this isn't even my full speed, while you're at your limit. When it comes to speed that is. I'm not even using my scale armour." Nami mocked as she saw Naruto lay on the ground. Before she heard giggling, then a chuckle and then full blown laughter. Nami frowned. Maybe she broke him.
"You're right." Naruto said dusting himself off. "and since most of my jutsu are in combination with my Kekkei genkai I won't be able to use them AS they have one purpose and that is to kill. I guess you wi-" Nami cut him off.
"Don't you dare! Don't You Dare Take Away this Victory From ME. I train so hard for I could be just as strong as you and Sasuke. You both were giving strong eyes, and have been trained by Nanashi None Stop. While I've always been neglected. I left the academy and came back hating you and even fought you but you easily defeated me then. And since then I've been working my ass off to get to your level and you're just gonna quit without giving it your all. How could I become hokage if I'm always living in the shadow of my brother.. how could I be known as the strongest in village if you're still here?! So please don't take this away from me!" Nami yelled. Naruto was left shock.
"I'm sorry Nami but I really can't continu-"
"I said don't you dare!" Nami said as the kyuubi chakra began to leak out. Naruto frowned, when he saw this. And raised his hand signaling the others to stop when he saw the spectators about to jump in.
"You don't have to be the strongest to become Hokage Nami, you just have to have the strongest will to protect the village. Something I don't have." Naruto said, when he saw no budge in Nami eyes He nodded. Before he closed his eyes and when they opened the Sekai glowed in all glory the ying and yang symbol glowing.
"But since you want to act like such a little girl, even though you're older then me by a couple of seconds I guess, I'll show you a couple of the techniques I've been working on." Naruto said, his voice taking on a deeper tone as the influence of his Kekkei Genkai began to take effect.
Nami smiled, before her skin began to turn to scales and her body began to glow as the wind began to pick up around her, the kyuubi chakra beginning to dance around her before being sucked back into her body before a small shock wave went across the garden. Nami now had two horns on the top of her head, her body was covered in small skin colored scales.
Her once round green eyes turning into angular slits.
"Thank you." Before she took off at unimaginable speeds.
"She's using her level two form and has removed all her weights. This battle won't go on much longer. I hope Naruto-kun comes out okay." Minato said. Kushina frowned it was because of her they were fighting. Nanashi smirked as he looked at Naruto stance.
"So he finally decided to Bring it out. And here I thought he was doomed." Nanashi said. Kushina looked at him quizzically. Before she looked at Naruto more important his stance.
"He couldn't have.." Kushina said in shock. Nanashi nodded.
"Even I didn't know this, well this match is over. It will end in a draw."
Naruto closed his eyes again, channeling as much chakra as he could to his Sekai. His tattoos glowing brightly under his skin before he opened them. And time seem to stop, as his eyes swirled, and he began his count down. Nami then smirked as she held her hand out and a a gold ball sized swirl of blue chakra began to form.
"Minato you taught her the RASENGAN! YOU IDIOT!" Kushina yelled as she looked at the battle, before turning to glare at Minato and realizing he looked just as shocked.
"You mean?" Kushina began, Minato nodded.
"She must've learned it all by herself.." before they turned back to the battle, clearly in its climax.
Naruto breathed in as he felt his body start to buckle under the pressure of his chakra. He began his countdown as Nami began to get closer.

He opened his hand, his palm facing Nami.

'Boommm' There was blinding light as the two techniques collided, before two figures could be seen flying in either direction.
Nami and Naruto were sent flying. Both clearly unconcious. But were caught at the last minute. Nami by Kushina and and naruto by Minato.
Minato frowned when he looked at Naruto and saw all the cuts that were around his arm. Nami must've been using her wind shield as well to add more damage.
Kushina looked and frowned Nami ultimate defense her scales, were covered in scars and some were even dented in.
"Nanashi better start explaining." Minato said, as he carried Naruto over to where Nami was and looked at the condition Nami was in. There was no way the Namikaze clan kekkei genkai could be defeated especially not by one jutsu.
Nanashi just laughed.
"To tell you the truth I don't even know what he did, completely. But from what I saw from when they connected, Naruto literally compressed the air to such a degree that the molecules and atom exploded." Nanashi explained, shocking the two and to a lesser extent Sasuke. "To do something like that at such a young age with the Sekai is unheard of. Even Kushina father thought it was impossible. The kid literally just exploded reality."
"That must be the jutsu he was practicing in wave." Sasuke said as he appeared in the clearing. His sharingan on. Before all eyes turned to him. "When we was in wave country, it was his turn to train Sakura. A couple of hours later when we came back he was passed out on the floor. I managed to take a look at him with my sharingan and while there was no damage done to him. The air around him looked just like it does know, I can't explain it but it looks like a bunch of small particles are just floating around before they disappear, like excess chakra." Sasuke said. Looking at what seemed like the air. Minato couldn't believe it, his son and daughter we're showing so much promise. Nami recreating the Rasengan and now Naruto making up a jutsu that blows up air at a molecule level. Before he turned to Sasuke and asked.
"So your telling us, he created this technique?" Sasuke shrugged.
"No I'm telling you I saw him practice it before. Anyways why didn't he use his sword? Or any jutsu besides the Karyuu endan? And why would he wait till last minute to use his Sekai and then perform what I think is his strongest jutsu with it?" Sasuke asked. Nanashi smirked.
"Because he wanted to raise his sister moral. Like any brother would." Nanashi cut looking over at Naruto. "But not only that he knew Nami will be the only one to survive that jutsu, so in essence he was just practicing it on her. While Letting Nami Think She Knocked him out When in Reality he just passed out from The Combination Of Body Fatigue From yesterdays work out and chakra depletion." Nanashi answered. Before Sasuke nodded as he began to walk away.
"Where are you going?" Nanashi asked.
"To train." Sasuke Said. Nanashi frowned, he must be a little ticked at the Power display these two just put up.
"I want you to look for the remainder of the genins and tell them, to meet in the trainning ground in a hour. Since Naruto and Nami will probably be knocked out for a little ." Nanashi ordered.
"Hn." Sasuke said.
Nanashi turned around to see Kushina and Minato were gone probably putting the kids in their beds. Before he looked at the house almost sadly.
"I guess I gotta go meet my fate. I hope they're strong enough to go on without me, for a little while." With that Nanashi disappeared.
Sorrow smiled as she got up after she finished over looking the fight between the two siblings.
"So I finally found you Kyuubi." Sorrow Said as she began to walk away from the compound.
"Too bad they didn't show more of their skills. It would be easier to fight them later on before we suck the kyuubi right from her lifeless body." Sorrow Said. But she did bite her lip in worry. The angle she was in didn't allow her to see the blonde kids eyes.
'Impossible only tousan-sama and Morn have the ability to use Shinra tensei. How was he Able too do it? I got to hurry up and go inform the others. This isn't good.' Before she turned into paper and flew away carried by the wind.
Ame Hotel
Morn and blood were in the middle of a heated arm wrestling war. The stone cold look of indifferent settled on their face before Blood smirked and easily slammed Morn hand threw the table. Again.
"That's enough tables for today Blood." Morn said as he massaged his aching hand, as he looked at the piles of wood that littered the floor, before looking over at the maid. "Sorry for the mess, I'll pick it up. You could go home." Morn said receiving a gracious nod from the home worker before she bowed and left.
Sorrow took that moment to appear in the room in a swirl of paper.
"Found it." Was her only words. Morn and Blood nodded.
"Who was it?" Blood asked. He was beginning to get a little bored, especially since Sorrow was taking so long to find their target.
"Remember that team we met at the gate? Then again in the forest?" Sorrow asked. Morn nodded.
"The red head girl. I was able to spy in on her sparring match with her brother today. I wasnt able to hear what he said, but she got mad and unconciously drew on the beast power." Morn nodded as he began to process the information.
"So what now? Tousan said we were to only find who the container was? Now that we have the information, do we still continue with this dumb test?" Morn asked. Blood seemed to shrug, there was no one that could give him much of a challenge here anyways. Sorrow bit her lip before looking away.
"There's actually something else I wanted to tell you." Sorrow began. This caught Morn and Blood of guard, Sorrow wasn't one to dwell to much on things.
"And that is?" Morn asked curiously. Sorrow sighed as she sat down.
"I don't know how to put this, I mean it looked like it but then It didn't, but it also felt like one, but I'm not sure. I mean it was-"
"Out with it!" Blood yelled. Sick and tired of the rambling. Sorrow sighed.
"The blonde kid could do Shinra Tensei." The room got so quiet you could hear a pin drop.
"Repeat please?" Morn asked. Sorrow grew irritated.
"You heard me! He could fucking do it. One minute his sister is coming right at him aiming to kill, next moment she was blasted away. But instead of just gravity being pushed I felt the wind around his hand, and the air itself compressed before being pushed by the gravitational push. It literally felt like he was ripping reality apart before it repared itself." Sorrow Said. Leaving the two teens in silence.
"How about his eyes? Did you see anything different?" Sorrow shook her head as she frowned.
"No. I was behind him the whole time. If I would've used my blood line I would've been able to see if any chakra was being directed towards his eyes but I didn't want to alert them of my presence." Sorrow Said, a little disappointed she wasn't able too be more useful.
"I guess there may be some decent competition. What could you say of their skills?" Blood said a cruel grin on his face.
"They didn't show much besides insane speed and chunin level Tai jutsu, 2 B-rank ninjutsu that they used with next to no problem. The blonde used one jutsu but it was more of a distracting then anything. The girl seemed to have a ultimate defense as she wasn't trying to avoid any punches. Besides that the girl used some type of jutsu at the end that I wasn't able to identify and that's when the blonde finally seemed to have gotten serious as I felt his Chakra erupt and then the Shinra tensei came." Sorrow explained. A little peeved she wasn't able to get more. She actually wanted to fight the red head girl now. She wasn't a weakling like all the other girls her age, she could actually prove to be a challenge. A small one of course but still a challenge.
"I see. This has gotten Interesting." The teens all looked at Deva path who just left his room for the first time since they got to konoha. "Morn, Blood, Sorrow you are to stay and participate in these exams with the sole purpose of gathering more information on those two. The rest of the teams from Ame will arrive in two hours, you are to make sure to keep them alive, if any of them die you will be less likely to succeed in this mission, but that is only for the first part of the exam as I already explained to you the rules. After that I could care less what happens to them. Also you are not to engage them unless absolutely neccessary, but if you do, go all out. Except for you Morn. Understood?"
"HAI DEVA-SAMA." Deva path nodded.
"Good, now I'll be taking my leave, another jounin sensei will act in my place, don't fail me. Your mother saids Hi." Before smoke filled the room as Deva disappeared.
"Using Animal path from that distance? Must be something serious." Morn said as continued to look at the spot where his 'father' was.
"What ever it was, Pein could handle it. After all he is god." Blood added. Sorrow ignored her two teammates as he mind went back to the red headed Uzumaki.
'Yes, you will be able to test me. You will be my measurement stick Kyuubi Jinchuriki.'
WITH TEAM ASUMA
The Ino-shika-cho trio could be found in the middle of a heated battle. It was the day before the exam and they were all feeling ready. While Nanashi was a sadist he knew what he was doing, not one of them walked out with the same level of skill they walked in with. They were either stronger, or faster or smarter or all of that together. Not to mention the fact he was also able to convince the clan heads to teach then more advance jutsu. Which was a bonus but the extra practice after practice was a kill joy. If they learned one thing was Nanashi didn't believe in free power, they had to earn it. Currently Shikamaru was holding back a bulldozing Choji using only his shadow which was forming a protective wall infront of him. He quickly quickly lean back as far as could having his shadow bend with him, the new position, formed a ramp as Choji went over it. Shikmaru smirked as Choji flew over him, taking a quick glance at the position of the sun Shikamaru smirked. Forming a fist he swung it upwards, but instead of his actual hand making contact his shadow took the form of a fist and smashed into the human meat tank. Sending Choji flying before smashing into a tree.
"Shadow boxing a success.:" Shikamaru said. His father let him use the clan library instead of actually teaching him himself as he considered it to be to too troublesome. He came across a Tai jutsu scroll that involved the Nara clan shadow. You used the shadow as an extension of his body, allowing him to have a longer reach while also keeping him out harms way, it was one of the more chakr tasking Nara jutsu but with Nanashi training his reserved were shot up, especially when they figured out how to stand on the damn paper. Only problem like every other Nara technique it relied on shadow and sun position. In essence it was useless with no sun, but he was making progress.
"Don't get so distracted Shika. I'm still in this." Ino yelled already slamming her fist into his face, which managed to twist Shikamaru head but nothing more.
"Human meat tank!" Could be heard as Chouji seemed to have had recovered and was know rolling towards the duo. Shikmaru frowned, no way they could dodged it now.
'I guess I have to use it.' Going through a couple of hand signs he finished with the boar sign.
"Shadow technique: Web of Shadows." Before Shikamaru shadow turned into what looked like tentacles and wrapped around Chouji, and instantly stopping the rotation before Shikamaru fell on one knee.
"When ever you want Ino! He's still trying to spin you don't switch minds soon he will brake through it." Ino looked at Shikamaru amazed he could even stop Chouji but nodded before bringing her hands into a familiar signal before switching minds with Chouji easily slumping her body over, which was caught by Shikamaru on the way down. As he released control of his shadows. Choji came to a stop and laid on the floor before Ino switched back, and before Shikamaru could react she pinned him to the floor face down, placing one knee on his neck and another on his arm while she placed a kunai to his throat.
"I win." She said with a Smirk. Shikmaru sighed, before smirking.
"Troublesome woman. I give." He said, releasing a sigh of relief. As he looked over at Chouji to see him still knocked out.
"What exactly did you do to him?" Shikamaru asked. Ino shrugged.
"I made his mind collapse. To a smaller extent he should be back in two minutes. Right now his mind is placing and organizing every single memory again since he was a child, and that takes time. I could've easily wiped his whole mind clean and let him become nothing but a vegetable but that takes a lot of Chakra, and he's my teammate. I need him." Ino answered. Shikamaru looked at her as if she grew a second head. Ino frowned.
"What did you think you was the only one to get more jutsu? I want to survive as badly as you. Plus, if I don't get stronger Naruto-kun won't even acknowledge me." Ino said. Shikamaru smirked.
"As least I didn't lose you completely. You're still a fan girl." Before be was kicked. "Troublesome." He looked at the sky as he saw a bird fly by and drop an item. That landed on his stomach.
Frowning he took the scroll and began to read through it. Before sighing and laying back down on the ground and looked at the clouds.
"What it say Shika?" Ino asked sitting on her butt as the fight was finally taking its toll on her body.
"Chunin exam were pushed up. It begins in 3 hours." Shikamaru said calmly as he continued to look up at the the clouds.
"and you're so calm, why?" Ino asked as she began to get a little scared. It was finally time. Shikmaru shrugged.
"What else could I do for the last 3 hours of my childhood?" Shikamaru said. Ino snickered.
"What? You gonna age in one test? You're still 14." Shikamaru nodded.
"Yes, but I'll be 14 year old with blood on my hands. Just like all of us."
Hyuga Estate
Hinata was in the middle of a training exercise with her father. The elders looking on. She couldn't believe how much she has improved. Before she was a failure and now with the help of Naruto and Nanashi she was starting to be looked at as a prodigy. They still considered her to be weak in comparison too Neji, but she was now once again looked at as the Hyuuga heir as she could easily beat Hanabi.
"What are you thinking about that has so distracted? Don't try to say you aren't, these eyes see everything." Hiahsi asked. He was a little surprised at his eldest daughter sudden change in behavior but he wasn't one to look a gift horse in the mouth. It had to do with that blonde kid. The Uzumaki brat.
"Gomen Tousan, I was just thinking about my training." Hinata said, which wasn't a complete lie. Seeing do deceit in her eyes Hiashi dropped into a familiar stance.
"You are within the range of my divination."
Eight trigrams: sixty four palms.

The first two strikes Hinata easily blocked, the next four as well, as Hiahsi began to build speed the elders could believe it. What was that technique. A technique that was able to block the eight trigrams was unheard of. They looked back at the fight to see Hiahsi finished and so did Hinata.
Before Hiahsi grabbed his hands as blood began to leak from his palm and fingers. Hinata seemed to snap out of it first as she appeared next to her father's side, reaching into her pocket she opened a small ointment can, and began to rub in on her father's hands.
"Gomenesai tousan. I didn't mean to do it, it was my body that acted on auto pilot. I'm sorry." Hinata said as she looked at the ground after her ointment cured Hiashi of most of his cuts. Looking down at his hands he smiled, before placing a hand over Hinata head, ignoring the flinch.
"It's okay Hinata. I'm proud of you, what was that jutsu anyway?" Hiahsi asked, the elders were also all ears. Hinata was surprised not only was her father smiling he was also touching hee affectionately. Just like he did when kaasan was still around. She decided to explain.
"I created it myself. It's a variation of our regular eight trigrams. But instead of just being offensive I made it defense as well while enhancing the offensiveness of my own palms. I blast chakra out of my body much like the kaiten, but instead of spinning I keep the barrier up by releasing more and more of my chakra until it condense to form a barrier, while using my natural flexibility I begin to swirl my arms forming my chakra into thin strips that act like razors, and continue this for the duration of the technique. Each strike tousan threw I simply blasted away using my razors, this lead to the cuts in his hands. But I only got 64 strikes, if father would've gone for 128 I wouldn't be able to keep up and I would be in serious trouble." Hinata finished. The elders were shock, the girl they considered a failure just created an A - rank ninjutsu, that combined 2 other A-rank ninjutsu, in the kaiten and eight trigrams.
"And who helped develop such a technique?" One elder asked. He looked like any other Hyuuga only older.
"Naruto Uzumaki." Hinata said failing to hold back her blush. This caught the council interest?
"And how did we help you develop such a technique?" Another one asked. Hinata gulped.
"I spar with him frequently. And he told me why not figure out a way to counter the eight trigrams instead of trying to so the eight trigrams. He didn't say much more, just let me use his body as a training dummy, allowing me to see his tenketsu, and what damage my technique did, while also letting me blast him with my chakra to make sure the defense portion of the technique was up to his liking." Hinata said. The elders nodded.
"How long ago was this?" Hinata frowned, it must have been 21 questions day.
"About 5 years ago, I saw him training and he asked me too join him. Since then I practiced with him for 3 years straight him and Sasuke." Hinata added, a little surprised at the amount of time her and Naruto actually spent together back then. These last couple of months been so busy she hasn't even noticed how long they've been apart. Then the thought of them kissing made her blush, but they didn't have to know that.
"The Uchiha as well? Very nice lady Hinata. I hope you keep up you're training and bring many more powerful jutsu to your clan, Hiahsi choose well putting the clan back in your hands." With that's they bowed and walked out the dojo. Leaving Hinata alone with her father. Before Hiashi turned and also began to leave.
"I'm proud of you Hinata. Oh, Before I forget the Chunin Exam We're Pushed forwared. They begin in three hours, make the Hyuga proud." With that he exited the room. Hinata smiled before smiling.
"Let me go get ready before going to Naruto-kun house, maybe we can hang out before the chunin exam begin."
Uzumaki house.
Nami Cursed as she got up from her bed.
'Why was she feeling this way? She couldn't be jealous of Naruto, could she? I mean, he's gotten so strong and I feel so stagnant infront of him. I hate to admit it, but he's just like dad. Every time I feel I'm getting close, they just expand the margin between them. Why couldn't she be born with his eyes?'
"Dammit! Why?" Nami yelled. All she did was train, she trained everyday and every night.
'It's like the training trip I took with tousan was for nothing! Dragon-sama will be disappointed!' She thought to herself, thinking back to the days when she met the grand dragons.
'Maybe I should summon them sometime.' Nami said, before shaking her head. 'And risk having her burn me to a crisp for summoning her for a stupid chat.'
'What has my container so wild up?' A deep rumbling came through Nami head.
'You've been awfully quiet lately. What I bet you're just as disappointed in me for not being the strongest container you ever had!' Nami yelled.
'Kukuku, while I admit you're shortcomings are fun to watch, and we may have formed a bit of a bound thanks to you giving me access to your senses, but if you talk to me like that again, I might actually risk killing you.' The Fox finished.
Nami scoffed.
'You talk a big game for a person living off my body.' A low growl was her only reply, letting her know she touched a sensitive subject with the fox.
'How about you come in here, and show me just how tough you could be!' The Fox yelled.
'Fine! You want to get your ass beat? I have no problem helping you!' The next moment Nami fell back into her bed unconcious after being forcefully pulled into her mind scrape.
Nami groaned when she landed rather harshly on her butt.
'Get up!' The voice snapped Nami into action as she avoided a tails strike that easily tore the ground under her.
Nami easily avoided another tail strike as the kyuubi continued it's assault.
'You must be getting soft old man! I'm usually a stain on the grass by now.' Nami mocked. She knew getting the Fox riled up wasn't smart, but an analytical kyuubi was even more dangerous. She realized the Fox was easier to fight when it gave into its anger.
'You're silly mind games won't work on me, the only reason I haven't killed you is because the seal prevents me from snapping you're neck.' The Kyuubi shot back.
Nami cocked her head to the right amusingly.
'So why are you attacking me?'
The Fox gave what sounded like an amused chuckle.
"Because you're annoying." Before the massive fox disappeared, Nami gulped she forgot just how fast the Fox was, even in its full fox form, as she felt her body pressed to the ground. She tried to struggle but it was no use, she was under the giant paw of the Fox.
She gave a grunt as the Fox, rolled her over for she could be looking up at it. The Fox nose was flaring, displaying his giant teeth, before he opened his mouth wide and got closer to Nami.
Nami frowned.
'I'm guessing it's to late for an apology?' She asked, the Fox ignored her as it continued it's track, Nami closed her eyes, death imminent, before she felt a giant tongue roll over her whole body, the hot slimy spit, drenching her clothes, before the weight was lifted off her.
'Hahahahahahhaha. Y-y-you.. hahhaha... should've seen your face... hahahaha. You thought I was gonna eat you, hahahhaha!" Nami eye twitched as the Fox continued to roar in laughter. Getting to her feet, she saw the kyuubi rolling on the floor in laughter, it's giant body forming a crater. Her eyes continued to twitch, this time more violently.
"Fuck you." Nami said with as much hate as she could muster, this just made the Fox start laughing even harder. Seeing the Fox continue to laugh, made her Crack a smile of her own, as she dusted herself off, the slimy spit getting between her fingers causing her to look at the appendage in disgust.
"I would've preferred death over this, any day." Nami said.
The kyuubi finally stopped laughing, and got back on all fours, shaking his body to get the dirt off its giant form. Before looking back at its container.
'I see, I finally made you smile. For a minute there, I thought you was turning into a certain duck head Uchiha.' The kyuubi mocked. Nami snorted at the mentioning of her turning into Sasuke.
"As if! anyways, For a giant fox of destruction, you sure are joyful!" Nami saw the Fox give her what looked like a shrug, could foxes even do that?
"You'll be surprise how wrong you Will be. Plus, I ain't like my Yang half. He's an asswhole." Nami nodded, she's heard the ying complain about the yang many times.
"Funny, I thought he suppose to balance you out." Nami said snickering. The kyuubi snorted.
"Very funny, nevertheless He's a lot more complicated then that." Nami frowned.
"I've noticed you always refer to your other half as if it was a complete different person, Why is that?" Nami asked, the Fox seemed to look at Nami for awhile, it's bloody red eyes staring into her unwavering green.
"Because he is." Was the kyuubi plain reply. Nami sweet dropped.
"Care to explain kyuubi-baka!" Nami yelled. The kyuubi snickered. Before it nodded.
"Very well, I shall enlighten you a little." The kyuubi said as his body slumped to the floor, and his tails relax to lay on the floor behind him. Before the world around them transformed, the sky turned black and the full moon illuminated the many trees around them, before a giant sonic boom went across the clearing and she had to channel chakra to her feet to prevent herself from being blown away.
"Get the fox towards the outside of the village!" Nami heard, she noticed the Kyuubi was now standing tall, going way pass the giant trees, using minimal effort she jumped on one of the fox tails and began to run across its body, noting that this was the first time the fox ever let her touch him. She reached the head and no time and couldn't believe what she was seeing. The village! Konoha was on fire! Buildings we're being destroyed and men and woman we're falling dead all around the village, and she noticed it was another Kyuubi doing the destroying, the other fox was almost twice as big as the one she was currently on, and the power it was giving off was frightening, it was so cold and violent, compared to the soothing and almost inviting contrast to the one she was on.
"I'm flattered you are astounded by my awesomeness. This is night I was sealed into you, and the fox you see infront of us, was me as a whole." Nami nodded. The scene then changed, and they were now far away from the village, there was a giant crater then went on for what looked like eternity going in one direction before she took note of Gamabunta her father summoning toad, she noticed both her parents were on top of the toad and were holding bundles in their hands, she noticed her father kept looking behind him and talking to something invisible.
'The death god?' Nami whispered in shock, she couldn't believe it. This is how it all started. She noticed the fox under her, wince when Kushina chain sunk into Minato body, then Minato made a slicing motion in the direction of the fox, the fox giant fox nail ready to impale them before, the fox just disappeared. She noticed there was a white glow around one bundle and a red glow around the other bundle, and before she knew it the world went back to normal. The son bright and high in the air.
"Why did you show me that?" Nami asked, a little puzzled, obviously the sealing was a memory the fox was better off forgetting.
"To show you, why I refer to my yang half as its own entity, the white glow was me and it was being placed into you, the red glow was the yang and it was being placed into your brother along with my power, body, and hatred. You got my mind, spirit and knowledge. This is why I ain't as aggressive as my normal self since your brother got all of my hate." Kyuubi explained take a small pause. ]
Nami frowned hearing all that, her brother was burden to carry all the hate of the fox, and from the story the fox told her everynow and then, there was a whole lot of hate. She was snapped out of her musing as the fox continued.
"So I'm guessing he's not as close as we are? But if he got all your power, how am I able to tap into your chakra? Shouldn't that be impossible, all I got was your brain." Nami asked. The kyuubi seemed to smile.
"You are still naïve if physical power is the only form of power in this world. You have the knowledge of a fox that has seen countless wars, and fought countless enemies and has memorized next to every jutsu they did on it, making you practically the most knowledgeable person in the world." The fox finished as it shifted his eyes upwards to where Nami stood on his head. Nami had the nerve to look embarrassed as she looked away.
"Care to move on?" The kyuubi barked in laughter before nodding.
"That's just it. He didn't just split our chakra, he split our soul, which in turn made two complete different entity's. Bijuu are not human, we do not have what you human call a body. We are a creation of chakra and spiritual energy forged by the sage and took the shape of what ever he wanted us to be. He picked me to be a fox, and that's what I became. But since chakra Is a manifestation of both spiritual and physical energy, we bijuu also share that quality. Your father believed he only put half and half, in essence separating the good from the bad, the bad being my hatred and power and the good being the brains and the spirit, but both sides still contain power, only the yang side has a little more. So essentially he created another two beings from one source, which is an incredible feat." The Kyuubi letting a little bit of praise leak into his words.
"Who is this sage you keep talking about? And he must be powerful is he was able to create not only you but I'm guessing the other bijuu, while also probably being capable of creating things from just his Chakra." Nami asked. The kyuubi looked away at this.
"The sage is a sensitive subject for me. Anyways, I think you should go back to your world. Your brother is approaching."
Nami frowned at that. Sighing she gave the Kyuubi a small bow.
"Thank you for sharing that information with me, Kyuubi-san." Before she faded away, leaving a stunned kyuubi in her wake.
'If she keeps that, up she might become the second human I respect.' Kyuubi thought before laying his hands on its paws and drifting to sleep.
Back in the real world.
Nami frowned as she woke up, to notice Naruto was looking at her.
"Nanashi told me to come get you. Apparently Minato has gone crazy, and pushed the chunin exam forward. It begins in three hours. He told me to tell you to pack accordingly, we're meeting with the rest of the guys at training ground 7 in a hour." Naruto said as he turned around ready to leave. Nami sighed as she looked at her brothers retreating form.
"Naruto, i just wanted to sa-"
"Don't worry about it Nami. But if you asked me, I already know your currently a lot stronger then me, and the only reason I managed to block that last attack was because I used my kekkei genkai, which was cheating. So you don't have to worry about me catching up to you... I'm the one that should be chasing you. Now get ready, we pick formations today." With that Naruto walked out the room leaving a stunned Nami on her bed, to think over what he said. Before she scowled.
'it's just like you to be so understanding Naruto. But I know you're stronger then me.' Before she smiled as she got out of bed. 'Even if you won't admit it.'
'But that's doesn't mean, you'll always be! But why do I get a bad feeling about what you told me?' Pushing Those Thoughts aside. She yelled out to Naruto.
"Even if I got to beat it into you! We'll Be THE first duo Kage of Konoha!"
With Naruto.
Naruto smiled as he heard what his sister said, while he admired her persistence, the words 'Naruto' and 'Hokage' we're not to be said in the same sentence. While he has been able to deflect his anger away from Minato his hate for Konoha was still there, nagging at the back of his mind, on how they let his whole village be destroyed, how they didn't even bother to help. But he did have a couple of people here he didn't harbor any bad feelings for, his mom, Hinata, and most of the genins, that he began to think of as friends.
'Friends huh?' Naruto thought as he caught on to the title he placed on the new people he met. 'Shikamaru is a little lazy, but he's a genius, and surprisingly during the time they shared in the academy, he actually enjoyed losing to the Nara many times in their games of shogi, chest, checkers, tic-tac-toe, and anything that involved staying ahead of your opponent. Him and his mom were frequently invited over to the Nara home for dinner, his mom was close friends with Shikamaru mother, he must've been to busy thinking about the death of his family to realize that he basically blocked the lazy genius out the whole last year of the academy.'
Naruto smirked as his mind drifted to Kiba. 'He's an idiot, but he's loyal, he sees me as a rival. Maybe I should take him a little more serious next time we fight, let him think he has a chance before squashing all his hopes!' Naruto thought amusingly. But he continued down the line.
'Team 9 they are all weird, Tenten is a town boy, Neji can't stop glaring at Hinata-chan, and lee-...moving on.' His eyebrow twitching as he thought of the green beast. The kid was strong and he has the bruises to prove it, but damn he was annoying.
'Shino, well he's just Shino. Kind of a loner, but he shows a great amount of Shinobi skills and is the only genin he didn't get to fight, due to Nanashi constantly pairing Shino against Shikamaru. So far Shino was 5-0 as Shikamaru refused to fight him all the times.' Naruto continued to think of his friends.
'Ino, she's taking the life of Shinobi a lot more serious, in fact she's the most improved. She went from barely above civilian level to mid to high genin in the last two weeks. She has a gorgeous body and wasn't afraid to use is against opponents that we're easily distracted like Kiba, while also being cunning and intelligent. I wonder how's she doing with the technique I helped her develop? To think I turned her down all those months ago, she must hate me... oh well, can't live in the past.' Naruto finished as he turned a hallway.
'Sakura, her Kinzuku-ken has come along nicely, her chakra control is high chunin but her chakra is still considerably low. She was the only one of them that had no clan background, she wasn't able to get much help outside of what Nanashi gave her, but last time I saw her she was talking to Sasuke about finishing another technique she thought of, if Kinzuku-ken was anything to go buy, her next technique might actually be interesting to watch when ever she decides to brake it out.'
Naruto sighed as he passed Sasuke room.
'Sasuke. Still as arrogant as ever, he hasn't been talking as much, and been training a lot more with Kakashi-sensei asking him for pointers on the Sharingan. I wouldn't be surprised if Kakashi was doing more then giving him some pointers.' Naruto thought as he passed the large double doors.
'Chouji, he's pretty cool always eating but pretty cool.' He sighed as he reached his room and the last person went through his mind.
"Hinata?" Naruto said as he walked into his room to see Hinata laying on his bed, looking like she was sniffing his pillow.
"Epp!" Before the girl appeared the next instant sitting on his bed in a meditation position. "N-Naruto-kun I've been waiting for you, I thought we'll hang out before we have to meet up at the training field." Hinata said, acting like she just wasn't doing something extremely weird. Naruto just looked at her quizzically before nodding.
"Sure." Naruto said. "Give me a minute though, let me get ready first." As he began to walk towards his closest, he took out a couple of outfits, before going to a random spot on the wall, and pressed his hand flatly on the surface. "KAI."
The wall creaked before it began to slide to the side as a giant display case came into view. There was a bunch of different types of Kunais of different shapes and sizes, the same with Shuriken. But that wasn't what caught Hinata attention. In the middle of it all stood Naruto's sword, the metal still flowing like water as Naruto reached for it and removed it from the wall, and tossed it to Hinata.
"Catch." Hinata panicked as the blade came flying towards her, and brought her handup last minute to catch it by the handle. She was amazed at how light it felt, but frowned when she felt her chakra being slowly sucked into the handle, the sword seemed to begin to vibrate in her hand before she had to toss it to the floor as a small cut appeared on her hand. The sound of metal hitting wood, made Naruto turn around, before his eyes widen and the next moment he appeared next to Hinata.
"Are you okay Hinata-chan?! What happened? Did I throw the blade wrong?" Naruto asked frantically, before Hinata shook her head, before her hand glowed green and the cut disappeared.
"No you threw it fine, it was the blade, I felt like my chakra was being drained then it began to vibrate, then I felt a pinch that caused me to drop it." Hinata said as she struggled to hide her blush as Naruto deep blue eyes, continued to stare into hers, it was like he was staring into her soul, then she realized how close they were and where they were.
'OH kami, I'm in Naruto-kun bed, with Naruto, while he's so close!' Hinata thought as she began to turn red, Naruto frowned deepen when he saw this, and made matters worst by lifting her chin.
"Are you okay Hinata-chan? You're turning red? Do you have a fever?" Naruto asked, as he brought a hand up to her forehead. That last touch sent Hinata over the edge as she fainted onto his bed. Naruto just raised an eyebrow.
"Not again!" Naruto murmured. He should really be more careful with Hinata. 'I thought she grew out of the fainting after we kissed? Sigh, she'll probably be knocked out for a couple of minutes let me finish packing.' Naruto thought as he got off his bed, and picked up his blade to feel nothing like what Hinata explained.
"I should probably read more about you Zaga." Naruto said to his sword as he placed it on his bed.
Ten minutes later.
The whole wall was now empty of all Kunais and Shurikens and sealed inside a scroll, the same as his explosive tags. He decided to continue wearing his tight anbu pants with mesh shirt under his leather vest, that had the Uzumaki crest on the back. He wrapped the Konoha headband around his head before grabbing his sword.
"Almost forgot." He muttered, before particles of light exploded from his body and the black scroll of the shinigami appeared on the floor. Grabbing the strap he placed it around his shoulder for it could hang loosely on his back, he placed his sword over his back and smirked when he felt it melt into his leather vest.
"Still think that shit is bad ass." Naruto said.
"It's just like you to get excited so easily Naruto." Hinata said apparently awake from her melt down. Naruto smiled.
"What can I say, I like the finer things in life." Before he looked at Hinata up and down, lingering a little on her cleavage. "Finer things indeed." He said, getting the intended reaction as Hinata blushed.
"S-shut up!" She yelled as she turned around, and bent down to grab her bag, and wrapped it around her back. Naruto frowned a little.
"Hinata-chan I got a better way for you to carry all your stuff, but it kindda requires you to get naked." Naruto said, before his eyes widen as he realized what he said, and noticed Hinata bright red face. "G-gomen Hinata I didn't mean it like that. It requires you change outfits, I don't fit in it anymore, its my old Uzumaki body suit. It has seals around the sleeves and thighs that allows you to store just about anything. I think it'll fit you perfectly, you don't have to accept it though." Naruto said as he looked away blushing as he realized he just offered up his favorite outfit of when he was a little kid, it represented a happier time. And it reminded him of home.
Hinata looked at the many emotions going over Naruto face, she realized how much the suit probably meant to him.
"I'll take it." Hinata said. Naruto eyes widen, before nodding as he smiled.
"Okay! Wait right here!" Naruto yelling in excitement as he went into a walk in closet, Hinata sweet drop as she heard many things being thrown and the blonde complain about not putting important things in better places, before a successful yell told her he found what he was looking for. He came out with a jet black body suit, with gold plates on the shoulders, shins and forearms.
"Here you go." Naruto said passing it to her. "All you have to do it channel chakra to your forearm and a seal will appear, you then press the items you want on it, and poof it will disappear into the seal. I don't know the exact the limit but it's pretty large! I seen Grandpa put an elephant head in it." Naruto said, as Hinata sweet dropped. Why would a Kage want a elephant head?
She took the article of clothing from the blonde before looking at his expectantly. It took a minute for Naruto to catch on before he blushed.
"Sorry Hinata-chan, I'll wait outside the room." Naruto said as he quickly left the room. He waited what seemed like forever before Hinata poked her head out.
"I think it's a little tight but I could get use to it." Hinata said as she walked out, making Naruto almost pass out from a nose bleed. The tight body suit clung to her body like magic. Her fine toned legs, we're on full display as the body suit fit her tight, hugging her hour glass figure, her two giant breast looked about ready to pop through, something Naruto was silently begging for.
"hmm, maybe I should change back if you don't like it." Hinata said, as she was growing more and more self conscious under his gaze, before Naruto gave her one of his rare foxy grins.
"You look great! Come on! We're gonna be late!" Naruto said as he grabbed her hand, and began to jog, Hinata just giggled.
"Why do I have a feeling you planned all of this?" Hinata asked, as they continued their jog. Naruto just smirked at her.
"Maybe I did."
Trainning ground 7
All the genins arrived and the first thing they noticed was that instead of Nanashi, their jounin senseis we're waiting instead.
"Asuma-sensei!" Ino yelled as she went and tackled her Sensei. Asuma just smiled as he ruffled her hair, surprise she didn't complain about not wanting to look ugly infront of her Naruto-kun. He looked over at Shikamaru and Chouji and did a head motion that said join the fun as the two genins followed up and gave their teacher a hug. They broke apart and Asuma took a minute to look over his genins and he was impressed, even the lazy Nara seemed to have gained some muscle, and from the way they walked earlier not wasting any unneeded energy. I guess Nanashi did do a good job.
Everyone seemed to be doing the same, getting reacquainted with their Senseis, except Lee and his Sensei took a step to far, and everyone turned their heads to ignore them. Before Ino looked around.
"Ano, where's Nanashi-sensei?" Ino asked, before all the genins began to look around. The jounin senseis frowned.
"Nanashi won't be joining us for the exam. He said he had something to do, and said he already did as much as he can for all of you. He said you were all terrific students and he will be highly surprised if any of you even got a scratch during these exams." Kurenai said, as she smiled at all the genins.
"So he ditched us?" Naruto said as him and his team arrived including Hinata, who managed to turn some heads. Kakashi nodded as he turned to his team.
"YUP! But anyways back to business, I will continue as head leader of Team 7 until Nanashi comes back." Kakashi said. Team 7 nodded, they didn't have a problem with that.
"Any idea, why Minato pushed the exams forward?" Nami asked, as she looked at the jounin and watched them all shrug.
"Nope. Now before we let you all go to the Academy to begin the exam, does anyone want to quit?" Not one hand raised, Kakashi eye smiled. "Good, cause yah wouldn't be able too, since you already signed the waiver." This caused all the genins to drop with a massive sweetdrop. Kakashi continued.
"Now lets get serious, who will be your Leader, Co-leader, Tacticians, special forces and defensive forces." Kakashi asked dead serious, the other jounins raised an eyebrow, so Nanashi wanted them to work as a team overall, not just 4 individual genin cell. The man was crazy, but he knew what he was doing. Shikamaru stepped up.
"I believe I speak fro us all, when I recommend, Nami as leader, she has displayed leadership qualities, being able to form plans in an instant, analyze every situation while also keeping a level head, we ruled out Naruto after we found out his emotional attachment to Hinata, meaning he will be less likely to put Hinata in the right place, if he finds it to dangerous for her, even if it will end up with a greater chance of success." Shikamaru finished, causing Hinata to blush, and Naruto to frown, but nodded with the explanation.
After hearing no objections he continued. "Co-leader Uchiha Sasuke, same reasons as Nami, and the same reason we ruled out Naruto." He continued again no objections.
"The tacticians in charge of all planning will be Sakura and Myself as we both have the highest mental capabilities, my future thinking along with Sakura brain will give us an edge against any team we come against." Again no objections. Shikamaru continued.
"Special attack force, will be Naruto acting as leader with, lee and Neji. Two powerful eyes, unmatched Tai jutsu powers, mixed with Lee speed and agility, mixed with Naruto leadership and destructive abilitys, they will be unmatched. He'll have eyes that could see all around him and will alert him of any troubles and give him time to come up with a counter attack, or outright destroy any team that crosses our sight." Shikamaru said, again no objections except for a scoff from Neji.
"Defensive force, and the most important. Ino, Tenten, Hinata, Chouji, Kiba, Shino. Each of you have an individual power that is great for tracking and defensive purposes. Ino you're new ability, mixed with your clan ability to read minds gives us the edge as we could use the body of dead genins to figure out where they're other comrades are, and give Naruto the chance to form a plan of attack, and Nami the ability to plan accordingly. Tenten your long range fighting is crucial, if we could kill them without them getting close will be a blessing, we do not want to engage anyone directly if it could be avoided. Hinata you have the strongest eyes, with the longest range and your ability to see things as tiny as a bug will be key in the whole formation, as you will tell them what is where, I expect nothing to get pass you, Chouji you are their tank, I wanted to put you on the special forces but Nami felt the defensive squad needed some muscle, and you my friend are it. Kiba same reason as Chouji but your nose and tracking is vital. Shino, you are their secret weapon." Shikamaru finished smirking. He loved it when a plan came together.
Kakashi nodded and seemed to be pleased with the choices.
"Good, I hope you make Konoha proud, I do not want to see 1 point being deducted from are village, when I'm watching from the jounin lounge later on."
"BOOM" A giant firework went off, officially signally the exam are about to begin.
"Make us Proud." All the jounin sensei yelled before they all disappeared in a puff of smoke. Silence fell over the genins, before they all turned to their leader. Nami nodded.
"First let me begin by saying, I'm thankful for you giving me this opportunity. I will not let any of you down, and not one body will be lost under my watch. You have my word, that the first body that shall fall if any of you is in danger will be mine as I would not hesitate to protect you all with my life, and I hope you all feel the same way about your comrades, from now until the first part of the exam finishes we are one team. Now lets move out, I think it's finally time to show the world the power of Konohagakure."
The chunin exams have begun.
