"That little shit!" Tsunade yelled as she paced back and forth in her office. One thing was taking out his anger on Konoha but completely eradicating two villages was a whole different story. Currently in her office stood Dazou, Kakashi and Shikaku they had just returned from their diplomatic mission.
"Maybe there was a reason behind the attack." Tsunade sucked her teeth.
"What possible reason could he have to destroy two civilian villages? Man, woman and child all of them are gone. Not a single person survived, this was not war, this was not a scuffle it was a full on genocide!" Tsunade fumed as flashback to the war spammed her mind, all the blood, how much blood did they leave? Was there any blood left? No there wasn't the village was gone, and the other was burned down.
Kakashi frowned as he went over the information, even he felt the explosion when it went down and he was deep inside the trenches of the mist village, they were all called back. He couldn't blame Tsunade if Naruto had that kind of fire power, and had already made an attempt on her life, who wouldn't be scared. The next second a bird clicked on the window. It had the Trinity badge on it. Looking over at Tsunade he saw her hesitate so he made the move for her and open the henge and slid the window up before the bird dropped off the scroll and flew off.
He looked at the scroll up and down to make sure it wasn't a bomb before passing it over to Tsunade who played with it before opening it. She read the scroll carefully before slamming her hand on her desk and tossing the scroll to Kakashi who proceeded to read it as well. It went.
Dear Tsunade,
By now you should be aware of what happened. Going into details will be a drag as I don't give a damn. Yes, the bomb that went off was on my creation, and yes I could do it again and will do it again if need be. Doing so against you? well, that is fully up to you. Your last attack on us lead by some of your men, we took it with a grain of salt and licked our wounds and stood put. I am here to remind you that it will not happen again. Also, this is a peace letter, yes believe it or not. The trinity is not in anyway considering going to war with Konoha in fact I believe allies would be more convenient, because of this we are extending a hand to you to come over and meet with us and we could further discuss the details of our alliance. Chose to come, and I swear no harm will come to you or your village. Decide not too and no harm will come to you or your village unless provoked. Yes this includes provoked by you or a third party, Konoha will suffer the same fate as the land of dogs. But remember this is not a threat or a letter to justify our actions, this is a peace letter offered to you by the Trinity. The metaphorical ball is in your court now.

"That bastard!" Tsunade yelled as she continued her frantic pace. Danzou frowned as he finished the letter, when he made the attack order on the Trinity he was sure they will think twice about attacking the village, they responded by blowing the Hokage office to pieces. He tried to use the land of dogs as a base for Konoha to keep closer eyes on the Trinity and they erased it from existence. This kid was no longer a threat, he was the threat. The letter was not optional, Naruto was telling Tsunade to go talk or there will be consequences, he was not bluffing if he could do it once, he could do it again. Konoha was being bullied, it was embarrassing when the other villages get word of this they will laugh. He had made a decision and the information he got from the land of keys all made sense, why was he failing? Unless Naruto had ties with the land of keys as well? It was a possibility.
"What are we to do?" Shikakau said he had already ran through hundred of battle strategies if it came to war and none of them were looking good.
"It's time like these when I really wish Minato was still around." The next second a yellow flash appeared.
"I need to know what happened, and I need to know now!" Minato said, ignoring Tsunade question of how he escaped. Danzou frowned at seeing the fourth but passed him the scroll and let him read through it.
"What is your plan?" Tsunade cursed before sitting down.
"We're going to the Trinity, Minato and Kakashi you will escort me. Taking out two weak villages in one night is something but taking out three of the strongest villages in the elemental Nation is a whole other story, we're going to show that little brat how it feels to be afraid. The hard way. Tell the troops prepare for war, tell the shops to stack up on supplies, we are remilitarizing Konoha as of now. Konoha is at a temporary armistice with the Trinity." Minato nodded, so did the rest in the room. War was looming and they had to be ready.
Hinata frowned as she over heard her father talking about the explosion from yesterday, for her it wasn't hard to figure out who or what caused the explosion the only person who would do something as reckless as that besides Orochimaru would be Naruto. She almost didn't want to believe it but she knew, the way her father would dance around her questions wasn't helping the tight knit in her stomach.
"Father, as the future leader of the clan being able to know what to do during times of war is essential to my growth. I am not asking you to go against the Hokage but to ask her to let a ambassador from the clan go as well to talk it out with the Trinity. She could not refuse because as one of the main source of military power in the village we deserve to know what we are up against, therefore I volunteer to be part of the escort unit and ask you to rethink sending Neji-neesan." Hiashi frowned as he listening to his eldest daughter reasoning.
"And this has nothing to do with the fact that you still harbor feelings for the young Uzumaki?" Hinata shook her head.
"None at all, what ever feelings I had for that man he took with him the moment he betrayed our village." Hiashi grilled her for any form of deceit but he trained her well.
"I believe Neji would be better suited as protection for lady Tsunade." Hinata interrupted.
"I understand that you are afraid that it could a trap, and I could be killed. But I am not only your daughter but also a ninja. I, like every other person in this village would gladly die in order to save our Hokage, and Hanabi is more then suitable to take my spot if such tragedies were to occur." Hiashi sighed before shaking his head.
"You're mother would kill me for even considering something so absurd." Hinata let a soft smile play on too her lips.
"Perhaps but you are not so easily killed." Hinata took a stand. "Thank you father for understanding." With that she left the room.
Hiashi nodded as he continued to think over the events. Konoha was just at war and they were potentially jumping back into one, he has seen his share of wars and he could say that none of them were enjoyable for either side regardless of who came out the victor. He had to admit he took pride in his daughter she has been a gem for the Hyuga clan. She became chunin at a young age which was strange unless in times of war, and was already being considered for Jounin just like her cousin Neji. He was finally nearing retirement in a couple of years Hinata would know all the ropes and he would retire and watch from afar before he was forced to become an elder when he reached his later years. That was the plan, and it still was but Hinata was right, she is still a Shinobi and nothing was guaranteed.

Hinata placed the bag over her back as she left her home it has been a crazy couple of months, her friends no longer trusted her after the stunt she pulled with Naruto. She couldn't blame them either but she also couldn't blame herself she was a woman after all, and sometimes they did stupid things for the men they loved. Yes as in past tense she no longer felt the heart aching desire for the red head as she once did, maybe it was all the missions she has gone on where the wife placed a hit on their husband sometimes for the money, sometimes for some kind of sick pleasure and the worse for adultery. Cheating on a woman that professed her love to you, that was disgusting she took pleasure in killing those men.
"Hinata." She looked to the left and noticed Kiba and much of the Konoha 13 were walking towards her. They were in full gear, they must be going on a mission.
"Yes Kiba, how have you been?" Kiba scuffed.
"As good as getting ready for war could be, this would've never happened if-" Kiba was on the ground the next second courtesy of Sakura.
"Ja'ne Hinata he's an idiot. What he meant to say is we're all a little scared." Hinata nodded before looking at her fellow comrades.
"Where are you going if you don't mind me asking?" Sakura nodded.
"We're part of the detail Tsunade-sensei sent to go and check out the damage done to the villages, we're short on men so this is all she could afford to send." Sakura explained before continuing. "Come to think of it, she did say we could pick up who ever we want, would you like to join us?" The group visibly tensed not because they didn't like her or anything, its just that Hinata saved Naruto last time and the mission was to do more then just inspect it was to see if they could find a way to Surround the Trinity and take it out. Count how many men they probably had, follow the trails and see the range of the technique. In other words the mission was to find a way for assassins could kill Naruto.
Hinata read through the mission details easily as much as Sakura wanted to sugar coat it. "No, I already have a mission of my own to attend. But I could offer you some assistance Neji-Neesan is available and his Byakugan is a lot stronger then mines. He would be of more help for your mission Ja'ne." With that Hinata took her leave.
Shikamaru frowned as he saw her walked towards the north gate the same gate Tsunade told the Anbu to guard before she departed. He kept that information to himself though, he had faith in Hinata regardless if she betrayed them before. The others looked a puzzled by her decline but opted to go pick up Neji anyways, why not? Having a Jounin on your team was always beneficial.
Hinata walked through the streets it didn't take her long to reach the north gate. She recognized team seven sensei with a guy next to him, he was wearing a mask and masking his Chakra. She instantly activated her Byakugan and gasped when she realized it was the Yondaime, taking note that maybe he was hiding for a reason she turned it off before reaching the group.
Kakashi stared at the young girl before giving her a small nod, the other guy did the same. She felt uncomfortable waiting for Tsunade as the two men continued to inspect her, they must know about what she did, but they also weren't making no moves to remove her from the mission. Tsunade arrived and took just one stare at her before giving her a soft smile.
"I hope your ready Hinata, this is going to be a long trip." With that she walked out the village quickly followed by her Anbu who hid in the trees while her Kakashi and Minato took the main road. Hinata straighten up as she noticed this was real, the talking part was over. It was time to face her biggest fear, Naruto.
Nami frowned as she was being carried inside the mouth of a frog. Her third attempt at visiting Asgard was tarnished, she finally managed to slip away from her mom. Which took a whole lot of sleeping pills inside of her drink, who knew her mom had such a strong tolerance? Anyways she was a little annoyed when Jiraiya showed up and snatched her away.
"You could've just let me go, me and you both know Naruto wont hurt me." Jiraiya nodded.
"That may be the case, but your brothers actions sing a different story." Nami frowned, she heard what he did. Once again he killed off people for no apparent reason, first at the stadium, the Mizukage and now this. What was going through his head? She waited so many years to reunite with him and since then its been a constant up and down.
' The words Hokage and Naruto don't go hand in hand.'
The words echoed throughout her mind. So this was what he meant? He never planned to stay and he never planned to help her become Hokage. He left her there alone, he abandoned her and not once did he ask if she wanted to go with him. He was the youngest but she never looked at him in that way, he was always stronger, faster, better. He knew what he wanted he did what he needed to do and not once did he ever cower.
'I'll die for all of you if I had too.'
On the first mission of speak, he was never afraid, he never gave up and he said he will protect us. Strengthening her resolve she fought against the toad some more before she gave up. She wasn't strong enough a never ending story in her life.
"Jiraiya-sama." The toad sage raised an eyebrow at that. "What makes somebody strong?" Jiraiya thought it over.
"Tell me Nami, what is it you wish to accomplish as a ninja?" Nami frowned as she thought over the question.
"I want to protect everyone in the village, become the greatest Hokage that ever lived and make a world where fighting shouldn't be the answer to problems. I want piece." Jiraiya laughed as he heard her reply, causing said red head to turn red. "WHAT'S SO FUNNY!" Jiraiya chuckled before turning to her.
"You're in no condition to go to Asgard, you wont make it. You're not strong enough. Plus you need to focus on something other than Naruto, or Sasuke. They are not the center of the world, even if they might seem like it to you." Nami frowned as she heard the words. "In the Ninja world people who have lost, feel they should take and those that feel weak feel they should be better. But the world doesn't work like that, if you lose you must ask yourself why you lost and work around it, and if you are weak you must turn those weakness into strength not ignore the weakness and make up other strength because you will still remain weak." Nami was a little confused but continued to listen.
"Konoha has been around for hundreds of years and will continue to be around regardless of who wins this war, if it comes to that. Konoha needs a protector someone to stand before it and uphold its believes and spread its will. Nami I believe you are this person, your mother believes you are this person, your father and even Naruto. There's a reason he left you behind. Do you get it now?" Nami frowned before the toad released her and she got up from the ground.
"I need to get stronger for I could bring my brothers back." Jiraiya nodded.
"That's the spirit, now stop trying to run away. Did you forget who trained Naruto?"
"Yeah did you forgot who trained him?" Nami turned around.
"KASAAN! I could explain." Kushina grilled her before smiling.
"Save it you'll pay for it ten folds. From today for the next 2 years I will drag you into the ground."
"For someone that almost got blown to smithereens you sure are calm." The nurse said as Itachi walked passively besides her, they were almost at asgard when an explosion went off, one second she was facing death the next she was surrounded by some type of chakra thingy. That was the best way to explain it.
"I have no time to dabble with the past." The nurse nodded.
"That makes sense considering the fact that you may die and shit." Itachi didn't find it funny but she did. She laughed for a second before tensing up. "Itachi."
"I know, stay put." The next second three bodies were thrown in front of her, all of them wearing the Asgard insignia.
"We're getting close." Itachi said as he continued his track down the long road. He could already smell the sea salt in the distance, not that he was happy about it but there was some type of relief in his voice. The nurse nodded as she stepped over the bodies.
"You're a pretty good Shinobi, I wonder why they made you do it." Itachi stopped.
"Explain or die." Those were the options and she could tell he wasn't joking. So he'll pick death before he'll betray a place that betrayed him. That must be why Naruto wants him, it didn't matter she already completed her mission. Naruto was there.
"You see Itachi-kun, I already knew who you were. I did work for Orochimaru but I didn't serve him I was a spy that worked for the land of keys. Karin is not my sister and my mission was to get you to Asgard." She easily blocked a Kunai strike.
"Don't be so hasty now, a promise is a promise I would cure you and after you meet with Naruto you could either decide to stay or go back to your own devices." Itachi cursed before he noticed he was surrounded, too many too count he fell for it. Once again his heart led him to death, because that was what would come to him. Activating his Magekyo he jumped into the air and went through several hand signs.
Fire style: Great fire ball Jutsu
The nurse frown before jumping to avoid the strike and stopping a Kunai from hitting Itachi.
"You moron! Don't kill him, a promise is a promise!" With that she jumped forward and engaged him in Taijutsu she quickly realized Itachi was a push over and was instantly sent tumbling. The next second black flames engulfed every tree and the screams of the men that backed her up could be heard the next second a giant figure surrounded Itachi and protected him from the barrage of weapons aimed at him. The being forged a sword before it was covered in the same black flames as before. She saw Itachi cross his fingers and frowned.
"No way."
KAGE BUNSHIN NO JUTSU
six other Itachis appeared all covered in Susanoo.
"Itachi stop it! You are going to die if you keep this up!" The nurse yelled as she looked around, she could already see both his eyes bleeding. She jumped to the left to avoid a strike before going through a couple of hand signs.
Katon: Dragon Flame bullet
The dragon was easily cut in half by Itachi blade before she jumped to the aside to avoid a couple of flaming Shurikens.
"It's like fighting Naruto all over again! At this point I don't know who would win." She cursed as another barrage of Shuriken went after her one of them managed to nip her shoulder but it healed immediately. Her back up was gone that's for sure with that the other Itachis disappeared.
"You're not so bad! Maybe when you wake up you could take me on a date. I like strong men like you." Itachi didn't get to reply or kill her as the next second his vision went blurry and he fell over.
The nurse caught him before he hit the ground. "Man I was wondering when that poison I placed in his food three days ago would kick in. Son of a bitch got a healthy stomach that's for sure." She carried him on her shoulder before she felt two people appear behind her.
"Well if it isn't the two rats that has been following us, I was wondering when you'll appear." She turned around and sure as hell Sasuke and Kabuto were there.
Sasuke looked at the mangled body of Itachi.
"You did that to him?" The nurse laughed.
"As if, another five minutes and Itachi-kun would've wiped the floor with me. Too bad he's fatally ill." She said the last part low but they heard her. Sasuke frowned.
"What do you mean fatally ill?" The nurse smiled.
"Wow, so he never told you." Sasuke cursed before activating his eyes. The nurse smirked. "Don't bother Genjutsu won't work on me. And yes he's fatally ill, hes dying in fact hes been dying for awhile now. That would explain why he didn't go all out, he was hoping to finish me off then save some energy for you and let you think that you won. How noble of Itachi-kun, man I might actually fuck his brain out later." She said blushing before turning her head to Sasuke. "After he takes me on a date of course."
Sasuke frowned before pulling out his Sword.
"It doesn't matter, the point is both of you will die." With that he shot forward the next second he was on the ground paralyzed. He felt the familiar pinch on his neck.
"Can't be."
"I was wondering when you would arrive bitch! Have me do all the dirty work Haku. Get your ass out here and help me carry these three." Kabuto smirked.
"Sasuke a little brash but it would be harder to catch me in such tricks." the next second his head was separated from his shoulders.
"He was right he was hard to catch." Naruto said as the body he just dismembered turned to dust and a snake slid into the near by forest.
"Naruto-sama, I'm flattered to be in your presence! Please tell me you are proud of my work." The nurse said as she removed her jacket to reveal full Asgard body armor. Naruto nodded.
"You executed the plan to a Tee and even managed to get me another Uchiha. But I don't need him, take him to the hospital let him heal seal his Chakra and wait for me to call him. Take Itachi to the medical bay with Karin cure him of what ever it is he has and give him a nice bed to sit on, and also seal his chakra till I'm ready to talk to him. He's important."
The nurse nodded and with a little help from an escort who picked up Sasuke they left. Sasuke glared at Naruto as he was carried off mouthing off a couple of words.
Naruto nodded. He turned his head to Haku who was walking towards him.
"You wouldn't mind giving me a lift back to office right?" Haku asked as she grabbed his shoulder. "After all your late for the meeting again, I'm guessing that's why you came over here." Naruto smirked.
"Who me? Come over here to help my people in need just to avoid going to a meeting where 4 out of 5 people hate me right now? That's ludicrous." With that they appeared in said office with many projectiles being sent in said Shinobi direction, which by the luck of Kami or his Sekai dropped to the ground before they could reach him.
"Dammit! We missed his interval." Zabuza complained as he sat back down. Nanami and Koyuki nodded.
"He's getting better." Before they heard a yelp as Haku managed to stab him in the arm with a ice Sendon. Naruto looked at her with almost a look of betrayal on his face before he nodded in acceptance. Haku just giggled at his antics before taking a seat next to Yukimi.
Naruto pouted for a little before yanking the needle out and tossing it at the wall where it shattered on impact. The wound on his arm didn't heal instead he opted to place a band aid over it. They all looked at him waiting for him to explain.
"What? I used all of my Sekai power yesterday to make the bomb go off. It's going to take a couple of days for it to Recharge its not some infinite power source you know, along with it goes my healing factor." They looked at him then his stomach. "Fuzzbutt doesn't heal me, said he can't. That's the other guys thing." They continued to stare at him. "No, I'm not going to explain. Anyway's first order of business."
They all stared at him, he smiled. "Can't be that bad." They each tossed him a scroll he read through them before scratching his head at Konoha reply.
"What happened to the scroll we told you to sign? The one you sent wasn't it." Koyuki asked as she stared at her husband soon to be widow.
"I didn't like it so I asked that guy to tweak it a little." Zabuza nodded.
"So let me get this straight, you had enough men to destroy the village but instead you wanted to be a show off so you made the village go boom." Naruto smirked.
"You got to admit it was bad ass." Zabuza nodded.
"Be that ass it may." He easily avoided a ice scalpel. "You called the attention of every village not only that your Sekai is still charging meaning you are severely weakened and you invited one of the strongest Kage over. The same one you tried to take out and she's obviously bringing Kakashi a guy that is about my level, and who knows who else. They could be coming over here to kill you." Zabuza laid it all out. Nanami nodded. Koyuki just continued painting her nails, not that they noticed when she started.
"I sent her a peace offering." Naruto explained. Nanami nodded.
"That's why they began to militarize, because they think peace is coming. You idiot, she's coming to size you up!" Nanami yelled as she stared at Naruto.
Naruto smirked before looking at Koyuki. "Then I'll tell her I'm married." Said princess turned as red as a tomato. Nanami had the decency to blush.
"Idiot."
Naruto turned serious.
"I am not afraid of Konoha, if you think me weak without my eyes think again." The next second the tower creaked under the weight of Naruto chakra the next second the Kyuubi chakra leaked into it furthering the howl of the structure and the next second it was gone.
"Point taken." Zabuza said as he touched his pants to make sure they were dry. Koyuki groaned as she was almost suffocated.
"Konoha is not in a position to challenge us, and I am not speaking lies when I tell you that I invited them here to talk peacce. I have herd whispers of a gang of shinobi that are after monsters. They call themselves the Akaktsuki. What ever they are planning is not going to be beneficial to our Trinity and as such has been placed above the need for petty things like turf wars."
Zabuza frown. "The Akaktsuki you say? They approached me a couple of years ago when I first went rogue but I refused, the guy didn't make a fuzz he just left." Naruto nodded.
"Well now they have enough memebers, they stopped recruiting long ago. That's why I went through the lengths I went to recruit Itachi." Koyuki frowned.
"What makes you so sure he will join us?" Naruto shrugged.
"Why else would he come? His genius parallels mine, no way he would fall for such a silly trick like what the Nurse said. He came here on his own free will and the reason he tried to fight it was for that Sasuke could find him. What ever deal he ask for is going to involve my childhood buddy, and I already have an idea of what it is and I am already working on it."
"Which is Emperor-sama?" Naruto looked at Yukimi and she squirmed under his glare.
"Don't hurt Konoha or Sasuke." They all nodded, so Naruto wasn't crazy.
"But yes I did take a gamble by letting them come here, they won't see things as clearly as we do, and Itachi will not be present to explain to them the situation. But Tsunade is a smart girl and I have a couple of hidden aces and if the person I know for a fact is coming come then it would be even easier to manipulate the situation to our favor."
Koyuki frowned. "What an old girlfriend?" Naruto shook his head.
"No not her, she doesn't hold that kind of power." Koyuki grilled him, Naruto winked at her.
"Minato Namikaze." Everyone visibly tensed at that name. Naruto continued. "if he comes then turning Konoha in our favor would be a lot easier not to mention it would stop the hidden stone and mist from sending assassins after me. They're starting to fill our cemetery up."
"When will they be arriving?" Nanami asked as she signed a couple more papers and passed them over to Naruto to review. Naruto shrugged.
"They'll be hear tomorrow morning by tomorrow afternoon if no explosions go off then we just made a new friend."
Koyuki nodded.
"Let's hope so, if not your time as emperor would be cut short." Naruto smirked before snuggling into his seat.
"Don't worry, I just ordered a new chair this one is getting soft on me."
"So Naruto managed to capture Itachi?" Pein asked as his hologram faltered in the dark cave. The other members of Akaktsuki frowned.
"That little twerp is really starting to annoy me." Sasori growled, Itachi was essential to the teams success, he had no desire for world domination but making everyone here into one of his puppets, well that was his goal and now one of them is gone.
"I wonder why Kisame wasn't there to stop him." Kankuro muttered. Kisame smirked.
"As if, even if I was there I am no match for Itachi." Pein frowned but nodded before looking over at Tobi.
"Tobi you will replace Itachi and pair up with Kisame. We will be taking another temporary hiatus when it comes to capturing the nine tails, take small missions to keep both of you entertained. The rest of you continue to look for leads for your target and if the opportunity present itself take them out and bring them back to base. Dismissed." With that they all disappeared except for Kisame and Tobi.
"You wouldn't happen to know why Itachi left right?" Tobi asked his voice taken on a deeper tone. Kisame shook his head.
"We separated in the land of woods, I had business to take care of and I thought he was going to Konoha so I trailed him. When I found out he wasn't heading anywhere in that direction I turned back and went to complete the task you told me. He never mentioned the one or the trinity the couple times we ran into their men he took them out with no hesitation." Kisame explained. Tobi nodded.
"I guess it couldn't be helped." Tobi shrugged before piercing Kisame with a glare. "Meet me at the border of Ame, I think its time for you to meet the real pein."
Kisame nodded before smirking.
"Finally I've been itching to unmasked that fraud."
Mei frowned as she went over the arrangement offered by Konoha. She was in no shape or way comfortable with the treaty they had in place at first while Mist was weak it made perfect sense to use the resources offered by Konoha and them giving her back control of a couple of islands on her coast was a blessing, she couldn't deny it Konoha had brought prosperity back to the mist. But somehow it still didn't set well with her the fact that they were so lenient when it came to a terrorist.
Mei smiled at the word. Yes, that was exactly what he was a kid running around with powers beyond his control, he believed he could as he pleased and no one will touch him. Such arrogance, but she was one to talk she got blown almost to pieces by said kid. The thought alone made her squirm in displeasure, how dare that little shit do something like that to her and laugh about it and not once did he bother to send a letter or apologize. He just went about his business, and then he had the guts to send back the assassins she sent after him. Each of them blown to pieces and delivered to her front steps, as a reminder that she could've ended up just like them. Not only did he blow her up, he let her live.
Being rational was never a part of her personality, she was always impulsive she needed to get things done and letting a kid get away with something like that was unforgivable. She read over the diplomatic papers again before taking a bingo book out of her drawer and crossing out his C level and turning it into an S level with a kill on sight order before sending it to the other villages to be reviewed and if they all agreed even if Konoha doesn't the listing would be changed and she wouldn't be violating the rules of their agreement as an S class criminal Naruto was a threat to the safety of her village and Konoha was very specific about helping her with any threats.
It wasn't how she would normally do things but Konoha was making no moves against him just like they did with the monster Itachi and Orochimaru they just let them walk and let them terrorize the world as they pleased, while they continued to fail to capture them. How could the village with the best Shinobi not catch or take out 3 targets.
The thought alone annoyed her, she wasn't in a position to challenge Konoha politics after all three of her men were higher ups in the Trinity but that wasn't her fault Konoha leniency during the wave mission was the only reason Zabuza and Haku were still alive, and their negligence during the exams was the reason Nanami also left. But then again three of her own are willingly helping a man do these deeds so she wasn't in the clear either.
She fiddled with the thought of sending hunter nins but the only person that wasn't an acting leader was Haku and she had reason to believe she was doing the tango with one. So sending any assassins after a leader was an act of war, one Konoha wont take a part of because any conflicts she starts would not be upheld in the treaty as an obligation for them to enter. Minato was a smart man and he knew what he was doing when he wrote the document, it was like he could predict the future but what else would you expect from a genius.
She sat back down on her chair and kicked her legs up before staring at the picture of Chojuro and Ao. Which one of them was husband material?
"What do you suppose we do Kazekage-sama? That bomb was nothing to sneeze at." An elder advised as he sat across from the Kazekage. Gaara thought it over, he really didn't care about what happened to the land of dogs, he already knew they were planning to attack the Trinity a stupid and bold move by such a small village and he had reasons to believed they didn't act on their own free will. But none the less that bomb was strong enough to trigger his sand shield, which meant it had more then enough chakra way to much for someone of Naruto level even the Shukaku would be hard pressed to do something like that.
"I have little interest in the land of dogs or what happened to them. The Trinity has made no moves against us-" An elder cut in.
"Didn't Naruto Uzumaki try to blow you up as well, and because of him the Shukaku was extracted and led to your death? If it wasn't for ladt Chiyo you will be dead right now." The room went silent. Gaara played with idea of killing him but he had a point losing the Shukaku was a big blow to the village but not to him for the first time in years he could sleep, and they believed his strength came from the beast but the only time he really used its power was when he was channeling his chakra which was next to never his opponents usually died before he got that far. They must think because he lost him he wasn't as powerful or as scary. A small laugh escaped his lips and the people in the room began to get nervous, Gaara only laughed when he was thinking of the pain he would inflict on another person.
"True, but we were attacking their village and if I wasn't stopped I would've ended off killing everyone in that village. Are we not being a little hypocritical?" The elders frowned.
"It wasn't the same we were acting under orders of the Yondaime." Gaara shook his head.
"We were acting under orders of Orochimaru who is a missing nin from Konoha the same village you got down on your knees to become friends with. The Trinity has done nothing to us or has threated are nation safety. In fact Konoha has done more harm to us then any other village, they even stole the Biju you so desperately worship." The council room went quiet. Gaara got up.
"We will make no moves against the Trinity, we could not afford a war. Konoha will also not drag us into one, we will up his level on the bingo book and hope for the best besides that Suna is neutral in their feud. Let's focus on ourselves for once, and make Suna a better place for our people." With that Gaara exited the office leaving a room full of angry old men.
Itachi frowned as he woke up in the hospital. He was captured and from the looks of things Sasuke didn't get to kill him on the bright side he was feeling better then ever.
"Hey you're finally awake." Itachi groaned, before sitting up it was the nurse again. He looked at her with as much hate as he could but she laughed it off.
"Don't be like that Itachi-kun you knew what you was getting into when you fell for a girl like me." Itachi ignored her.
"How long was I out?" This time a different girl came into the picture she had long red hair she looked a little like nurse but they had completely different styles, the nurse was more covered this girl she was well.
"I like the way you look at me Itachi but my sister already called dibs on you and I like somebody else." Karin said before looking over the chart. "You're in luck we was able to remove the tumor from your lungs and recreated normal lung functions using a couple of banned medic jutsu. Who ever gave you it was really trying to weaken you as much as possible." Karin said as she proceeded to look Itachi over running her hands through his chest before telling him to breathe in and out.
"What do you mean gave it to me? I thought it was something I had for awhile?" Karin shook her head but the nurse answered.
"Nope, your body itself is in perfect health every single other organ is free of any tumors which is stange since they usually spread like a parasite, the one you had was content with staying in your lungs which is why you get so tired in your fight. When did you start noticing a change in your ability to last in fights?" Itachi thought it over before he remembered the small fight he had with Orochimaru when the snake bit him.
"Orochimaru." The nurse frowned.
"Yeah that sounds like something he would do in order to get your eyes and he studied your blood as much as we did. But hey that's in the past and now is now." Itachi nodded before offering a small thank you.
"Naruto told me to tell you to visit his office when you wake up." Itachi nodded before noticing the lack of guards in the room.
"Naruto didn't believe you will start a fight or try to escape that's why there's no guards." Itachi frowned but nodded.
"If you feel any type of dizziness, shortness of breaths or memory lost. Don't hesitate to find me, you're a valuable asset that we can't let brake down. Enjoy your stay in Asgard." With that Karin left the room. Leaving the nurse and Itachi to their own devices.
The nurse stared at Itachi for a couple of minutes before she got frustrated.
"Well, aren't you going to answer my request?" Itachi looked at her funny for a second before remembering their fight.
"Why go on a date with me? I am your enemy." The nurse laughed.
"Sure you are, you would've killed me then. Instead of protecting me at every chance you could, even when I was gunning for your head." Itachi didn't respond.
"Don't worry, you don't got to say yes right of way. You'll be here for awhile you know where to find me." With that the nurse left the room too. Itachi frowned before looking out the window a direct view at the Trinity tower.
He'll get some more sleep before he went to talk to Naruto. It was late and he could already tell tomorrow was going to be a long day.
Sasuke laid flat on his back as he waited in his cell, knowing his old teammate he would show up in three, two.
"How you been Sasuke?" Naruto asked as he appeared in the cell with him. Sasuke frowned before looking around.
"Nice place you got here. When were you planning to let me in on the fun?" Naruto shrugged.
"Probably never." Sasuke nodded.
"Sounds just like you." Naruto smirked.
"You know secrets are the only thing worth having in the world." Sasuke scuffed.
"You're secret is way out now Naruto. You're famous now, as big as Itachi." Sasuke said. Naruto ignored the jab.
"You're one to talk after what you did to the only girl that you've kissed." Sasuke narrowed his eyes. Naruto smirked. "I knew you had the eyes for her but damn that was brutal, I guess that's a way to brake up with your girlfriend too. What's with the Uchiha and domestic violence?" Sasuke growled, Naruto smirked.
"What? Too far?" Sasuke hissed before Naruto sat down and turned serious. "What are your plans with Orochimaru?" Sasuke looked at Naruto before spitting at the floor.
"The same I have for you." Naruto nodded.
"Good, any other answer and I would've had to kill you and we both know how that guy would've felt about that." Sasuke didn't need an explanation as to who that 'guy' was.
"Still talking to ghost huh? That man has been making you do things for years, when are you going to get a mind of your own?" Sasuke asked. Naruto thought it over.
"Who knows everything has worked out so far. I have the village I always wanted, powers beyond my imagination. Sounds like a good deal to me." Sasuke scuffed.
"You were never a good liar." Naruto smirked, before walking up to Sasuke and freeing his chakra.
"Such a sharp mind on a piece of shit like you, even what your doing now is for Konoha." Sasuke frowned. "Don't worry your secret is safe with me, you're actually doing me a favor by taking out that thorn. I can't kill you right now, as much as I want too." The air instantly turned cold as they glared at each other before Naruto turned around.
"Go back to your mission and make sure you get it done. And when your strong enough come back." Sasuke frowned as he began to fade away.
"Don't forget Sasuke, you touch anyone of my friends. I will kill you." The next instant the kid was gone.
Naruto walked out the cell where Koyuki was waiting for him, they had a date.
"Why let him go if he has the potential to even surpass you?" Koyuki asked again questioning her husband sanity. Naruto shrugged.
"The relationship we share is complicated. He's one of my closest friends but also my biggest fear." Koyuki frowned.
"You're scared of him?" Naruto shook his head.
"Not that type of fear, I'll wipe the floor with him. Its more of an ideological scare. Sasuke way of thinking is nothing like mine and he knows me better then anyone and because of that I am afraid. How could you kill someone that you grew up with? When you want them to kill you?" Koyuki didn't see the point of answering it was obvious she didn't know before clutching his arm and laying her head on his shoulder.
"What about Hinata? How do you feel about her?" Naruto took a minute to answer.
"I love her." Koyuki nodded already knowing the answer.
"Would you place all of this aside for her? If we had to fight and she was at risk. What would you do?" Naruto frowned before pulling Koyuki close.
"You are my wife and I love you as well. You are by my side while she has turned her back on me. Anything that threatens the Trinity is disposable." Koyuki smiled at the reply, after all she couldn't have her husband running around town. She couldn't hold it anymore before slamming Naruto on to the wall.
"Take ME, right now." Naruto smirked before lifting her dress and unbuttoning his pants.
"As you say My queen."
Naruto laid Koyuki down on their bed as she was fast asleep. They didn't make it to their dinner reservation. He was heading back to office he had a couple of things to take care of and many things to think about and he already got word that Tsunade was approaching the village she must have been in a rush it didn't matter though he was stuck between sending some Shinobi or going himself to welcome them.
The next second a Shinobi knocked on the window walking over he opened it.
"They're here." Naruto frowned.
"So he came with them?" The masked Shinobi nodded.
Naruto smirked before dismissing him.
"I'll entertain them then." With that he disappeared.
Tsunade frowned when she noticed she was greeted by three people. Zabuza, Nanami and Haku. The next second Naruto appeared her fist instantly balled before looking over at Hinata who was hiding her pleasure at seeing the kid. Minato and Kakashi both looked irrelevant.
"I am surprised you made it so soon, we were expecting you tomorrow morning." Naruto started calmly walking forward he didn't flinch when a group of Anbu barracked him.
"You brought more ninja then expected." Naruto said as he continued his walk. " But you're in my village." The next second Tsunade and crew were surrounded by two hundred men.
"Tell your man to stand down, including the one with the bow and arrow in the tree." Tsunade frowned but raised her hand, the same instant the shinobi surrounding her vanished.
"Naruto Uzumaki you are under arrest for treason." Tsunade stated, but was ticked off as the blonde laughed.
"Brave but ignorant to think you could come and arrest me. Anyways enough with the games. My shinobi will escort you to your hotel room. Our meeting will take place tomorrow morning. Enjoy your stay in Asgard, by now you should know the rules of diplomatic mission. You are under my protection and I welcome you all with open arms." Naruto said lacing them all with a glare with clear killing intent, before lacing Hinata with a glare said girl took a step back.
"Don't worry Hinata, its going to be okay." Kakashi calmed the Hyuga.
Hinata frowned, who was this man infront of her? It couldn't be Naruto. He talked so different, he didn't walk the same his eyes they were so cold, so unforgiving.
"I'll be taking my leave now. Let's go guys we have things to discuss." With that they disappeard a single Shinobi appeared.
"I will be your escort, please follow me." He didn't wait for them to acknowledge him as he turned around and walked away.
Tsunade frowned but followed they couldn't turn around. They were out numbered, trapped and prisoners. One thing was for sure, Naruto was not the one they knew before.
Minato was almost proud but his hand never left his side, he was ready to take him out. The fire shadow illuminates the village at all cost. They reached the hotel before they were giving each a separate room with two guards at the door.
The time was coming it was either war or peace and guessing from the way they were being treated, Naruto was ready for both.
"What is our plan then?" Zabuza asked as he sat down on his chair.
Naruto shrugged. "I told you I will tell them the information I know, ask them to put their pride aside, and then its up to them to decide."
"And if they refuse." Nanami asked as she sipped on her coffee. Naruto thought it over.
"They shouldn't." Naruto began. "but then again Konoha was always one for meaningless deaths." He said thinking back to all the wars they were in because they couldn't agree to disagree.
"What of the Uchiha what would be his role in all of this?" Zabuza asked he has been breaking his head in Naruto decision to recruit Itachi, he was a strong asset but he just didn't make sense in the imaginary puzzle of Naruto. Said red head just continued to check documents and revise scroll.
"He's valuable and we need him." That wasn't enough for Zabuza.
"I don't feel comfortable having him in my kingdom." Naruto nodded.
"You are entitled to your own opinions, and don't worry he is not your replacement besides all of your mistakes you have birthed a great village." Zabuza frowned.
"I didn't see him as a threat." Naruto looked up at him.
"So you didn't see a S-class missing nin that I recruited to indeed lead one of my villages as a threat?" The silence was a big enough answer. Naruto went back to writing documents.
"Itachi will be one of my kings but not for any of the current villages we have. He'll be in charge of Uzu." Zabuza frowned.
"It's destroyed." Naruto nodded.
"Oh so you think." Naruto said. "What makes you think I will rebuild it in the same place it was destroyed?"
