chapter 33.
This chapter will be a little Naruto centric, I've been sharing screen time with everybody but it is a Naruto fic and I need to show a little more of Naruto character, his true power level which I feel I haven't touched on, especially since I know a lot of people want to know what his new eyes could do.

Naruto walked silently across the cement road to wave, he could've tree hopped but he wasn't in any real rush. He had already completed his training for the upcoming chunin exam, he noticed that unlike before where the road was completely empty, he ran into people every now and them. He figured they were just merchants, which meant wave was doing a lot better if merchants were willing to make the trip there, not that he cared. He didn't understand what a village needed to stay a float so if Zabuza was letting these people in and out so easily it must've been for a reason. He raised a single eyebrow as he finally approached the large bridge, the entrance was massive, it was a giant red Tori. Last time he came by boat, and the entrance wasn't finished when he left. The tori itself was about 6 stories tall, he didn't bother complaining about the lack of security he could already feel 4 guards hiding under genjutsu, not to mention the 3 that have been following him for the last couple of miles.
He pulled his hood lower over his face, leaving only his mouth to be seen. It didn't take long for him to reach the gate, before stopping inches away.
"Remove the barrier." Naruto said in a monotone voice. Naruto didn't flinch when he felt various katana pinching him. Two to the neck, one to the spine and another one too..
'oh my.'
"Beat it brat no shinobi allowed." It was a female. He couldn't see her, because turning his neck will end with him bleeding to death.
"Since when? Last time I checked my wave village wasn't off limits, in fact it is fully independent." Naruto stated calmly. They didn't ignore the fact he said 'my' village.
"I know every Shinobi in this village, and you are not one of them. Don't you dare say such a blatant lie. Or I might just kill you." The woman's voice got a lot more menacing.
"Thats enough Yukimi." Zabuza said as he casually walked up to the entrance, he wasn't wearing anything different. "I didn't think you would make it here this quickly, especially since I just got word from Haku yesterday." Naruto shrugged, before walking forward, easily walking through the gate as the barrier was released.
"I see you have fixed the village up nicely, last time I was here it was under construction and you still couldn't get enough founding from the land of water daimyo." Naruto said casually, as he walked up to Zabuza. Not at all bothered that Yukimi was still following him.
"Well asking someone you tried to kill on various occasion doesn't make it any easier." Zabuza said casually. "It all worked out in the end, after all you have friends in high places." Naruto nodded.
"I guess you're right. How have the diplomacy efforts with the land of springs been?" Naruto asked finally reaching Zabuza, he didn't bother stopping as Zabuza scoffed.
"Disrespectful brat." Before he caught up with Naruto.
"Permission to speak freely Zabuza-sama." Yukimi said as she caught up with Zabuza.
"Granted." Yukimi nodded before she removed her mask. Naruto noticed she was quite pretty but didn't give any outer sign that he looked in the first place.
"Who is this kid, and why does he talk to you with such lack of respect. Is he another debt collector, I could dispose of him immediately if need be." Zabuza grabbed his chin as he pretended to consider her words before shaking his head.
"No, that will not work. I don't like dead people laying around my village." Zabuza responded. If Naruto heard any of it he didn't show it as he looked up at Zabuza.
"You didn't answer my question, how has the diplomacy with the land of springs gone?" Zabuza nodded.
"I didn't ignore it, I just wanted to get to a safer place to talk about something as delicate as that."
"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE! WAKING IN HERE AND DEMANDING THINGS LIKE THAT!" Yukimi snapped.
Naruto stopped. Stopping the trio in mid walk. He turned around to better look at Yukimi. She had long orange hair, that flowed down her back, she wore a black headband with two waves on it. Her outfit wasn't anything out of the ordinary.
He reached for his hood before sliding it down, his blonde hair easily, reaching his shoulders. His cold blue eyes making contact with her black ones.
"Maybe it will be better if you didn't escort us any further." Naruto said. Zabuza paled as he read between the lines, and while he knew Yukimi was strong but from the reports he's been getting from Haku, she wouldn't stand a chance. Yukimi returned the glare.
"I only take orders from Zabuza-sama! Who are you to tell me what to do!" Time seemed to slow down for Yukimi as she saw a black orb shoot at her, sinking slowly into her stomach before time continued on and she slammed into the nearest building, easily going straight threw it. The orb returned seconds later through the hole that was made and floated back to Naruto before sinking into his right arm.
"How far away are we from the office?" Naruto said, looking up at Zabuza. Zabuza glanced at the place where Yukimi was and smiled.
"Not to far from here." He answered before turning to the other guards. "Somebody go pick her up, and tell her to come to my office when ever she wakes up. I will escort him alone from here." The others nodded before they went to do as they were told.
"I see you have some new tricks since the last time we've met." Zabuza said casually. Naruto ignored him.
"Thats you're HQ?" Naruto asked, Zabuza nodded. The building was more like a lighthouse, it went all the way up, easily over any of the other structures in the village.
"Nice design, I'm guessing it was made in this way for you to be able too see an attack coming from sea and land, and you could direct or formulate a fight plan in order to repel any forces." Zabuza shrugged.
"You could say that, Tazuna was the one to design it, I just live in it. And so will you eventually."
"How are negotiations with the land of springs going?" Naruto changed the subject. Zabuza nodded.
"Actually you came just on time, they're waiting for me, well us, in the meeting room to discuss arrangements, good thing you're here now, I think she was a little suspicious of me." Naruto nodded.
"Well you are a little hard to trust." If Zabuza was insulted he didn't show it. They reached the building and Naruto noticed once gain the invisible guards. He'll have to talk to Zabuza about them later.
Zabuza walked up to the wall and pressed his hand to the stone before it rumbled before sliding open. Zabuza waked in first followed by Naruto, the inside wasn't what you will expect, when you went inside it looked like a waiting room, it was a giant oval room with couched lining the walls and in the middle was a oval desks with 4 agents all facing one section of the room. Zabuza caught on to Naruto gazed and explained.
"As you already know, wave isn't a original village, so we don't have the same amount of citizens. This is where those people that don't have a home village and wish to make the wave village their home come to register. It's a boring process and I won't go all into it, but this is just the first floor our of 8." Zabuza said as they walked across the room, Naruto looking around before tthey walked in through a door which led them towards an elevator.
"The second floor is the same as this floor but it's for missing nin who wish to become ninjas of this village, they all have to pay a fee, as once they become part of our village they are under our protection once this fee is paid we use it to 'buy them out' of their contract with their former village. This will prevent them from being hunted down by their home villages."
"Is that even possible, I'm sure hidden villages wouldn't let just anyone of their missing nin live in another country, especially if those missing nin have valuable information." Zabuza nodded.
"Thats why we don't go directly to the village, we offer this fee to the daimyo. And there's nothing those old people love more then money. The daimyo pays for most of the expenses of the hidden villages so the villages can't really complain. But then again nothing is stopping them, that is why we haven't accepted any missions as of yet, we are almost at full power and if this deal with spring country comes to fruition we will be ready." Naruto nodded, he was impressed.
"Floor 3 is where the money of the village is handled, or more like your money since you are the one that basically funded this whole village. Where did you get the the money anyways?"
"I'm rich." It was obvious he wasn't going to elaborate.
"Floor 4 is the council room, floor 5 is the mission room, floor 6 is the war conference room, floor 7 is where we're heading and that is the political Room." With a beep the elevator opened its door on floor 7.
You could tell the room was made in the efforts of wooing whoever came. The walls were nicely decorated with white and gold designs of the wave village, they're were chandeliers hanging from the ceilings that seemed to sparkle and glow as light reflected off them.
In the middle of the room there were was a round table, with two people already seated. Zabuza and Naruto followed up and took a seat.
"I am a little annoyed at the fact that you were late to your own meeting, but you also bring a child to a serious meeting, is this how you're village conducts business? Are you not the one in need of us, and you behave as is if we are in need of you." The man said. Zabuza nodded.
"I'm sorry for my lateness, I did not mean to offend you in any way. There was some business I had to take care of, and this is not a child. He is the acting leader of the village." This caused Dotu to raise an eyebrow.
"Then why were you the one to set the meeting up? Does your leader feel that he is above setting up such meetings like these?" Zabuza shook his head.
"He was out of the village on a continous mission and he just got back, me being his head jouning was left in charge of all operations. Now please let's talk about what we are here for, which is an alliance between our two countries." Dotu grilled both shinobi but sighed before laying back into his chair.
"Very well, before we start I want to introduce you to my niece Koyuki Kazahanna. I'm sure you know her from her many movies." Naruto saw the girl tense at the mentioning of her name but he let it pass as she hid it pretty quickly.
"Yes, I am aware of who she is. But I don't mean to be rude but why is she here? This meeting is for high ranking officials only." Koyuki frowned.
"My father was the leader of the land of snow, and I am his only daughter and will become the next leader once I come of age next year." Koyuki said coolly. Zabuza shrugged.
"My mistake, this is Namikaze Naruto." The word Namikaze echoed around the room.
"To think someone as loyal as the Yondaime will have a traitor son is kind of ironic. But Konoha has always been known for its traitors, makes me think twice about this alliance already." Koyuki said, narrowing her eyes at the blonde who has yet to say a word.
"I have to agree with Koyuki over here, how can we trust you who has such a young leader not to mention is also a traitor to his family home village?" Zabuza frowned already starting to lose his temper.
"In the shinobi system there is no such thing as children. A child has manged too build this whole village under the nose of every hidden shinobi village. A child was able to convince two other couriers too accept a alliance, and a child has enough information on the land of snow too change it forever." The last sentence Naruto said it looking directly at Koyuki taking a small glance at the crystal around her neck.
"But that is besides the point. I am not here to argue or be insulted." He kept a monotone voice, maintaining a neutral face.
Dotu scoffed. "Okay, then wow me. What do you have to offer?" Naruto nodded reaching into his pocket, watching how Dotu tensed up, before he placed a scroll in the table.
"We will offer you the same hand we have offered the others. The land of snow doesn't have a hidden village and usually has to pay a heavy tax when they hire from the 5 hidden villages, we will act as your hidden village exclusive only too you, and our other allies of course, meaning you will have protection from anything. And like the other hidden villages you being the daimyo will have to fund our villages, give us missions, rent us a land where we could build another village." Dotu cut him off.
"So this won't be just a single place, you will have multiple villages."
"You must've missed understood. This village is not going to be a full out village with civilians, it will only be for shinobi, this village is only for time of war, where it will be required to have shinobi on the land at all times. These shinobi will also act as your personal attack force, but I will still be in charge of them, and anything that involves attacking or destroying will have to go through me. So they're more like body guards for the whole land then anything else." Dotu nodded.
Koyuki interfered.
"How do we know they won't just overthrow the government? After all they only answer too you? How could we trust them." Naruto nodded.
"Thats phase two, we do not want to provide you with only our shinobi so a ninja academy will be built and it will take only civilians from the land of snow, once they're is enough shinobi I will withdraw the original forces and leave you with 'loyal' land of snow men. But that is of you want." Koyuki nodded.
"Continue." If Naruto was insulted by the rudeness he didn't show it and continued.
"You will have access to our naval ports, our fishing industry." The offer was almost too good. Dotu cleared his throat.
"And what do you want in return?" Naruto nodded.
"Besides the obvious funding, I also want access to your land, I also want multiple trains to be built that will connect all of our aligned villages while selling us your technology." Naruto finished. Danzo sat quietly for what seemed like hours but it was actually just 1.
"I think I might need a little more persuading." Zabuza narrowed his eyes, they were clearly giving more then they were getting and he was still asking for more, just when he was about to tell them beat it Naruto cut in.
"What do you need Dotu-san?" Naruto asked closing his eyes already knowing what was coming, his grandpa will always tell him that when you was negotiating and you already put it all on the table and the other side wanted to be greedy, hear them out. Even if you already knew you wasn't going to budge.
Dory smirked.
"I will like to offer you my niece hand in marriage to further strengthen our alliance, you know, just to make sure you don't betray us. And the wedding must be done in the next year, if not the treaty is off." Once again Naruto saw Koyuki tense up before relaxing.
It was clear what Dotu wanted. He wanted to ship away Koyuki before she could stake her claim on the land of snow, leaving him as the daimyo. Meaning he will have a village to back him up, massive wealthy from the new income that this treaty will cement. It was greedy, repulsive but most of all it worked out in his favor.
"I agree to the terms." Naruto stated and Dotu mouth almost split in two from the grin. "But only if Koyuki agrees, if she says other wise I will only offer you what I first put on the table and if you don't accept that, negotiations will be over." Dotu smiled faltered before looking at Koyuki, who was looking straight into Naruto eyes.
"I agree to the terms." Koyuki said. Dotu smirked.
"I guess that is that, where do I sign?" Naruto nodded before sliding the man the scroll he put on the table earlier.
"In there is everything we talked about." Dotu smirked and without reading it signed, so did Koyuki then Naruto nodded before signing it himself and handing it to Zabuza to sign.
"Now then, I will like to go on a date with my fiancee, if that is okay with you Dotu-san?" Dotu waived his hand dismissively.
"Now that I think about it what will you call this place, not once did you call him a kage you called him a leader." Zabuza nodded as he saw Naruto and Koyuki leave the room.
"That is because this is not a village this is a kingdom, and he is not a shadow he is a emperor." Dotu looked amused, such an old term.
"And the name of the kingdom?" Zabuza walked over to the window that looked over the whole village and he noticed the sun was already setting. Smiling as he saw the bridge in the distance.
"We call it 'The kingdom of Asgard.'" Dotu stopped listening after that, his own thoughts ringing loud in his mind.\
'You fools, I will take over this land, after I get rid of this stupid girl, and they're even providing me with an army... how foolish of them.'
Naruto and Koyuki walked silently through the hall leading to the elevator. The tension was thick and Naruto noticed how stiff Koyuki body was but didn't bother comforting her, he had no relationship with her so doing so will be pointless. They reached the elevator and Naruto pressed the button.
"Where are you taking me if I may ask?" Koyuki said, breaking the awkward silence. Naruto didn't answer right away as he waited for the elevator to arrive before he entered, quickly followed by Koyuki. They reached the first floor and Koyuki was starting to grow impatient with Naruto. They walked across the reception room before walking outside, the smell of sea refreshing their senses after hours of being in locked away in a room. Koyuki took the time to study Naruto, besides the fact that he was young he was actually kind of handsome, he came from a noble family, and was already in a position of power. He had an aura of mystery around him, I guess being with him even if it was force wasn't going to be so bad.
"If you do not stop staring at me, I might end up killing you." Scratch that.
'WHO THE FUCK DOES THIS KID THINK HE IS.' Koyuki thought but answered a lot more conservative manner.
"Is that any way to talk to your future wife? But you are just a kid, I wouldn't expect you to know anything about how to treat a woman." Naruto nodded.
"You are only 3 years my senior and talk as if you are an old lady." Naruto smirked a little when he saw Koyuki frown.
"You never answered me earlier, where are you taking me?" Naruto accepted her change of topic as defeat.
"I do not know yet, this is my first time in the village." Naruto said, it wasn't a complete lie, he was here before but everything was different then.
"A leader that hasn't been in his own village. Is this some type of joke?" Koyuki said before seeing a bar and grill in the distance. "We should go there, I need a drink." Naruto shrugged.
They reached the bar and were quickly seated in a booth in the back of the restaurant on Naruto discretion. They took a seat and Naruto looked at her, Koyuki ignored him as she looked through the sake and wine, they were a little more expensive then they normally were but she was sure Naruto could handle it. She signaled for a waiter and asked for two bottles of their finest sake. The waiter came back minutes later with two elegant gold bottles. Placing two saucers he poured both of them a drink and stood there bottle in hand waiting to pour more. Naruto took his eyes of Koyuki for the first time.
"Leave us." The waiter gave a short nod before placing the sake bottles in ice and dismissed himself. Naruto put his attention back to Koyuki, who was chugging down one of the bottles and completely ignoring the saucer in front of her. He watched curiously as she finished the bottle before slamming it down on the table, and looked at him. A small blush already developing on her face.
"What's the matter too young to drink?" Koyuki mocked, Naruto shook his head and picked up his saucer and sipped it.
"I have no problems to run away from." Naruto said, Koyuki scoffed.
"What makes you think I drink because I have problems?" Naruto didn't respond instead going through the menu. "Why do you always ignore people? Have you no manners! It is the polite thing to do when you are trying to have a conversation with someone!" Naruto looked up at her.
"I see, well how about this. After we eat I'll answer all of your questions before you answer mine." Naruto said in a monotone voice. Koyuki glared at him before nodding. Naruto signaled for the waiter, who rushed towards them with pen and pad ready to jot down the orders. Naruto went first.
"I will have a Miso soup with mussels, and the girl here will have tofu with crab sauce." The waiter nodded, Naruto ignored the glare Koyuki gave him. "And I'm not much of a sake person, bring me a bottle of your finest wine. That will be all, thank you." The waiter nodded and bowed before picking up the now two empty bottles of sake, and left.
"I could order for myself you know." Koyuki said glaring at Naruto.
"I saw you're eyes linger on that platter while you were looking through the menu. Did I not pick what you wanted?" Naruto asked, his face looking at her curiously. Koyuki blushed.
"That's not the point!" Naruto nodded.
"If I picked what you wanted why is it a problem?" Koyuki resisted the urge to pull her hair out, before sighing before a smile developed on her soft features.
"So you was staring at my eyes huh?" She asked playfully, Naruto noticed the change of character but blamed it on the alcohol.
"Yes you have beautiful blue eyes, that tell a story your mouth just doesn't speak." Kuyiki blushed deepened at his words.
"A charmer?" Naruto shook his head.
"The lack of food just has me a little light headed." Naruto said, causing Koyuki blush to disappear at the obvious insult.
"You really should learn how to treat a lady, I feel sorry for your girlfriend." Naruto eyes lowered at the mentioning of girlfriend but he continued.
"Then you must feel sorry for yourself, because the contract you signed earlier makes me your boyfriend." before Koyuki could reply the waiter brought the food. The food was delicious and Naruto ate his food a little more slowly then he would've liked. When they were finished they sat in silence, this time Naruto broke it.
"Let's get on with it, what do you want to know." Koyuki looked into Naruto blue eyes before pouring herself another glass of wine.
"Why did you accept me to be your wife, you barely know me. Or are you just as perverted as all men." Naruto nodded.
"I have many reasons, but no I am not as perverted as most man, all I want is for my country to succeed and if I got to marry another 4 woman I will do so. That's not to say I have to do anything with them." He said emotionlessly. The coldness in his voice made Koyuki frown, but also caused something inside her to bubble. Koyuki felt something when he said he will marry more woman but let it fly.
"Why make an agreement with a man like that? You don't even know him." Koyuki said, the alcohol finally taking its toll on her. Naruto nodded.
"Who a man like Dotu? The man that killed your father in order to become the damiyo, the same person that kidnapped you 6 months ago while you was filming your next movie, the same man that has given you away, and the same man that is probably already being taken cared of as we speak." Naruto said normally as he sipped on his wine.
Koyuki narrowed her eyes.
"What do you mean by being taken cared of?" Naruto smirked.
"You see Koyuki, I kind of lied to you. This isn't my first time in the wave village, or in this restaurant. I picked this specific place because the walls are sound proof, and you will be unable to hear the fighting going on outside." Naruto said calmly as he relaxed into his chair. Koyuki frowned as she tried to get up and noticed she couldn't.
"Chakra chains, connected to your arms and legs, the ones are your arms are longer to give you freedom to eat." Naruto said calmly, taking another sip of wine.
"What is the meaning of this?!" Koyuki demanded. Naruto nodded.
"You see, I already knew Dotu wasn't trust worthy, so when Zabuza gave me the news that Dotu was coming to the wave village with an army to try and take over it, I let it play out, while coming up with a counter strategy. Which involved leaking information to Dotu of your location for he could 'kidnapped you' and I knew he will try to use you as a bargaining chip." Naruto said as he stood up.
"We found out the location of your armada a week ago, and when you came yesterday only you and Dotu, I had Zabuza ambush them. Then we let the meeting take place, and now we have signatures to a contract that saids you handed all the resources and powers from the snow to the hidden wave village. You should thank Dotu for that since he didn't bother reading it to begin with. Also you could stop the act, the sake you drank was only water and so was the wine, so I knew the whole time you was acting, and a great actor you are." Koyuki sighed as she stopped the act, before looking up at Naruto.
"I had nothing to do with it, he forced me to do it and he was going to make me seduced you and keep you busy tonight while he set up the attack." Naruto nodded.
"Nice plan, and I already know you have nothing to do with it. Now you have one question to answer, since its my turn." Naruto said coldly. his Sekai activated swirling as they looked into the deep blue eyes of Koyuki.
"I am willing to relinquish everything I got from Dotu and give it to you. You will become the acting Daimyo starting tomorrow, you will follow the treaty we signed, and we will follow our promises. Are you okay with that?" Naruto said, more like told.
"I am okay with that." koyuki said dejectedly. Naruto didn't care if she really agreed or not, she will do as he said.
"Wait here, I got to go finish something, my clone will come get you when its over." With that Naruto walked out the door.
The land around the perimeter of the wave village looked like it had seen better days. Close to 200 shinobi littered the land, some from Dotu forces others from the wave village. This is the sight Naruto set his eyes upon. He took a minute to look at the surrounding before sighing, his fist clenching as he saw some of the wave village shinobi dead. One of them had his head separated from his shoulders, others looked like they were blown to bits, the blood bade the ground in a crimson ocean, and him, stood upon it. Turning his head away from the carnage he looked into the distance where he saw Zabuza and Yukimi with the remainder of the army, they had Dotu tied and on the ground. Even from this distance he could see Dotu gave Zabuza a good fight from the many scars that littered Zabuza body, the bandage around his mouth was bloody and hanging loosely from his face showing some jaw line.
He took his time getting to the people, he wasn't in any real rush. When he got there he ignored the multiple glares he got from the army, and especially the glare he got from Yukimi.
"So look who decided to finally show up. What too scared to actually fight? Or is your only specialty is attacking people of guard?" Yukimi said smirking earning a couple of chuckles from the army behind her, he noticed the army was mostly composed of wanted criminals he saw in the bingo book, none of them high profile, just a bunch of mid level missing nin that probably left the village to avoid being put in prison for minor offenses. He didn't really mind, he had faith in Zabuza.
"I was busy distracting our honor guest." Naruto said as he reached the group, passing by Yukimi seeing her tense.
"Your honored guest just tried to kill you." Yukimi hissed. Naruto didn't bother giving her another response, before walking up to Zabuza.
"I see he was tough." Zabuza smirked.
"It wouldn't be fun if he wasn't, I'm telling you he fought with everything he got." Naruto smirked before nodding. Before turning his attention towards Dotu his eyes instantly activating.
"Now what can I do with you?"
"HMHMh MHMMH MHHMHMh" Naruto raised an eyebrow before looking at Zabuza. The man laughed before bending down forcing the mans mouth open, sticking his hand deep into his mouth and removing a cloth.
Naruto looked at him with an raised eyebrow. Zabuza shrugged.
"What he didn't shut up when I told him too." Naruto nodded at this, taking that as a acceptable excuse. Before looking at Dotu, who was now glaring up at him.
"What did you say earlier, I couldn't quite understand you." The first thing Dotu did was spit, which didn't go far as it stopped mid way to Naruto face before falling to the ground. Naruto didn't remove his eyes from Dotu body.
"You try that again and I will let Zabuza over here have his fun with you, or I might let the fellas in the back have you for the night." The fellas in the back started yelling, to bring him here, or please do, and let me at em.
Dotu scoffed.
"Is this how you conduct good business? I thought we made a deal? Like I said, you could never trust a Konoha ninja." Dotu said, glaring at Naruto with so much hate you will think he would burst into flames. Naruto nodded.
"It didn't have to be this way. I lost good men, brave men because of your selfishness, I was already aware of your hidden plans thank you to Zabuza over here. And I let him handle it how he saw fit, and so here we are." Naruto chimed, in an unapologetic tone. Before Dotu could talk Naruto continued.
"I've grown bored of you, I only wanted to look into your eyes as you die, you will be the first blood on my hands in the name of the empire, I want to build. Don't worry Koyuki-hime will be a great leader." Dotu snarled, but didn't say anything.
Everyone stiffened when Naruto realesed his chakra, it pressed down on them like gravity itself was under the control of this one kid. The wind seemed to have stop moving, and it was getting harder to breath, some of them wanted to do anything they could to run but it was to late, they were caught in the void, and in this moment they knew they were at the mercy of this kid, if it wasn't so scary it would be majestic. Yukimi bit her lips as she looked at Naruto.
Naruto wasn't aware of any of this as he raised his hand, and Dotu body rose into the air.

Dotu felt pain like never before, he felt like their was unimaginable amount of weight on his crushing him, he could feel his bones being crushed, before the cuts started to form, at first they were little just small paper cut before it exploded and the wind seem to come alive under Naruto control as they dug deep into Dotu body, before it all turned into a blur and in the span of seconds not a inch of Dotu body was left, completely eroded by the winds.
"That was a little more powerful then before." Naruto said casually, he never got to use this technique till its full potential before. He turned around to face the group and raised an eyebrow, they were all looking at him like a monster, but then again he did just completely erased a man from existence, which was what the technique did. His control over atoms and wind became ten times stronger since his eyes changed, he also knew his chakra became more cold, kind of like Nanashi's. He was still working on reducing the amount of chakra his body released but it was a different ball game.
"Zabuza let's go back to your office Koyuki is waiting for us." With that he walked up to the swordsman who was casually laying down on the ground like nothing was happening. He bent down and grabbed Zabuza arm, but before he left he looked at the group.
"Good job everyone, I am sorry my plans led to the death of some of your comrades, in the future I will think of better ways to protect every one of you, Yukimi you fought admirably, and your skills are to be taken into consideration for a promotion." With that him and Zabuza disappeared in a trail of blue roses.

Just like Naruto said Koyuki was waiting for them. She was sitting down on her seat in front of the main desk which was a polished oak. The room was the top of the 'light house' It didn't have walls just mirrors surrounding the whole office allowing you to have a 360 field of view of the surroundings. Zabuza Stabbed his sword into the ground, before walking over to a wall. Naruto took a seat next to Koyuki.
"Zabuza this is your kingdown and as such you should sit in your seat." Naruto said offhandedly. Zabuza looked at the blonde before shrugging and took the seat behind the desk. They sat in silence for a minute Zabuza taking glances at Naruto every now and then.
"Sooo" Koyuki began, she was getting kind of tired of always braking the silence, how did they even communicate, they will sit in silence all day if they had too. Zabuza nodded.
"I'm guessing Naruto already informed you about what happened and why it had to be done?" Zabuza ask/stated he didn't make it clear, but Koyuki felt like he was waiting for a reply anyways.
"Yes, but I do got some questions I need answered as well as some things I need settled." Zabuza nodded.
"Speak your mind freely, if I could not answer Naruto will." Zabuza said. Naruto didn't show any objections. Koyuki nodded.
"I have never ruled in my life, how do you expect me to jump into something like that? My dad showed me some things here and there but nothing major." Koyuki stated. Zabuza nodded.
"Not until recently, I never ruled either. It wasn't easy but I was able to find out the inner details of politics and what it takes to be a leader, seeing as you are a daimyo and our jobs are different I could not offer you any advice but I do know you have advisors, and they could help you." Zabuza stated, Koyuki nodded.
"So you are just winging it?" She deadpanned. Zabuza shrugged.
"So far so good." Koyuki nodded, she will hit the library once she was forced back to the land of snow.
"Who do I talk to when I need help? I'm guessing sending messenger birds to Konoha is a big no, no. As Naruto is clearly here on his own free will, he also refrained from participating in the battle, not because of weakness but because he does not want any information to track him here." Koyuki analyzed.
"And then you said you couldn't lead, with a brain like that." Koyuki didn't know if he was complementing her or not. Zabuza continued. "And yes, sending anything to Konoha will only make Konoha believe you are crazy because to Konoha Naruto is only a kid. You send things to me, and if I feel its something that needs further questioning I will send it to Naruto." Koyuki nodded.
"Who are the other two countries you said you were aligned with?" Zabuza looked at Naruto who shook his head.
"Both village want to remain hidden, and will not be disclosed. They feel we are still to weak to defend them, and will like to remain quiet until we are at full strength in a couple of years. The same hand will be extended to you if you want it." Koyuki made sure to read through every line, before nodding.
"I will like to make our alliance known if that is okay with you, no doubt word will spread Dotu is dead and many villages will try to take over, but if they find out Dotu was killed by a new village who managed to destroy his forces they will think twice about it. Plus snow is not in any condition to be involved in war." Zabuza nodded.
"Alright." Plain and simple. "Any more questions?" Koyuki nodded.
"Who is in charge?" Zabuza looked at her before shrugging. Naruto took that as his cue to talk.
"You are." Naruto said, looking at both Koyuki and Zabuza. "These are two kingdom, Zabuza is the 'king' as you put it to this village I named Asgard. And you will be the queen of snow country. I have no desire to lead any village, I want to rule the empire and you two are within that empire. You could do as you please with your country I will not get involved unless it puts my empire in danger or you request me too." Naruto explained. Koyuki nodded. Zabuza laid back into his chair.
"King huh? That has a nice ring to it." Naruto nodded.
"Your duties are to handle everything that has to do with this land, and make sure it is well taken cared of. Zabuza Asguard is the muscle, I want the best of the best from this village, as it will act as my headquarters but not where I will live. Koyuki the land of the snow is the most important, with the technological advanced of your people we will become a threat to anyone that faces us, I want you to increase production of everything, from the last Kunai to the last Shuriken, I want technical advances and soon rather then later. Now I grow tired of talks, I will give you a scroll with information for your trip tomorrow back to snow, by then the people of that country will know of what happened here, I expect nothing but the best from you." It was a clear dismissal.
Koyuki nodded as she got up.
"Where will I stay?" Zabuza smirked.
"One of my shinobi will take you, its the finest hotel in the village, I hope you and your fiancée find it convenient." Naruto didn't miss the underline meaning of Zabuza words, judging by Koyuki blush neither did she.
"Thank you Emperor." With that she bowed and left. Zabuza smirked.
"Shit, I do all the work and you get the thank you." Naruto smirked sinking into his chair.
"Well I kind of gave her a position of power, and trusted her with one of my kingdoms while also telling her I have faith in her." Naruto said offhandedly. Zabuza chuckled.
"True, true. Now tell me-" Naruto cut him off.
"What how I got so powerful?" Zabuza nodded. Naruto dug deeper into his chair.
"To tell you the truth I don't completely understand it either, I remember I was looking at the moon one night before everything seemed to glow, I went through what I feel was years of memorys, but they weren't mine. And everything that person was capable of doing I could do it." Naruto said hand on chin.
"Just like that you could do it just like that? No thought to it?" Zabuza asked looking at him strangely. Naruto shook his head.
"No, not like that. I mean my brain already knows what to do, and my body could do it, but I don't have complete control over them. The techniques I already have are enhanced, like the one you saw earlier, I also noticed I've picked up a different way of talking, I could read things more clearly when people speak, I could feel everything and everything around me ten times better, I could use my Sekai techniques almost without even moving an inch, and my chakra feels kind of off, but I could tell its mine, but its stronger." Naruto explained, he had an idea of what happened but until he was sure he wasn't comfortable telling his allies.
"So its like you activated the second part of your doujutsu? Kind of like the famous sharingan of Konoha" Zabuza said, remembering his little run in with Kakashi, almost 8 months ago. Naruto nodded.
"You could say that, but the thing is I could do so much more. I got so much more, my mind is constantly going through techniques, and my eyes everyday feel stronger." Naruto whispered. Zabuza nodded.
"So what are you going to do with this new development you inherited?" Naruto eyes shot up.
"That's it! That's the missing piece." Zabuza looked at him like he was crazy.
"Care to explain." Naruto nodded.
"The memory, the techniques, the reason my eyes are stronger the reason I could do things I couldn't before, the reason I couldn't understand why I was able to do a couple of things the orbs. Somehow some way, Nanashi was able to pass on his knowledge onto me, and while doing that not only did he give me his chakra he left me the power of his eyes!" Naruto yelled slamming his hand into the table. Zabuza was wide eyed, he never met the man personally but he had a track record, some say he was candidate to become the possible Uzukage but he declined because he wanted to travel the world, then after that he went ghost, then he appeared a couple years ago out of nowhere again. If a man like that could do that, then something like this wouldn't be so difficult. But the question wasn't how, but why? Why would he trust a kid with so much power?

Pain smirked as he saw the rods finally stay in place, he finally got it. His new path. "I guess you are of some use Nanashi." Pain said as he looked at his new creation, there wasn't one rod on his face but his body was littered in them.
"You're death has now cemented my piece."
Obito smirked as he looked at pains finished work. He had to give it to the kid he was persistent. The first ever Uzumaki to be reanimated as a path, if a regular path could do all that, imagine what could the body of the strongest Uzumaki since that first bitch could do?
WOOHOOOOOO! I love this chapter cause its the plot twist from hell. and the reason I left you all in the dark about the wave village was because I wanted you to be just as surprised about it as the characters in the story.
We went deeper into Naruto plans, he now got 4 countries backing him, two are still a mystery. AND YES THEY WILL BE AS BAD ASS AS THE OTHER TWO.

I WAS THINKING OF NAMING THE WAVE VILLAGE ASGARD SINCE I STARTED IT AND I WAS GONNA MAKE IT LOOK LIKE ASGARD BUT I THOUGHT THE PRICE OF DOING SOMETHING LIKE THAT WILL JUST BE INCREDIBLE.
THE INVISIBLE GUARDS ARE KIND OF PLAYING HOMAGE TO LOKI, WITH THEIR DISAPPEARING AND THEIR KIND OF DISTRUSTING NATURE.
THERE WILL BE ANOTHER ARGARD HOMAGE BUT THEY WONT BE AROUND FOR A LITTLE WHILE LONGER NOT TO LONG SO THAT SHOULD BE FUN.
THE SNOW VILLAGE WILL LOOK MORE INDUSTRIALIZE, WITH TRAINS, AND BUILDINGS I WANT IT TO LOOK KIND OF LIKE THE VILLAGE FROM NARUTO: THE LOST TOWER.
