chapter 31.

So what's been up?

If one word was to describe how Naruto felt right now it would be.

"Fuck." It has been a 2 days since he last saw his team and the events that occurred. He was currently walking across a giant river, that he might add came out of fucking nowhere. One minutes he's walking across the tough terrain of Iwa, then boom like magic a river as far as his eyes could see laid ahead of him. Like any other rationally sane person he debated turning around, after all walking across a river that came out of nowhere was oddly suspicious, not to mention stupid. But, like always against his better judgment and Kyuubi, he decided to keep going forward. For awhile it wasn't bad, the water was relatively calm, the sun was shinning and there was no way he wouldn't be able to see an attack coming. But, that was where the pros ended and the cons began, 1 he has been walking for about 2 days,2 he was thirsty, so he once again did what any rational person would do and drink the water he was walking on, and quickly regretted it, the water was as salty as a bowl of miso ramen, just without the goodness and not to mention noodles, and the meat, and the vegies, which brought him to con number 3, he was hungry.

'If I make it out of this, I am going to eat 60 bowls of ramen.' Sighing he continued his trek. Before he stopped, there was 6 signatures up ahead and he was familiar with one. They were obviously in the middle of a fight judging by the amount of ripples coming from the once calmed waters.

'There's no mistaken it that is surely Haku chakra, I guess I finally found what I was looking for.' braking into a jog it didn't take him more then ten minutes before he reached what he was looking for, he made sure to suppress his chakra as much as he could, after all a sneaky attack worked around the level of surprise, but at the same time he had no intentions to fight. He needed to see what his future ally's were capable of, he had a basic understanding of Haku abilities but the brown haired girl on his team was a mystery and he hated mysteries, the other kid Choujuro I think was his name was pretty straight forward, the sword gave it away, but a sword was just a tool, the weapon was the man holding it.

He was so caught up in his musings he almost got himself spotted deciding that staying over water was silly he released the chakra flow to his feet and quickly sunk into the water, his head barely showing. He had to forced his eyes but he finally caught eye of who exactly they were fighting, a team from Kumo, one was a girl as far as he could tell and she had blonde hair, the other a redhead of darker skin and the last guy was black haired also of darker skin tone.

'This should be interesting, too completely different teams. One out of its element the other, surround it by it.'

'Lightning style: lightning current."

Samui yelled as she onced again tried to electrify her opponents, she was once again disappointed when the girl with brown hair and blue eyes simply touched the water with her hand and the lightning completely seized to surge.

"Dammit! This is of no use, we've been fighting for the last 10 minutes and no side has taken the upper hand." Karui yelled. Samui nodded, Omo simply continued to suck on his lollipop.

"You know this could be a lot worse, we could've been surrounded by water with a bunch of man eating sharks, while being sucked into a whirlpool." Samui resisted the urge to sigh as she heard her teammate assumption of what could possibly be worse, like if being completely out of their element wasn't bad enough, but they weren't outclassed and that was just the bottom line when were a shinobi, unfavorable odds were simply unavoidable. Unsatisfactory results however, was in your complete control. And she liked control and she was starting to lose her cool.

She was snapped out of her musings when the girl with the brown hair finally broke the silence, at least between teams. They've been fighting for the better part of ten minutes and not once they utter a word to each other unless it involved a jutsu, which wasn't much since they were a kenjutsu based team.

"How many times are you going to use the same technique before you realize it is useless." The girl said, Samui simply gave an aloof shrug.

"Lightning style: Lightning current." Samui once again yelled this time she didn't even frown when the technique was cancelled out once again in the same manner.

"I could do this all day." The girl said smirking.

"I can too." The girl eyes widen as she heard the voice directly behind her, the sound of a sword being released didn't help her nerves as she knew what was coming.

'clang'

the sound of metal hitting something hard rung across the area.

"So that's what you could do." Before Samui jumped away as sendons shot out of the ice mirror which appeared directly behind the brown haired girl seconds before Samui impaled her.

"Nanami if you wasn't so cocky you would've noticed that the blonde was obviously repeating the Jutsu to get information. Not only that because of you I was forced to expose my kekkei genkai something I was trying to avoid, now the enemy knows more about us then we know about them. All we know is that she could do that one technique it wasn't till a second ago that we also found out she had admirable speed." Nanami sucked her teeth before nodding.

"Sorry Haku, I guess I did get a little carried away." Haku just nodded, looking back at the team from cloud and noticed they were back in the position they were earlier.

"You almost got her Samui, how exactly did you manage to sneak up on her?" Omoi asked. Samui shrugged.

"Did you not pay attention during the whole ten minutes, the girl with the brown hair obviously has a kekkei genkai, and so does the one with the mask. The one with the mask is obviously a Hyƍton user, a descendant of the of the once feared Yuki clan from the mist, rumor has it they were all killed to think one survived must mean she fled the village when she was very young and no one knew she carried the bloodline, that or she just got lucky. The girl Nanami, she isn't doing anything to special but it is amazing, I don't know exactly what bloodline she carries but its able to disrupt the conductivity of water, making my lighting next to useless, but she has to be in the direct path of the current to stop it, I simply used the brightness of the lightning as a smoke screen and appeared behind her." Samui explained.

"That's bad ass, I could see why Sensei picked you as leader, I would've never thought of that." Omoi sadly confessed.

"You don't think much at all... scratch that you think way too much." Karui said correcting herself midsentence.

"So how do we beat them? They could stop are lighting attacks, the other girl could make ice mirrors that are as hard as metal, and I doubt I want to brake my sword trying to test it out. The guy hasn't even drawn his own sword." Samui nodded.

"Enough talking I have to end this, I'm sorry it came down to this. Demonic ice mirrors."

Naruto continued his little espionage and wasn't at all disappointed. He was a little surprised at how the blonde girl easily calculated the situation. He decided to keep watching and not interfere unless Haku was in any immediate danger.

Samui cursed as she once again tried and was only partly successful in blocking the sendons being thrown at them, looking at Karui and Omoi she noticed they were having a harder time blocking the small sendon due to the fact that they both carried Katana's and not tanto like she did, which was a lot harder and heavier to move around, and weren't meant to deflect small projectiles. Sighing, she decided that she rather live to fight another day, and to be honest if the Haku person really wanted them dead, they will be. Avoiding another hail of sendons she jumped next to her team before going through a set of hand seals before the three of them disappeared in a flash of black lightning.

"Awe man, you let them get away! Again! Literally we haven't killed a single team." Nanami yelled as she looked at Haku who only shrugged.

"Why make enemies out of nins with strong backup? This might be an exam but everyone hold grudges and it only take one grudge to start a war, and mist is in no condition to go into war, or have you forgotten?" The last part was said a little colder then Haku intended but it got the job done the girl stood quiet.

"You could stop playing back up Choujuro I recognize that chakra anywhere." Haku said as she turned her head to the blue haired teen who was silently in the back waiting, who nodded the seriousness melting off his face being replaced by a shy blush.

"Sorry Haku-chan, I get a little protective of you two." Haku let a small chuckle escape before she walked over to the kid and touched his shoulder, easily making the kid turn a dark shade of red.

"Good job. You could come out now Naruto." Haku said as she turned around just in time. The small sounds of feet hitting water was heard before Naruto reached them.

"So you knew I was there the whole time?" Naruto asked scratching the back of his head a little embarrassed he got caught 'spying'.

"No not really, not until a minute ago, when I felt your chakra, before I just knew there was someone there, thanks to Nanami she's a sensor type." Naruto looked at Nanami with what looked like appraisal and nodded.

"A sensory type you say? That's pretty dope." Naruto said offhandedly a little more dismissive then he actually intended it to be.

"What's that suppose to mean? I felt you the minute you touched the water 2 days ago, you and that Kumo team were the only one in the area! I could've easily killed you while you were neck deep in water over there!" The girl yelled, Naruto looked at her quizzically.

"I didn't meant to offend you, I was just saying that is a valuable ability to have. How exactly could you have killed me anyway?" Naruto apologized before his mind finally caught up with everything she said.

"Like I'll tell you Konoha scum." The girl all but spitted out, Naruto looked at Haku and she gave him a nod that said. 'I'll explain later.'

Naruto did not like being referred to as scum, especially not Konoha's scum.

"I asked more out of courtesy then actually entertaining the ridicules notion that a girl like you could actually do any harm too me." Naruto mentally smirked as he saw the girls face. Nanami not one to be mocked continued.

"Courtesy huh? What does a village full of trash know about courtesy, if you asked me the Kyuubi should've burned it to the ground all those years ago, then I wouldn't have to deal with arrogant assholes like you, or cowards like them." The 'them' was left in the air. Before he could retort Haku cut in.

"Enough. Naruto-sama I know you came here for more then just to argue with my teammate." Naruto gave Nanami once last glare that clearly said this isn't over before he addressed Haku.

"Actually I did, at first I was just going to come here to ask you if the plans are still in motion." He paused and looked at Haku who gave a curt nod. "Good, but then I decided I needed a lot more then a confirmation, since we only have one day left and I have no idea where my squad is I decided I shall join your group, that way we could talk more comfortably. That is if you accept.'

"Yes/No." Yes from Haku and No from Nanami who was still glaring daggers at him, Naruto turned his head to the last member and looked at him expectantly.

Choujuro sighed. "As much as I would like to have you walk with us, I simply don't feel comfortable with a ninja of unknown skills being so close to us." By this time Nanami had a shit eating grin. Naruto nodded for a minute before nodding.

"So I'll keep my distance, but like it or not we will be traveling together." This time Naruto voice was more neutral and was void of emotion, and it certainly left no room for argument. Choujuro went to reach for his sword but was easily conviced other wised when Naruto sword was inches away from his neck. The flames licking off it but no heat radiating.

"I do not wish to kill you Chojuro Haku seems to be quite found of you, but if you insist I won't hesitate. You see, I've had a rough two days, I haven't ate, I haven't drank and my girlfriend is dead. And I have not had the time to properly grieve her, please don't make me make your team feel the same as I do." Naruto pierced him with a glare that could freeze hell. "I assure you, it is not a good feeling." Choujuro gulped but nodded.

"Good boy." He said putting his sword back over his back. "Let's go."

Haku couldn't resist the feeling that traveled down her body especially to that area, Naruto was so cold, so strong, and the killing intent he gave off and the look in his eyes... before she shook it off. Bad body.

"Yes, Naruto-sama." Before she followed after the blonde kid, slowly followed by choujuro, before Nanami cursed.

"Freaking pussy."

Morn was feeling it, for the first time in years he was feeling it. What exactly was he feeling? Well that was easy, he was feeling fucking pissed off cause blood was taking his sweat fucking time.

"BLOOD! Hurry the fuck up." Morn said as he looked at the body of blood which was still mangled on the floor. Seeing no response he resisted the urge to pull his hair out. Deciding that if he kept looking at the idiot he'll go mad, he turned around and walked over to his sleeping bag which lay flat. They were currently on the highest tower in the Iwa sector, the fight with Naruto, if you could call it that was a complete failure, not only did they have to flee, they greatly underestimated the power of the kid. The information he got from the girl was next to useless, not once did she ever see him practice such a technique but on top of that he felt like the kid was actually holding back. This drove him crazy, that a kid his age not only made him turn tail and run like a coward but that now more then ever he wanted to fight the kid.

"Ugh, what happened?" Morn ears perked up as he looked back and sighed, finally blood put himself back together.

"You sure took your time regenerating." Morn said as he looked over at blood, who was now sitting up. Blood gave a small shrug.

"It's not everyday you get cut into tiny little pieces. How did you even manage to get enough of me to let me regenerate, I'm pretty sure I was a goner." Blood said as he stood up and stretched his arms and yawned like if two minutes ago he was not cut into pieces.

"Sorrow managed to get enough of you, but you are right there wasn't much of you to get, so we ran into another genin team down the road and used them instead." Blood looked at morn for a little before once again shrugging.

"Won't be the first time I was put back together using other people, I don't even know if my dick is mine anymore." Blood said looking into his pants. Before smirking. "But guess who's not complaining?" Morn resisted the urge to scowl at his brothers silly antics and sat down.

"Anyways, like I said you took a lot of time. I guess we forgot just how important blood is to your system, but never the less. We have one day left, apparently most of the ame teams dad sent are still alive, surprisingly. Which means we are still in the exam. Are mission is to find as much information on the Kyuubi and so far all we know is that the girl Nami is the container, but this raises a whole array of problems, her brother." He almost spat the word brother out. Blood nodded.

"Yeah that blonde kid sure is bloody, if he wasn't on the wrong team I might have liked him." Blood said.

"This is no times for games blood, I am serious he is good." Morn said, blood nodded.

"Yeah but we wasn't even trying, it was your plan to not do anything anyways, and that was what I did. Now we know he's a wind user, he could control the fire from his sword-"

"And he could revive the dead." Sorrow cut in as she landed in the clearing. Morn gave her a look that clearly said explain and blood, well blood just did what blood does.

"Yup, I had a paper dove stay back and see what happens after we left. After the explosion the kid and some of his friends that arrived all surrounded the girl. Then the blonde took the scroll from his back and did some weird chant next thing you know, she's alive and currently being guarded by a platoon of genin. Which I took the liberty of following." Morn once again resisted the urge to pull his hair out.

"For now, we shall let them be. Let's refocus on our mission. Let's wait out the final day here, and wait for the second part of the exam. Also, Naruto Uzumaki is mine."

Pein resisted the urge to scowl as he looked down at the scroll in his hands. In earnest he truly didn't believe the three genin were going to be able to identify the 9 tails, he sent them more on a whim then anything else, especially with blood. His thoughts were interrupted as he heard the door unlock. He didn't bother turning around he knew where everyone in the village was at, especially his tower.

"A messenger hawk? Was it Itachi-san reporting his first successful mission with the organization?" The voice was low and slightly deep for a female. Pein didn't respond instead choosing to toss the girl the scroll. The scroll stopped in mid flight, before it unraveled itself and floated in front of the blue haired girl. with a thud it fell to the floor.

"So they managed to locate the Kyuubi jinchuriki? I imagine they will be called back to the village, after all they've been gone for almost a month. The C-ranks mission we've been getting are racking up." Konan said.

"No, they will remain in Konoha. The missions can wait, I'll be sending Itachi and Kisame to investigate and gouge the girls power, before they return." Pein said. Konan tilted her head.

"Why send those two to only 'test' wouldn't it be better if they just captured her?" Konan asked.

"No. The Kyuubi must be sealed last, capturing her now will be futile. We'll have to keep her alive till we capture all the others and we have no idea how long that will take." Pein stated. Konan nodded pretending to understand.

"When will we begin to capture them, after all it's been almost 10 years, and Mada-"

"Be patient Konan. Everything will fall into place. Send the message out to Itachi make sure they understand the mission, also send word to Morn I want a detailed explanation of everything that has happened until now, you should also inform them that they are to remain in konoha until I say otherwise. Also make sure the last path is complete by today, I have something I need to do." Konan resisted the urge to roll her eyes at her friends clear dismissal of her, before she continued.

"Understood. The doctors are having a little problem with the last body actually." Konan said, this caught Pein attention.

"What kind of problem?" Konan sighed.

"Well the last body, the corpse of the man madara and you defeated doesn't respond to your rods. We tried multiple time to impale him but they will turn into liquid the minute they pierce his skin. I think we should just pick another body." Konan waited for the order to kill the doctors and get new ones, such a basic Pein demand.

"Interesting, nevertheless, use a different body. I'll take a look into it myself later on. You're dismissed." Konan was just a little shock, and mildly surprised.

"Hai."

Nami frowned as she looked around. All of the genins from Konoha were currently present, the only problem was they technically wasn't. Kiba was knocked out which could've lost 10 points, so was Shino. Hinata died. that was twenty points. That's 40 points down on one team, then came the third member of Sakura squad who died according to Sakura because of the guy with cards fault. That was 60 points down from Konoha. Looking over at Sasuke she scowled, he was clearly on his last leg, especially with the mark on his neck acting up. To think they will be ambushed by a bunch of snake, before one of them jumped and bit Sasuke neck, then they all just disappeared.

"We should make camp here, everyone that wants to rest should rest. Tomorrow the test ends and the second part of the exams begin, and I doubt the fighting is over." Nami said. She sweet dropped when she saw all of them drop to the floor, in exaggerated exhaustion.

"Finally, we haven't been able to rest since we were in Kumo, and that was two days ago, we would've ran into a team and we would've had our butts handed to us." Kiba said, getting a small yelp from Akamaru.

"You're technically already out of the exams Kiba, if anyone should be complaining it should be us!" Ino yelled as she was clearly annoyed, the fact she hasn't eaten or showered in two days was really hitting her hard.

"True, I guess I should've just let you run into that trap 2 hours ago since I'm technically not in the exams!" Kiba yelled, a little embarrassed at being called out.

"Cut it down you two, we are still in hostile territory, anyways Ino, Kiba's right. Until we have absolute proof that team 8 no longer counts we could not exclude them from the group. Plus if they didn't count don't you think the chip that was placed inside of them would've at least done something to keep them unconscious?" Shikamaru reasoned. A little peeved he himself couldn't figure out the math for Konoha, so far the only death he was counting was the genin from Sakura squad. Which meant they still had a good score.

"If we do fail we could just blame it on the failures of the main branch." Neji said coldly, no one missing the glare directed at Hinata. While he held no hard feelings for the girl, the fact that his dad didn't like the main branch, gave him enough incentive.

"Let's not point fingers Neji, if we lost it will be because of our own dwindles flames!" Lee said. Nami sighed, it was like taking care of a bunch of babies.

"Anyway's if we are worrying about the point system, we are worried about the wrong thing. Are main priority should be to prevent any further points from being deducted while also trying to deduct points from other villages. Judging be all the bodies we've ran into, I'll say about 1 third of the whole participants are still alive. All the major villages brought 9 genins, some minor villages did the same. We found at least 3 dead ninjas from each village. I think the chances of us running into anyone are slim." This seemed to calm the genins as they all seemed to visibly relax.

"So what exactly do we do about Hinata? If what you said is correct that means, Hinata has a form of amnesia. She doesn't even know why we are here." Kiba said looking over at her teammate who was busy looking at her feet.

"Amnesia? Isn't that like a brain thing? Ino should be able to fix it." Choji said as he munched on some chips, which he refused to share. All heads turned to Ino. The blonde turning bright red, before shaking her head.

"I haven't practiced anything like that, maybe my father could help." Everyone deflated, they were stuck with her.

"Just like Naruto to leave us with the baggage while he goes and do Naruto things." Kiba said as he sighed and sat down on his futon, might as well get some sleep, they wont be moving for awhile.

"Talking of Naruto where will we meet up with him tomorrow?" Choji asked. Nami shrugged.

"Who know's. I just hope he's okay." Nami finished.

Itachi frowned he looked down at the letter in his hands.

"Change of plans Kisame, we're heading towards Konoha." The blue man didn't bother asking why as he followed his partner down the street.

"This was fun, hopefully Konoha wont be boring." With that they warped out of existence, leaving a whole village burning with bodies littered all over the floor.

"If you don't stop staring at me I will go crazy." Naruto said as he continued his trek down the water, the stupid shit just never ended. Worst of all the only one on the team that had water was Chojuro, and well, you know how that shit went.

"I can't your bright hair is making me uncomfortable, how exactly are you able to pass off as a ninja, anyone could spot you from a mile away." Nanami mocked. Haku sighed those two have been going back and fourth for hours.

Then they felt it.

"Finally solid ground!" Naruto said as he stepped into the sand. "Oh, how I missed you! Finally any longer and I would've had to killed Nanami and drink her blood." Naruto said, the worst part they didn't know if he was serious or not.

"Very funny, fish cake." Naruto rolled his eyes.

"How original." Nanami eye twitched,

"Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit." Naruto smirked.

"I could only speak a language you could understand." Hook, line, and sinker. Man he was good at this talking thing, why didn't he do it more often.

"Anyways, we are now on solid ground, I think we should find a place to make camp and go on from there. Naruto I understand you don't like my team members but I think it will be best to explain to them why exactly you are here." Haku said. The two members of her team looked at her suspiciously, not for the first time either. They've been wondering just how much Haku and Naruto knew each other and what was the big secret they kept almost talking about.

Naruto shrugged. "Suit yourself, if they don't see it the way you see it you might not have a team by the end of this." Haku nodded, her teammates tensed, that was clearly a threat.

They walked for about half an hour before they found a suitable place surrounded by trees. They took their time settling down, going through the usual manual rule book of hiding as a ninja. Check for traps, set some traps, get some water, hunt some food, and finally start a fire. By the time they were done the sun was starting to go down and super was ready.

"Yummy, at least brown hair girl could do something other then run her mouth." Naruto said as he tasted his soup, Nanami made it out of vegetables and a rabbit she caught. It wasn't excellent but he hadn't ate in days, they could've given him a fried roach and he would've ate it.

Nanami had the decency to blush before she glared daggers at Naruto. "Saids the kid about to pass out from the poison, I put in his food.." Naruto eyes widen, before he grabbed his throat and began to try to cough up the soup, it was no use he could already feel himself getting dizzy before he fell over.

"NANAMI! What have you done! Are you crazy!" Haku yelled as she looked at Naruto, Chojuro nodded while the blonde kid wasn't his favorite killing him wasn't the way they did things.

"What's the big deal? I did us all a favor. Now start talking Haku." Nanami said glaring at Haku, who was slowly reaching for her sendon pouch.

"What are you guys fighting about?" Naruto asked as he was now back in the same position as earlier bowl in hand, while digging into his soup, before he brought the bowl to his mouth and slurped it all down.

"Good indeed." He said as he placed his bowl down and looked over at the team and smiled. "Gottcha didn't I?" They all nodded with their mouth wide open.

"I saw you put the poison in my cup earlier, I must admit your slight of hand is pretty good, but my eyes are special. Anyways, I wanted to play along but I also didn't feel like being poison, so when Chojuro wasn't looking I switch my bowl with his." On cue, Chojuro passed out. This broke Nanami out of her stupor as she dug into her bag to find the antidote.

"Looking for this?" Naruto said as he help up a small tube with a green liquid inside. Nanami was now glaring daggers at him. Naruto face turned serious.

"You could have it back after our talk is over." Naruto said as he placed the tube in his pocket.

"Why do it to Chojuro and not Nanami? After all he hasn't said a word to you since last time." Haku asked a little concern for her teammate. Naruto sighed and walked over to Chojuro before reaching into his ear and removing a small black dot.

"This is a speaker, anything he hears is heard by someone else, who that someone else is and why he has it are beyond me." Naruto said before braking the device. "This leads me to believe he is not to be trusted as his loyalties are not to his team but to someone else." Haku frowned.

"How long did he have it?" Naruto shrugged.

"I noticed it about two hours ago, he kept reaching into his ear every now and then, I got curious and I used a shadow clone to see what he was picking at." Naruto said.

"Shadow clone? I never felt or saw you use any jutsu." Nanami said as she looked at Naruto.

"I did one back when I was underwater watching you fight, in fact the me that first approached you was my clone. After all I ain't dumb enough to approach you all myself and risked getting killed. I switched with him when you and Haku were arguing and told him to follow from a distance, all it took was a little transformation jutsu, to turn him into a fish and boom, spy discovered." Nanami nodded as she seem to understand and her respect for the blonde going up a couple of notches, not that she'll admit it.

"But why will they even go through the trouble of doing that?" Nanami asked. Haku sighed.

"This is exactly what I was going to talk to you about, you see, I am not who you think I am. I was placed on this team by a man named Zabuza, he wanted me to deliver a message to Naruto, apparently I didn't give enough credit to the Mizukage as she managed to find out who I was, anywyas, it doesn't matter now. My mission is done, and after these exams I will not be returning with you to Mizu I will be heading to my home village in the land of waves." Haku said. Nanami couldn't believe it. Nice girl Haku was actually just an imposter, somehow this made her blood boil and she tried to reach for her Kunai.

"I'm not going to fight you Nanami, that is not the reason I left you awake." Naruto cut in as he glared at the girl. "I want to make you an offer, I want you ro join my team." Nanami looked at him like he was crazy.

"Like hell I will." Naruto smirked.

"You said you was a sensor type, I need someone like you. Haku isn't much of a sensor and my range is limited to my eyes. Plus, Haku told me about how you are treated back in wave, both of your parents died during the purge, and the rest of your family, much like Haku, and myself. Even though mines were killed in a complete different way." Nanami clenched her hands at being reminded about the purge.

"Haku told you?" She asked. Naruto nodded as he produced a scroll from inside his jacket and unrolled it. "I have detailed information on you and that kid, which he's turning blue by the way maybe that antidote is needed." Before he threw her the tube and watched her catch it.

"You could revive him, we will continue our talk later, for now I will not reveal any more information then is needed until you give me an answer. You say yes, I will explain, you say no... well it was nice knowing you I wish you the best in your career as a mist nin." Naruto said as he laid down and looked up at the stars, they were all visible tonight.

"You won't kill me? What makes you think I won't tell my Mizukage about you?" Nanami said, her blue eyes icy.

"I don't care. You have no information that is valuable and all you know about me is my name. It isn't me you have to worry about anyways, it's Haku. After all she put you on the kill list, I took you off it." Naruto said. Nanami was looking over at Haku in disbelief.

"Like I said before I had a mission, nothing personal, you just didn't fit the requirements Naruto wanted." Nanami began to shake before she walked away.

"Screw you guys." Naruto and Haku stood in silence, as they saw Nanami walk over to Chojuro and insert the liquid into his mouth before tilting his head backwards allowing the liquid to go down, his color returning instantly.

"I want an answer by tomorrow, once I leave your team and meet up with mine, I will no longer consider you. Think wisely. Goodngiht. Haku will take first watch."

That's done. Anyways, I am so pissed off, I lost all my files on this story! Mostly draft and ideas that I had pre written out for this story. Sigh! But fuck it. The show must go on. I'll just rewrite them, and maybe think of better ones.
