So what's been up?
SO, I might've killed Hinata. Yeah, she'll be back. But would she?

"What information did she have on him?" Blood asked as he looked at the limp body of Hinata, he wasn't a fan of the rinnegan it made things far too easy, the power to read another persons mind by yanking their souls was just to normal for him. He liked blood, blood was fun. That was the only way you could feel pain.
"Nothing much, apparently the Naruto kid and all of his friends trained together, I have a good idea of what all of them are capable of, except the team that we're looking for." Morn said frowning, he hated using that technique and not getting nothing of real use.
"I bet you're feeling stupid now. We could've just tortured them, then knock them out." Sorrow said as she came down from her spot. Morn shrugged.
"It couldn't be help. That would've cost to much time, plus I felt her flare her chakra, must've been a distress signal to the other team." Morn said as he stepped off Kiba head, and noticed the boy was unconscious.
"So that's one team down." Blood said as he went and picked up Shino and threw him next to his teammates.
"So what now?" Sorrow asked, looking at the three genins laying on the ground, before she produced a Kunai, her intentions clear.
"We wait." Morn said as he took a seat. Sorrow looked at him expectantly, as she watched Morn take a seat.
"Wait for what?" Sorrow asked.
"For the Jinchuriki and his brother to come."
"And how do you know they're coming?" Sorrow inquired. Morn smiled.
"Because, I killed his girlfriend."
Sakura dropped to her knees.
"How could you betray us like that!" Sakura yelled.
"Kuku, how could I betray someone I was never loyal to?" Kabuto mocked. He had a couple of bruises here and there but nothing his body couldn't fix. He looked over to the side and saw the headless body of his other teammates. He wished he didn't have to kill them but his mission was made clear, weaken konoha. 20 points less, and now when he delivers the finishing blow to Sakura that'll be another 20.
"You will never get away with this! I'll kill you!" Sakura yelled as she got back on her feet, the ground underneath her cracking from the added weight of her Kinzuku-ken. She easily closed the gap between them, and tried for a straight hook, that was dodged by Kabuto. She slid when she touched the floor sinking into the ground before blasting of again.
'I should really thank Naruto for the speed training, if it wasn't for my speed, I'll be dead already.' Sakura thought.
Kabuto frowned when he noticed Sakura approaching, it was time to finish this. Raising a hand it glowed green before turning into a scalpel.
"Sorry." Before he thrust it forward. Sakura eyes widen, she was going to fast to stop and even if she could she wouldn't stop in time. This is was the end, to think she trained to die at the hands of one her own teammates. She was now only inches away and she closed her eyes, this was just like that time with Zabuza, except there was no Naruto to save her.
"Goodbye."
"TEME!" Kabuto eyes widen when his arm was kicked away, and barely managed to dodge a sword strike by jumping away at the last second.
'That voice? It couldn't be...Naruto?' She opened her eyes, and just like last time Naruto was standing protectively in front of her. His zaga sword out and already burning. She watched him turn his head and looked at her and couldn't believe it, last time his eyes were so cold, now his eyes were warm and he almost looked concerned.
"Are you okay? What happened here?" Naruto asked looking at her.
"K-kabuto he betrayed us. He's working for another village... he killed them... he killed them all." Naruto nodded, looking around the clearing. 4 dead bodies laid on the floor, he recognized one of the kids from konoha and he could barely make out the other 3.
"Naruto-kun, how nice of you to join us." Kabuto said smirking. Naruto took his eyes off Sakura before staring at Kabuto, but didn't speak.
"I see, not much of a talker huh? Not much of an Uzumaki. I know a Uzumaki she's annoying, loud, brash, always complaining. Sometimes I wonder why my leader puts up with her." Kabuto mused, before staring at Naruto and continued. "Maybe it's because of her Kekkei Genkai." He smirked when he saw Naruto eyes widen.
"Don't worry, it's nothing like yours. But you know that already don't you. After all you are the last of your kind, even your sensei was just a holder, not really a carrier." Naruto frowned.
"How did you come across that kind of information?" Naruto asked with barely contained anger. Kabuto smiled.
"So he speaks! Good, I was beginning to get bored talking to myself." Kabuto said chuckling, ignoring Naruto question.
"Answer me." Naruto said this time raising his sword. Kabuto shrugged.
"We all have our secrets, anyways where's Nami and Sasuke?" Kabuto said looking around, he would've felt them if they were hiding.
"They're taking care of a little snake that crossed our road. I felt Sakura chakra spike and went on ahead. Now answer my question, how did you find out about those things about Nanashi?!" Naruto barked. Kabuto nodded.
"So you left them alone?That's good it would've been a lot harder to place the curse seal on Sasuke, if you were there." Kabuto said, more to himself then to Naruto.
"Curse seal? What are you talking about! And what does it have to do with Sasuke-kun!" This time it was Sakura to ask, as she seemed to finally catch he breath. Kabuto cocked his head to the side.
"So you still refuse to give up, you should count your blessings girl, if it wasn't for Naruto-kun here you'll be bear food." Kabuto said. Sakura frowned he was right.
"That might be true, but now that Naruto is here I know we could defeat you." Kabuto smiled.
"Kuku, I guess you're right, but I no longer have any reason to fight you. Actually Naruto appearance just cut my mission in half." Kabuto said smirking at Naruto reaction as he seemed to figure it out.
"So that was you're plan, you work for the snake guy." Kabuto smiled.
"In a way, yes, I work for the 'snake guy' as you put it. But I work for someone much more stronger, someone much more darker." Kabuto said. Then a dark chakra was felt across the clearing it only lasted for a second before it disappeared. "Well my mission is done, thanks for the talk Naruto." With that he sank into the ground.
"A distraction." Sakura said. Naruto nodded, before he began to walk away. "Where are you going?! What about Sasuke-kun." Naruto stopped.
"Sasuke is okay, if anything happened to him I would've felt it. He's still conscious, tired but conscious. I want you to meet up with Nami, they're about 3 miles north east. You're the best medical ninja we have, heal any wounds they have, and then follow them. Nami has already came up with a plan, she's going to gather all the Konoha genin. Stay with them, and if they ask tell them I'll meet them in 3 days. I got a couple of things I have to do." With that he disappeared in a display of blue roses.
Sakura frowned. "Dammit! It's like one minute he's caring the next minute he's a cold asshole! How dare he leave me alone like that!" Sakura yelled before sighing.
"What direction did he say again? North east or North west? DAMMIT NARUTO!"
Naruto frowned as he jumped from branch to branch.
'I hope you know you won't like what you'll find.'
Naruto frowned when he heard the voice in his head.
'Is this a fact or are you just a natural pessimist.' Naruto heard the Kyuubi snicker.
'Both. You should turn back, or have you forgotten what the fake vamp told you.' Naruto eyes widen.
Flashback
"What your father is doing with these chunin exam, have never been done before."
"Stay away from the kid with eyes stronger then your own."
"Cursed child."
Flashback end.
'So you do remember.' Naruto sucked his teeth.
'Why did you say Mitsu was a fake vamp?' Once again Naruto heard laughing.
'I have fought against many weird creatures in my life. And Mitsu isn't less human then you are. You are seeing with your eyes, and ignoring your surroundings. That man, that person, that human, is nothing but a fraud. The fact that you actually believe his story shows just how terrified you are of him.. in your mind you believe he is a vamp, a monster, because you are afraid of the thought that a human can have so much power.'
Naruto snorted.
'What will a demon like you know anyways!' Naruto said as he jumped onto another tree.
'You insolent twerp! This is why I don't help humans, all of you are so selfish, you think about nothing but yourself, and live off power that is not your own.'
Naruto cursed. Leave it to the Kyuubi to talk make and make fun of a Jinchuriki for using power that was given to them.
'I never asked for your power.' Naruto yelled.
'I shall enjoy your hate when you see the carcass of your dear beloved.' Naruto eyes widen.
'What do you mean?!' He got no reply. He had to stop midtrack as he landed on the tough terrain of Iwa. 'Wait, why am I such an idiot! KI sensing.' Naruto resisted the urge to facepalm before activating his eyes, he breathed in and out. Finding the spiritual energy of a person in a place full of dead people was hard. He stood still as his eyes searched. Before nodding.
"I could feel Kiba, Shino, the Ame kids... but where's Hinata?" He focused harder before his eyes snapped open and his eyes swirled.
"It can't be!" Before he sped off.
'It can't be, Hinata-chan, she can't be..'
Anko frowned as she stood on top of the Hokage monument looking over the village.
"How dare he ask anything of me." Anko said, remembering how she declined Minato offer to proctor the exam. "Touche, this is so much fucking bullshit!" Anko yelled.
"Yes, I agree Anko-chan." Anko jumped at the voice before turning around a Kunai in hand.
"Orochimaru!" Orochimaru smirked as he looked at his ex student.
"More like a clone but yes. I've been reading up on you Anko-chan, life hasn't been easy on you." Anko frowned before raising her Kunai. Orochimaru raised his hands up defensively.
"Now, now Anko-chan. I'm not here to fight, I came here to make you an offer." Anko eyes narrowed before throwing the Kunai at Orochimaru and her eyes almost came out of her socket when a wooden wall sprouted from the floor, before vines came from the ground and wrapped around her legs.
"You were always so brash, one of the reason I wiped your memory." Orochimaru said walking around the wooden wall he created and walking closer to Anko till he was merely a couple of inches away.
"Now before you brake out of my vines trap, and try to attack me let me do this." before he went through a quick set of hand seals and tapping her head gently.
"KAI." Anko eyes widen before she slumped over.
15 minutes later.
"You bastard you let me believe you left me for trash when it was me who left you!" Anko said as she woke up. Orochimaru was still standing in front of her.
"Yes, I guess I did. Now for my offer, I want you to join me again."
"Over my dead body." Anko said.
"That could be arranged, but I rather not. You we're always a great Shinobi, loyal, strong, and quiet frankly I need you. The leader of my elite squad Kimmimaru is sick, he doesn't have long to live and I need you to take his position as leader. I would've had Kabuto do it but, he's not a leader." Orochimaru finished.
"I wouldn't work for you if you gave me all the money in the world." Orochimaru frowned.
"You are making this more difficult then it should be. I guess I have no choice but to give you a ultimatum. It's either you join me, or I leave you here in Konoha in a place that hates you, unable to go to Iwa as the Tsuchikage no longer has any type of control over you. What will it be, will you live in prestige with me or will you rot in this place?" Anko frowned at the truthful words before turning her head.
"And if I accept your offer I have one condition." Anko said. Orochimaru smiled.
"Anything." Anko nodded.
"You kill Minato Namikaze."
Ame
Nanashi smirked as he looked at the six bodies of Pein surrounding him.
"So there's 6 of you? Man, that must suck. Which one of them do you use to jerk off?" Nanashi said with a smirk as his Sekai stared into the ringed eyes of Pein. "SO I hear you go by the name of Pein? And you think yourself a god, a little cocky don't you think."
Nanashi was standing on top of the tallest tower in Ame. His clothes were drenched as the never ending rain of Ame continued to fall. Nanashi looked up at the sky and smiled.
"I always wondered why it always rained here, I have a student that would love this place, he's obsessed with rain. He saids the rain washes away the pain."
"He's a foolish kid then. Nothing could wash away pain except for pain." Nanashi smirked.
"So you speak? I was beginning to think you was actually god. After all he never talks either, just listens." Pein stood quiet as he looked at Nanashi.
"I know you from somewhere." Nanashi smirked, and nodded.
"And here I thought you forgot about me already Nagato." Pein narrowed his eyes. "I see you haven't changed at all, you are still obsessed with bringing piece to the world." Nanashi took a minute to look around, Ame was defiantly back on its feet.
"I see you've been busy." Nanashi said as he looked back at the Pein.
"I thought you died back then." Pein said, his voice even but Nanashi could tell he was angry. He shrugged his shoulders.
"So you do remember, how long ago was that 10-12 years ago." Pein nodded.
"I remeber that day like it was just yesterday."
Flashback.
Nanashi grinned as a bowl of ramen was placed infront of him.
"Kushina-chan, I love when you come out to eat with me." Kushina smiled as she relaxed back into her chair, she ate three bowls, while Nanashi was on his way to the third.
"I usually wouldn't allow myself to be sucked into your ramn habits but this is the first time I've seen you in years, Tousan-sama saids you are going away." Nanashi nodded as he finished his third bowl and asked for another.
"Yeah I have to get strong! My eyes just activated and Uzukage-dono believes it will be better if I trained outside the village!" Kushina smiled at her former boyfriend.
"Have you thought about where you're gonna go?" Kushina asked a little worried, Nanashi tended to do things and not think about the consequences. Nanashi nodded a long piece of ramen hanging from his lips before he sucked it into his mouth, Kushina couldn't resist the chuckle.
"I'm heading to Ame, I have a friend I have to visit, then from there I'm just gonna walk around and train where I can, no specific place." Kushina nodded.
"A friend in Ame? I didn't know you ever been outside the village before." Nanashi nodded. He finished his bowl and frowned, before he stared into Kushina green eyes.
"You're just as beautiful as ever. How's Naruto I hope he's not acting up again." Kushina blushed at the compliment before sighing.
"He's with his uncle right now." Kushina said. "You didn't answer my question about how could you have a friend in ame if you weren't allowed to leave the village till now." Nanashi smiled.
"Do you ever wonder what life would've been like if you didn't go to Konoha, what you and me couldn've-"
"This is not the time to discuss what if's Nanashi." Kushina snapped.
"I guess." Nanashi said. Kushina looked at him expectantly. Nanashi smirked. "What?"
"Answer me." Kushina said frowning. Nanashi smirked.
"Maybe some other time Chichi-chan." Nanashi said as he got up. "Thanks for the food." Kushina sighed but didn't bother following Nanashi.
Nanashi sighed as he began his trek to the house, before something caught his eyes a teen about his age jumping from roof to roof. Acting quickly he followed. The kid stopped running when he was about 3 miles outside the village, a couple more miles and they'll be at the coast.
"So it is true, you are alive." The kid began, Nanashi frowned.
"Who said I was dead." The kid raised his head. Nanashi eyes widen.
"I overheard your conversation with that girl, so you're coming back home." Nanashi nodded. "I am here to escort you."
"I haven't packed my stuff." The kid threw a bag at him and he easily caught it. He looked inside and saw most of his clothes were in there.
"I already did that for you." Nanashi nodded.
"So Yahiko sent you? How has the organization been doing?" Nanashi asked, seeing the kid tense.
"What do you care? You left. I don't even know why Yahiko wants to see you again." Nanashi smirked.
"I couldn't act as a double agent anymore. The Uzukage was becoming suspicious of me. It was in the best interest of both parties if I left, Nagato." Nanashi replied.
"The organization is starting to get big, we have more members now then we did before. We are more powerful then we were before, we have been taking down Ame forces one by one, and we will meet Hanzo in two weeks to talk about piece." Nagato said his voice barely hiding his joy. Nanashi fronwed.
"I see, well lets go. We wouldn't want to keep Yahiko-niisan waiting."
1 week later.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE LEAVING!" Yahiko yelled as he looked into the swirling eyes of Nanashi.
"I understand you're angry but this is no longer my fight." Nanashi said as he sighed. Yahiko frowned but sat down in his chair. They were in the Akatsuki hide out.
"Do you remember how we met?" Yahiko asked. Nanashi nodded. Yahiko continued. "I was there you know, when your mom was killed, by those Konoha ninja, I was there when you was taken away by that woman, I even went to Uzu and visited you. I was there when you told me about your eyes, I was there when you activated them and was bed ridden for days, I was there when you discovered your body was rejecting your eyes and was slowly killing you... I was there, you're like a brother to me. I need you to be there for me, like I was there for you." Nanashi frowned as he looked at his long time friend.
"I don't belong here, Nagato and Konan don't like me, given I only talked to them once but still. The other members that remember me from before look at me as a traitor for leaving. I don't belong here Yahiko." Yahiko smiled before he got up and put his hand out.
"Take it." Nanashi nodded as he took the hand offered to him. "As long as you got me, you will find acceptance." Nanashi eyes widen, before he smiled.
"Just like old times then? When we first thought of Akatsuki."
1 week later
"YAHIKO WATCH OUT!" Nanashi yelled, they were in the middle of the battlefield Hanzo had betrayed them. Using his Tama he easily disappeared and reappeared behind Yahiko and throwing him out of the way before raising his hand at the barrage of Kunai thrown at his friend, the Kunai dropping to the floor moments later.
"Thank's Nanashi." Nanashi nodded before he went through a stream of hand signs.
"Uzumaki style: Great fireball jutsu."
His chest puffed out before he sent a giant fireball at a group of ninja. Easily roasting a couple of them. Before he jumped away as a Kunai with an explosing tag went off next to him, he couldn't avoid the whole blow as he was blasted away and skidded across the ground.
"DAMMIT! There's to many of them! Yahiko!" Nanahsi called out getting his friend attention. "Take the rest of the group and move forward I will cause a distraction after that use it as your opportunity I could feel Hanzo and a couple of his goons up ahead! Leave this place to me." Nanashi yelled, cutting down a couple of ninjas.
"There's no way I could leave you here alone! You'll die!" Yahiko yelled. Nanashi smirked before appearing next to Yahiko.
"You said you wanted me to be there for you right? We'll this is my chance now hurry." Nanashi went through a couple of seals his Sekai glowing. "Get out of here Yahiko!" Nagato said as silver chakra began to dancing around him.
"Thank you Nanashi." Yahiko said before turning to his forces. "Everyone push forward, we're going straight to Hanzo." Nanashi looked at Yahiko and waited a couple of minutes before sighing. When he saw them disappear, giving a small smile to Nagato who was looking at him.
Sekai: Hachiman(Sacred World: God of war.)
The Silver Chakra around Nanashi expanded before shooting to the sky, a giant man appeared he was sitting a lotus position a giant staff laid across his lap. Black liquid fell from Nanashi eyes.
"Hachiman lay you're wrath." Before the monk raised his staff and opened his eyes a perfect Sekai glowed in his eyes before he slammed the staff onto the floor.
Everything was gone. The body of Nanashi disappearing.
Flashback end
"That Jutsu was strong enough to leave that area barren for years." Nagato said almost praising him. Nanashi nodded.
"It's one of the 3 jutsu given to the select few lucky enough to get these eyes." Nagato nodded.
"Much like my rinnegan. But I never heard of you ever using that technique again. Why is that? Surely with such a technique in your disposal you could easily wipe out entire nations." Nanashi nodded.
"Think of it kind of like your rinnegan, after you use Shinra tensei you are unable to use it for awhile. But while you take a couple of seconds, mines takes a couple of years after all. I'm summoning a god back from the dead in return for his services, I must give up something myself that takes much longer to refill then chakra." Nagato eyes widen.
"Ying energy." Nagato whispered. Nanashi nodded.
"Right on the money." Nagato frowned.
"In that case I don't have to fear you using that technique again then." Nanashi smirked.
"No you don't, but like I said that was just 1 out of the three." Nagato nodded as the Paths took up their position the Path that revives the others took the back.
"You will die here." Nagato said. Nanashi nodded.
"Maybe, but victory is not the reason I am here."
Uzumaki style: Great fire ball jutsu.
Nanashi yelled and wasn't the least surprised when one of the Paths absorbed the jutsu, instead he just smirked.
"Bad idea. Katsu." Before the Path that absorb the jutsu exploded. Leaving Nagato stunned.
"What's the matter cat got your tongue?" Nanahsi said smiling before rasing his hand the body parts of the Path raising into the air before he palmed his fist, every little bit of skin tissue disappearing. Pein frowned.
"What? Didn't think I knew about the path in the back? The ability to revive the dead. I never agreed with it." Nanashi said. "And if you're wondering what I did, I just took a page out of my students book, he could bend reality, I just took it to a different level by studying the Sharingan ability Izanagi. Instead of bending reality on my own body, I do it to others, only thing is they have too be dead. And why do I have a feeling I'm fighting a bunch of dead people?" Nanashi said smirking before he continued. "By the way, don't bother looking for the Preta path, he's no longer in this reality."
Nagato frowned. Nanashi was becoming a bigger problem then he expected.
"It does not matter. You are merely a mortal, kneel to your god." before Deva path slammed his hands together.
SHINRA TENSEI
Nanashi cursed as he was sent flying through a couple of buildings.
'I won't be able to fight for long, using AMIDA NYORAI took a lot of chakra. That's two out of the three techniques offered to me. If only I had an Uzumaki body I will be able to use it way more times. Next up I got to kill the Outer path, after he's dead I could pick them off one by one. I know just how to get him too.'
He dug himself out of the rubble, and had to avoid a couple of rockets, thinking quickly he jumped on top of the giant and missle and shot forward, the missle finished destroying the building behind him.
He engaged the rocket man as he liked to call him in tai jutsu, he was fully aware that this wouldn't work as pein could see through all his paths. He easily dodged a fist before going for one of his own, intentionally letting his arm stretch further then necessary, and he didn't have to take long as rocket man took the bait and went for a body hook. Smirking he disappeared and reappeared behind him, he channeled some wind chakra into his arm and slammed it through the mans body, easily causing a hole in the mans chest before grabbing it and throwing it at pein with a couple of exploding tags attached to it.
The exploding tags went off, but Pein managed to jump away. He had to avoid a tail swipe from a giant Lizard as he flew away. He decided to land on one of the buildings while flying will give him the advantage against the summons it took up to much chakra. His eyes widen when he felt a hand wrap around his throat. It belong to Human path.
"You will tell me what you know." Before the path placed his hand on his head and tugged but was surprise when the Nanashi he was holding disappeared in a plume of smoke.
Pein eyes widen before looking back at Outer path who was currently healing the Asura path. Before the body that belonged to the Asura path disappeared and in his place stood Nanashi who quickly shot forward his Kunai in hand and slammed his Kunai into its head. Before touching its body, which quickly disappeared.
Nanashi smirked.
"Substitution? When?" Nagato asked. Nanashi smirked.
"Pretty simple really. When I saw the rocket coming I substituted myself with a piece of rubble and let my Shadow clone engage you. I knew you will have all eyes on the clone as you need too in order to see all my moves. My clone job was simply to distract you, finish off rocket man before throwing it to my location. Where I quickly performed a substitution with it, fully expecting you to revive it using the outer path. The main goal was to get the outer path out of the way. And now that's complete. That's already 3 down. " Nanashi said before he winced and fell on one knee as his eyes began to bleed.
Nagato smirked. "I see using all those techniques and keeping your Sekai active are finally starting to take a toll on you. I have to admit, you are a worthy opponent." Nanashi smiled.
"Don't count me out just yet Nagato-kun, I still have a couple of tricks up my sleeve." Before he stood up and wiped the blood from his face. He was putting up a brave front but inside he was panicking.
'Judging from the amount of blood I got about 3 Uzumaki techniques left and I don't want to use the final Sekai Technque unless I need too. I left most of my chakra with Naruto that day in the hospital. Now I regret it, but it's the only way he will know what happened here, plus I couldn't teach him how to use the Sekai technqiues hopefully watching this fight he will have a basic idea of them and recreate them himself.'
Nanashi thought.
"Why exactly are you after the Jinchuriki anyways? I'm pretty sure this wasn't part of Yahiko plan?" Nanashi asked, trying to stall for time. Pein didn't answer.
"No more talking."
"Bansho ten'in.'
Nanshi cursed he was to weaken right now to avoid getting hit, bracing himself as he got slung towards pein, before the animal path ran forward and delivered a nasty kick to his chin which twisted his neck as he was still being pulled towards Pein.
Deciding he rather avoid being impaled by those rods he clapped his hand together.
'I got to time this perfectly if not he'll avoid it. This is the only way, I could take out the last two peins.'
A couple seconds before he was impaled he blasted his chakra blinding pein as his eyes were sensitive to chakra before he switched places with the animal path. Pein didn't lower his rod in his blindness and impaled animal path straight threw the head. Nanahsi didn't hesitate this was his chance. grabbing the Animal path he teleported next to the Human path before he grabbed both of them by their hands, his Sekai glowed before both of the path we're caught in flaming green fire. The fire intensified before he brought his hand together.
BISHAMONTEN
Nanashi yelled as a giant 5 story pagoda appeared trapping both paths, before Nanashi went through a couple more hand signs before the whole tower was caught in green flames.
Nanashi didn't stop there before his Sekai began to bleed.
"Erase." Before the green fire consumed the Pagoda. Leaving nothing in its place.
"5 down." Nanashi said before falling flat on his face.
"So that was the last technique, Summoning the god Bishamonten the god of fortunate warriors, the god that punishes criminals. Truly scary techniques, I'm afraid to think of what would've happened if you also managed to catch me in it." Nagato said, as he walked towards the down body of Nanashi who was breathing heavy.
"Trust me if I wanted you in there, you would've been in there." Nanashi said. Before he smirked and shot forward. Before he easily cut through Deva path arm causing it to fall to the ground. He was about to take another swing, while Pein was in shock but his body went numb and he felt to the ground.
"My, my Nanahsi. I didn't think you was this dangerous. To push Pein to such a limit and make it look so easy." Nanashi eyes widen.
"Mitsu."
"The one and only. Anyways your use is over." Before Nanashi could react Mitsu removed his mask and smoothly removed both his eyes before slamming him onto the floor. Before stabbing him through the stomach with a kunai, leaving it impaled before stepping on top of the Kunai till it was buried to the hilt.
"Just in case you try anything funny." Mitsu said before looking at Pein, like he was asking him to explain himself.
"He was a worthy opponent." Pein said, 5 out of his 6 bodies we're dead. To think a human could actually push him to his limits, Deva path fell to a knee breathing heavy grabbing his left arm which was cut at the elbow.
"Indeed, in fact he would've killed you if I didn't jump in." the clad in black figure said. Pein ignored the man as he looked at the man who laid infront of him, who was surprisingly still breathing. The only feature that stood out was the swirling blue mask next to him.
"Why did you take his eyes?" Pein asked staring at the man next to him. The man shrugged.
"I myself have no need for them, but a person I know does. He just doesn't know it yet." The man said as he walked away. "Come on, we have much to discuss, leave the Uzumaki be, he is no longer relevant to us."
pein frowned as he looked at the mans back, he took one last glance at the man on the floor and turned around and followed.
"What exactly is your plan?" Pein asked. He wasn't a stranger to the man, he appeared about 6 years ago. Back then he wore a white mask with flames coming from the side. He was heavily involved in building Akatsuki, he even gave him the idea of collecting the Biju, but then around 4 years ago he disappeared.
"OUR plan is still to collect the Biju and I hope you haven't been slacking in my absence." The man said, a little bit of a sneer in his voice. Pein didn't seem bothered by it.
"I have not, but what makes you think I should just follow your orders after you left. I'm the leader now." Pein said narrowing his eyes. The man stopped in his tracks.
"You think I care about being a leader?" The man said, Pein kept walking till he was next to the man and didn't bother looking at him. The man continued. "You should be mindful of how you talk to me, this is my world and I am in control of it. You are a mere pawn, and just like the guy behind us, you will lay dead at my feet eventually, and just like him, I will take your eyes." The man finished coldly.
Pein narrowed his eyes. "Your threats are empty, don't believe for a second that I don't know who you are, or what you've been doing, I see you changed your name Tobi, or should I say Mitsu." Mitsu eyes widen.
"I see you aren't as stupid as you look." The man said as he began his walk again. "I go by many names, Tobi, Madara, Mitsu, it doesn't matter. because in the end nothing beats fate." With that the man warped away.
Pein sucked his teeth as he felt a wave of pain overcome him.
"You really outdid yourself this time Nagato." Konan said as she appeared next to him. Pein nodded.
"He was a worthy opponent. Gather new bodies and take them to the towers, the damage received to each path are too severe. I want you to get me five new bodies." Pein said as he continued his walk.
"How about you, Deva missing an arm." Konan said, this was the first time the Deva path was hurt severely, it hurt even more because it was Yahiko's body. Pein nodded.
"Find me the best medic and tell him to come to the tower in 4 hours, I will use Banbutsu Sōzō(Creation of all things)." Konan eyes widen.
"I thought you said you could not use that technique?" Pein ignored her.
"Report back to me when your assignment is done. We have much to discuss, and call back all the members, not to the cave I want them all back in Ame." With that Pein finally entered the building.
Konan frowned as she looked at her friend disappear. She looked back and noticed the still body of the man Pein must've fought. She was going to ignore him but she let curiosity get the better of her as she walked towards him.
"You must be a fool if you actually thought you will win." Konan said.
"Who said I came here with the thought of winning?" Konan eyes widen.
"You're still alive." Nanashi gave a small chuckle.
"Not for much longer but I want you to relay something to Pein for me." Konan frowned stepping a couple of feets away to make sure nothing fishy was up.
"Which is?"
"For we are born in other's pain, and perish in our own." Konan frowned, before she turned around.
'He was so accepting of his death.' Were her last thoughts, missing the smile on Nanashi face.
