Naruto stood on top of the kyuubi head as he felt a spark.
"Finally." Naruto said as he jumped off before touching the giant fox on the nose.
"what?"
"It's time." The kyuubi opened one eye before looking around.
"I thought you was going to stay here forever I was growing tired of looking at you.
"You we're asleep for more then half of it." Naruto said as he stretched him arms and his legs before bending backwards and doing a couple hops.
"Doesn't mean I couldn't feel you." Naruto said scuffing as he watched Naruto dance around.
"Yeah so?"
"Are you ready?" Naruto nodded before the fox flowed as his eyes turned orange. Sage mode activated before he sent a shockwave and the once white plain turned into its familiar snowy terrain.
Naruto glowed for a second before he smirked.
"It was nice spending time with you kyuubi but I got to get back to my friends."
The kyuubi smirked as she watched Naruto float away.
"Come backs and visit."
Naruto woke up with a gasp, as he looked around. One he was underground, which wasn't bad. The bad part was that he was in some type of container. Which wasn't bad either, the bad thing was the pain in his fucking arm and leg and his whole body as he regained his senses and the blood began to circulate around his body. It felt like hot lava was running through his veins.
'They fucking buried me.' Naruto thought before his body glowed and his eyes turned on. Feeling instant relief he decided not to dwell to much in his dilema and blasted his chakra. He found himself a couple feet above ground. Taking a moment to look around he noticed he was in some type of cemetery that wasn't what got him angry, what got him angry was Pin looking at him like if he came back from the dead, and ghost looking at him with a small amount of killing intent.
He landed on both feet before he cracked his neck.
"How long was I out for?"
"5 Years."
Naruto looked around, Pin did look a little older then he remembered.
"Asguard?"
Ghost frowned before going into full detail about everything that happened since his long sleep.
Naruto nodded with his hand on his chin.
"Nothing that can't be fixed." Ghost nodded.
"What took you so long?"
Naruto shrugged.
"kyuubi didn't want to bring me back, then there was Nanashi, and then there was that guy but after beating them all up they came around."
"You were able to defeat the Kyuubi?" Ghost asked.
"Easily." Naruto said before he walked past pin and reached into her pocket. She seemed to be frozen.
'Gees is she seeing a ghost or something.'
Biting his thumb and spreading the blood across the scroll his outfit appeared.
"Thanks for saving this; these clothes smell a little." Naruto said talking to Pin offhandedly as he dropped his old clothes and put on his new ones.
He was a little upset when he felt two strong arms wrapped around him.
"I'm glad you're happy but we had buisness to attend too." Naruto said as he shrugged off the hug.
"What's your plan, everyone in the elemental nations thinks you're dead."
Naruto smirked before walking out the cave, and looking around he activated his eyes before an enormous blast of chakra cane out, ghost eyes widen before he settled into a scowl. That wasn't normal, he let out more power then he's ever let out before, more power then the time he decided to sink with the Kyuubi. More power then he had. One thing was certain, that power blast was felt every where.
"You come out of a 5 Years trance and then announce yourself just like that, with no village to protect you. Still as stupid as ever."
Naruto nodded.
"I need Zabuza to come back, I could feel him a couple miles off probably getting ready to leave." Naruto said.
"Haku is dead. So is Itachi." Naruto said looking in two different directions.
"Yeah that what happens when they're protected disappears."
"Of little concern, I'll revive both of them in due time." Naruto said offhandedly.
"What's wrong with the village?"
"Drug lords."
"How many three."
"My accounts."
"Couldn't be accessed with out you."
"So we are still rich?"
"Enormously so, but without you, we'll it was difficult to access. Main reason it got this bad."
"Snow country. Koyuki moved on married some guy. She's no longer a friend."
"Have you kept tabs on her like I asked."
"From morning to night."
"And?"
"It'll take some convincing but if you show up she might let you talk, before she curses you out."
"Who did she align with?"
"You're mother?"
Naruto smirked.
"Of course she would. How is snow country."
"Still technically yours, but again without you around it was kind of hard to keep control of it."
"Getsugakure?"
"Rebuilt multiple times, and now its thriving. Under Nanami care of course."
"Why is asguard in such a terrible state then?"
"Because you weren't around idiot. The people followed you. And once you were gone we'll.."
"Did You follows protocol like I asked you too."
Ghost nodded before pulling out a scroll.
"Everyone that was ever loyal to you has a copy and they swore to return if ever needed."
Naruto nodded as he opened the scroll and channeled chakra into it. Before the scroll glowed and the next moment more then a couple thousands names appeared on it most of them green a couple red.
"That should do it?"
Pin looked stun. Picking at Naruto.
"Bu-but-but."
"Yes Pin." Naruto said as he walked out.
"Where are these drug lords that claim they one my village?"
Naruto said. Ghost pulled out another scroll.
"Need any help?"
"No. I need to warm up, before everyone returns." The next moment he was gone.
Naruto stood for the body of the last drug lord. He looked at the mans assistants.
"Would you pledge your alliance to me or would I have to get my hands anymore dirty?"
"Long live The emperor."
Naruto nodded as he made his way to the emperor building. He managed to arrive in record time, sitting behind his seat he smirked.
"Feels good to be back."
Konoha
Nami was currently in a council meeting when the room went silent.
"Naruto." Minato mouthed as everyone in there seats remembered that bomb that went off a couple years ago.
"But he was thought to have died at the hands of the Mizukage."
Shikamaru stepped in.
"We never did find a body, and Asguard never mentioned anything about him."
"I went to visit his grave site" nami said.
"Probably a fake." Kushina replied. A she tried to fight the tears from coming out her eyes.
Nami frowned.
"This changed everything, we must make a move on Asguard before they make a move. Naruto is obviously not pleased. We were suppose to be his allies and we did little in helping him, or his village after his fall. We must make amends."
Shikaku cut in.
"It's good to know he's alive, and from his power you could tell he's been training. But this changed nothing. Mizugakure and the lands of clouds are still a Union. Mei obviously felt that, which means they might try to strike, and also have the land of stone. Trying to reach out might put us in a position where we might get dragged into a war. A war we've been avoiding."
"Avoiding because Naruto wasn't around. Now that he's alive we could, use him to solidify are bond with the land of snow, which in turn are friends with the land of sand, and the are friends with the land of lighting. Which means the Raikage won't risk his most valuable ally, even for his beautiful wife." Nami stated.
Minato nodded.
"Yes men are sucker for love, I went up against the nine tails for the Kushina. And the raikage can't afford to say no to the land of water as he's been investing into the boating industry. So when you weigh it out a small country behind him or a mighty hidden village. They have the advantage on the water and have the men's on the ground, but we could match them on the ground, and Naruto could convince Koyuki to fight on the water."
"How could he convince a married woman to fight?"
Minato cut in.
"Because she married the wrong guy. If Naruto wasn't around it wouldn't counted, but since he's alive that makes The land of snow still his, and it never passed on to Koyuki through they're contract, which means Naruto is in charge of they're military. And Naruto is going to be looking for friends, a hand we are more then willing to give. And if Mei is Smart she wouldn't try to fight and we could have her end the blockade that's been annoying us for years." Minato added. Shikamaru nodded.
"Yes but how do we get Naruto to cooperate, for all we know he could be fighting his own battles." Minato shook his head.
"Knowing Naruto the only problems he's having now, are who could he get to fill out the positions of those that don't want to accept him back. Which means weather Koyuki Likes it or not, she has to do what Naruto said or face certain annihilation at his own hands."
"What makes you think we would take it that far. He was engaged to her." Added some random councilor. Minato pointed a finger in the air.
"Because he's My son. And he wouldn't blast his chakra like that just for fun."
Nami nodded before looking over at Kushina.
"Write to Koyuki and tell her our terms. And also explain to her our plan. Hide nothing but don't let her know that we are planning to ally with the land of waves. Just tell her the basics, coming from you would be more comforting then anyone else as you two are friends." Kushina nodded. She then looked over at her generals.
"send the land of water a war ambassador and tell her is she discontinues her blockade on the land of wave we would not place our own blockade on her ports, as she is now in real violation of the treaty that we signed so many years ago."
They nodded before bey started to jot things down.
"Shikamaru come up with multiple scenarios of how these things could play out while also keeping track of the Akatsuki. Place extra emphasis on them. And I'll write to Naruto to try and get him to once again come and talk with us, in person this time." They all nodded.
"With this I end our council meeting." Nami smiled for the first time as she once again felt the pulse of the bracelet.
'I knew you wouldn't go down like that.'
Suna
Hasta frowned as he was also in a council meeting. He was just briefed on Nami proposal more like threat then the power surge. He sighed.
"As Kazekage I accept Nami terms and will help with more then missions. Konoha and suna are now military partners, and we promise to follow them into any conflict as they would for us. But In turn they would send more missions our way, while Also paying for any war efforts that take place that is initiated by them, unless they could not handle the strain then we could use our own resources to continue any war efforts. We would hold this treaty for forty years. And any and all Kazekage or Hokage that follow must abide by these rules until said treaty is completed. If at the end of the treaty both sides agree to reestablish said connection we would once again grant another forty years, so on and so fourth. However, any war effort that places any village Suna has or had alliances with is to occur Konoha must explain in detail why such conflicts initiated and why we should follow them. Any war efforts that ends in any type of defeat must be repaid and reparations but be paid to who ever village initiated the conflict as this offer protections to both villages." Gaara said as she signed his name on the contract.
"If that is all this meeting is adjourned."
"What of Naruto Uzumaki?" Gaara paused.
"What of him?"
"He defeated you in combat and was the reason you're tail beast was extracted.
Gaara nodded.
"Then I guess I should thank him next time I see him." With that he walked out with his brother and sister behind him.
Koyuki frowned also on a meeting, looking over at Brien.
"That was the emperor chakra, the scroll given to us by Zabuza is also glowing which means..."
Brien answered.
"Which means that are alliance with the land of snow in trouble because Naruto is the rightful owner of the land of snow and we signed an alliance that he might not agree with, which means that our marriage alliance is also trouble, because that means that our marriage is now not eligible under document forty seven line thirty five."
Koyuki frowned. Just when things were going so good Naruto wants to show up and mess things up.
"We could not afford to lose the land of tree"
Brien nodded.
"As head and rightful leader of the land of tree I couldn't agree more but now are marriage in illegal under the law unless we get approval from said emperor."
The room went silent. Koyuki cleared her throat.
"What are you getting at Brien?"
Brien nodded.
"Which means that are marriage puts in danger the land of tree, against a military village which once again villages are treaty and the main reason we decided to link with the land of snow."
"So you're divorcing me"
"Never in a million years, this just means that we need to get to Naruto and explain to him everything. And answering to a man I never met doesn't sit right with me, as I have been in control of both villages for the last two years. But now I only rule over one, and the one that I have been building and making better is now to be transferred to a guy that is technically still engaged to you, with officials documents that can't be ignored as they were signed by everyone in this very room right now, including you." Brien said as he lost in control at the end as he slammed his fist Into the desk.
Koyuki nodded.
"I'm sure we could work something out."
"I'm sorry Koyuki San but until you resolve this matter, we must try to find Brien-Sama another wife for without one he could also lose his village. Is either you resign as acting Damiyo, which would make you an unlikely wife, or you violate the treaty and have the wrath of Naruto come down on us."
Koyuki ran a head through her hair.
"Brien What do you think of our little dilema."
"You must violate the treaty and declare yourself sole emperor of the land of snow and willing go to war with Naruto. Or I would have no choice but to do as my council advise me." The room was silent.
"I should do nothing of the sort. I do not feel like dying young and you are no doubt in need of a wife which you already have, but are being to much of glory haug to do the next best thing."
"Which is?"
"Pledge you're villar and loyalty to Naruto add another village to the trinity and answer only to Naruto who plays little part in politics, and have a super powerful man at your control. Or leave my village, Annul are marriage and part ways with myself and the land of snow."
They sat in silence. As much love as they have for each other they always knew what they're marriage came down too. Power, and money.
"I would not be the leader that was promise. I could instead take on another wife and declare my lands neutral and stay out of any conflict and have said lunatic as far away from me as possible and not answer to no one." Brien responded.
Koyuki nodded.
"As you wish. As Damiyo of the land of snow I grant your request and would pardon you, and Hope that the land of trees pardons us for not foreseen something like this."
Brien nodded before getting up.
"My lady. I would be leaving today, and it was pleasure working with you." With that and half the council walked out with Brien.
Koyuki dismisses the rest of the council as tears began to roll down her cheeks.
"Damn you Naruto." She couldn't hold it as the person she loved most in the world walked out.
Brien frowned as he got into his carriage on the way back to his village.
"Naruto is to be marked as missing nin and we would help any village that try's to down him."
"But you just promised."
"I know what I promised. But I doubt Koyuki was as unknowing to this situation as she seemed. For all purposes the land of tree was humiliated and made a fool of under the care of the land of snow and we would cut all ties with them." Brien said as he sat in his carriage as a sinister smile came across his face.
'You would pay for this Naruto Uzumaki.'
Karin smiled as she felt the power wave.
"Finally, Naruto lets go."
Said Naruto looked up from his homework.
"Where are we going to meet you're father."
Naruto looked at her questionly.
"You said he was dead." Karin nodded.
"I have a feeling that's about to change. Come on before the guards close off the gates and start militarizing."
"Why would they do that?"
"Because my powerful friend I told you about is back, and he has a habit of blowing things up." Karin said with a smile as she packed her stuff and her kids stuff.
"How would we leave the village without being noticed.
Karin went through a couple hand signs before a scroll appeared standing over the scroll she brought her son close to her.
"Like this."
"Kai"
Naruto looked up from his seat on the small council chamber as Karin appeared quickly followed by Zabuza who carried two scrolls on him.
"What took you two so long?" Naruto said his eyes lingering on The kid for awhile.
"Whose the brat?"
"The kid you wanted." Naruto looked at him.
"He's gotten big."
"How would you know, you were gone for most of it."
Looking over at Zabuza who looked at him before trying to cleave him in half the blade flowing past him.
"Nice to meet you too."
"Just making sure it was you." Before tossing him the scrolls. Naruto opened hem and two bodies appeared one of Itachi who looked a little beat up and Haku who had a whole in her chest.
"They looked beat up."
"Sasuke" he only answered for Itachi. Naruto nodded before walking up to both of them and placing one hand on each of the their heads.
"Open sesame." Then just like that they came to life the wound on they're body, disappearing and two ninjas sat up.
"Naruto." Itachi said.
"In the flesh."
"Not you my son."
Said Naruto was looking at Itachi with his sharingan active.
Haku got up and looked around. Before smiling as she looked at Zabuza.
"What happened."
"You were stabbed through the chest trying to save me." Everyone sweet drop at his bluntness. Haku just smiled before turning around to bow her head to Naruto.
"Thank you for Saving us." Itachi stood up, and took a seat. Before His son disappeared.
"He's back at the hotel."
Naruto looked around before nodding.
"Looks like the bands back together, the village is being flooded again with the ninjas returning. And we are being blockade by the hidden mist." Naruto said the last part he said with a bitter undertone. The next moment they heard eleven blast coming from what felt around the world.
"You didn't."
"Already done." Naruto said each ship that was circling was now gone.
"You're back to minutes and you throw us into a war."
"Nope. I measured where they were and noticed they were two hundred nautical miles to close which means they were engaging in hostile territory which means they were declaring war which means I could blow them up with no worries as to them retaliating because a scroll explains my reason has been sent to them and the land of clouds."
"How do you know about the land of clouds?" Zabuza asked.
"Don't worry about that, I also managed to get out routes back by having ghost set up secret measures for if this ever happened. Right now we are receiving ravens with our old buisness partners agreeing to come back and work with us. Which means we're back in buisness, accounts are open, and may I say have swelled considerably since we weren't touching them. This makes us the third richest village behind the land of clouds of course the other two being Koyuki and Mei."
"But you own the land of snow." Naruto nodded.
"Exactly, which makes us the biggest threat in the elemental nations."
"But Koyuki was married."
Naruto shook his head.
"Can't be, I don't remember saying yes."
"You would make her leave the man she loves for you."
"I would kill any man that tries to touch her again, if she hasn't dismissed them already or offered him to be ruled by me."
"You're asking for a lot."
"Which is why, I received a scroll from said woman saying she is know a divorcee, and that she would have to remarry as soon as possible because of her elders and in order for her to keep her lands."
They frowned. This was different.
"Why the sudden change?"
Naruto raised his hand, which was now healed.
"Because we are not a village we are an empire."
"And the three tails owes me a fight."
They smirked at the end, yup still Naruto although a little more mature.
"What now?"
"I would be taking a more hands on approach, if thAts okay with you Zabuza I would be taking control of all the trinit."
Zabuza shrugged.
"Finally want to get you're hands dirty." Naruto nodded.
"We are back in business." Naruto said as he looked around.
"Also, does anyone have any food on them? I haven't ate in a while."
Sasuke stopped dead in his tracks.
"We're going back to the village." They all felt that and none of them questioned it.
Sorrow frowned.
"He's back."
Morn nodded as he sat his bath.
"Still can't engage."
"More waiting." Blood said as sat across from him.
Tobi nodded.
"Been wondering where you've been hiding."
"Mei our entire blockade fleet was just annihilated."
Mei was trying to fight the urge not to burn the whole place down. She was fuming just when she ordered them to get closer and to prepare to engage Asguard and finally take it. Now she just lost all the ships, all the men, and worst she couldn't do anything about it.
"Mei I'm sure we could figure something out." The raikage said as he leaned on the wall.
"Like what? By now konoha is sending envoys to tell us to stop all hostility against they're allies, while sending ambassadors to talk to Naruto. While Koyuki is by now divorced and back under the control of Naruto, which means you're bonds with the land of snow are now gone."
"It was born to happen eventually, they were already denying multiple patents and Koyuki was a no go on any alliances with us. Just happened sooner then expected." The raikage said with a shrug.
Mei frowned. She didn't know that.
"When were you planning to inform me of this?"
"Till after the wedding." Mei looked at him for a second before nodding.
"Now we are under attack by three villages and the brat has only been back for an hour. What now?"
The raikage looked at her.
"We get married, and you still have me and all my allies. And we hVe many more ships that we could send to Asguard, the Akaktsuki are a no show. And you are still one of the strongest villages with me following right behind. So right now it looks like two vs one and a half. So we are still in the lead. And if it comes to war we would be hard pressed to lose. These games just began just stay calm, if we play our cards right we might end this thing without one soldier-" he avoided the glob of lava.
"Anymore soldier dying."
"I betrayed the kid in the middle of a mission that I invited him too, while he was helping me." The Raikage nodded.
"No rules were broken, he was a wanted man. It was a decision any Kage would make."
"But what if he wants revenge?"
"If he comes for you, he'll have me to deal with. Plus Konoha has its own problems. And I doubt his first order of buisness would be war. No, right now we would be taking control and handling everything himself. My best advise is send an envoy, apologizing, explaining how you did nothing wrong and that if he ceases and not try to or destroy any more ships then we would be ignored and free to do as he pleases on the other side of the world."
Mei sighed as she sat down.
"Fine we play it you're way. Once we get married tomorrow, we would set up a meeting to meet in person."
"Unwise."
"Fine I'll send an envoy and when we responds we see where his mind is at."
"Now lets go to bed enough with the war talks, lets enjoy are last night as free men."
"Gladly." Mei whispered as she grabbed her jacket and followed her husband out. A small feeling of regret in her stomach. As she thought about the small smile Naruto gave her as she stabbed him the stomach.
His last words to her.
'Should've went for the kill.'
Two weeks later.
Naruto sat across from a very angry and red Koyuki. And what he meant by red was that she was wearing a bright red Kimono with red Sandler's and a red dress under it.
"So."
"Shut up." Koyuki said as she continued to write down on her scroll. Naruto sat in silence for what seemed like hours.
"So."
"Shut up. I'm almost done." With that she slammed her seal on the scroll before rolling it up and placing it to the side. She was about to pick up another one when Naruto caught her wrist.
"Koyuki let's talk."
"Talk about what, you disappearing for years coming back taking my husband away, and declaring yourself in control of everything."
"Yes."
"What's there to talk about, if I don't do as you say you might kill me."
"You know me better then that."
"I also know that you're a stranger now. If you haven't noticed Naruto it's been years, I moved on. Everyone did. And then you come back and act like nothing happened. Everyone is more then a little pissed off at you." Koyuki finished as she snatched her wrist away.
"You're right." She looked surprise she was expecting an explanation. This seemed to further anger her as she fumes before picking up another scroll and began to jot down notes.
"Are we going to get married."
"If you know what's good for you, you'll be at the alter by tomorrow and have a kid in me by next week."
"Is that what you want." Koyuki stopped writing and looked at him.
"If I say yes, would you do that. In that order."
"If that would make you stop ignoring me. Then yes." Koyuki thought it over before nodding.
"So you're listening now. That's a plus."
Naruto ignored the jab and nodded.
"So it's settled we'll be married tomorrow and you'll have my heir in due time."
"By next week."
"In due time." Naruto said the last part glaring at her. Koyuki nodded before continuing to work.
"Why are you here anyways." Koyuki asked.
"I need you to report-" he caught a scroll.
"Everything that has happened in the last two years. Including all information I have on the hidden mist and cloud."
"And you're thoughts."
"Leave it in the past. I already paid lady Mei for you're little mishaps." Naruto looked at her.
"Don't be angry, it was only thirteen million. I used the train budget to pay it." Koyuki said as she continued to write down on her scroll.
"You've been busy."
"Ghost."
"Ah. That explains it. Well if that's all I'll be taking my leave."
"You sir won't be going anywhere. You are my new husband, which means you can not leave this village as I can't. Which means this is you're new place of operations, which means, you are now a loving husband that replaces the old one."
Naruto sat back down.
"Asguard-"
" a terrible place for you too be. Too frequently attacked and to close to you're enemies. The land of snow, is Perfect far away and no one daring enough to attack the place that feeds them."
"But I would be the one in charge of everything."
"Fitting since my last husband. Was the one doing exactly what you say so distastefully."
"And you would be doing?"
"I would go back to be a nice wife that visits her husband at work and spend her days at her home."
"I'm guessing this is a final decision."
"Final."
"Fine." Naruto said as he sent a scroll to tell Zabuza of his new position.
"I'm guessing you're letting Zabuza control Asguard."
"Bad idea?"
"I mean he drove it into the ground while you were gone. The only village that couldn't survive without you."
"Matters little now."
"That's what you said before you disappeared."
"Was it?"
"I wouldn't know it was so long ago."
With that Koyuki got up and walked out.
"Now get to work. I'll be waiting for you tonight, please don't keep me waiting. The guards will inform you when your shift is over, and they would wake you up when you need to come back."
"We won't share the same bed."
"Not until in due time you are ready to grow up and give me a heir."
"Next week then."
Koyuki shrugged.
"I'm glad you are being so nice." With that she walked out.
Naruto sat into his seat. He noticed the last words on the scroll.
"I'm glad your back."
He heard a yell from outside the door.
He smirked before he picked up a scroll. The mist village. Asking for patents on boats. Asking price thirty five million. To be paid immediately if approved. Also asking for a cease fire with Asguard and promising not to further they're pursuit of Naruto Uzumaki.
He thought it over before signing it. He approved it using his signature.
'More ships for me to blow up.'
He read the next scroll. Konoha.
Asking for patents on almost everything. It seemed Koyuki has denied every other request.
He thought it over, before approving patents on the train system. Everything else he tried not to approve as they could be a little catastrophic to his empire.
then came a scroll from the Land of tree. Marking Naruto Uzumaki a missing nin, asking for reparations, and demanding a explanation as to why this happened and also asking for a private council with said missing nin. He looked at the bottum to see it was already signed by Koyuki.
'That's nice of her.'
Picking up another scroll.
Information on everything that had to do with the snow village. It looked to be at least ninety pages long.
'This is going to take a while.'
