"Uhh". _

Swallowing back a wave of nausea, I sit up from my sofa and headed to the kitchen to get some medicine. Now perhaps I was still groggy but my carpet felt wet and an earthy scent was lingering about. Allowing my eyes to adjust to the light brought me to the realization, I was out in the middle of a forest. _

"Okay, hold up. Ju...just sleep walking, I was just sleep walking. Into the woods." This attempt at some logical thought was swiftly ended as I turn back to my worn sofa half laying on a log. I came to the only solution. _

"Alien abduction.", I cursed. _

I patted myself check for any injuries, burns, or metallic implants. While I didn't find anything severe, I did find some loose change, an ID of sorts, and a metal marble. The ID wasn't the one I normally had yet it had my name, height, age, hair and eye color, and some home town called Aspertia. The loose change was also not the quarters and dimes I was used to but an elongated coin with a 'P' etched in. The last of my processions was the metal marble which had a button to click with, the clicking was nice I will admit. _

Puzzled from my finds I walked back to the couch to find anything else I may have. This was a mistake for as I got closer something red was crawling on it. Normally one would either swat the critter or grab it and place it elsewhere. _

This was the size of my forearm. _

"Nope!", I shouted as the giant caterpillar with very sharp horns locked eyes with mine. Needless to say that I ran as soon as more began crawling out of the crevices. _

"This has got to be a dream.", I repeatedly muttered as I headed anywhere else. _

Running for the last few minutes may as well been hours since the scenery has been nothing but trees, shrubs, and more trees. Luckily I haven't stumbled across those overgrown insects again. Stitches at my side forced me to stop running. _

"So not cool.", I said between breaths. As I gathered my thoughts, the forest began to erupt with noise. Shrieks and howls echoed through the trees causing me to fall back into a log. I prepared myself for what was to come, feeling a growing moisture from my pants, yet nothing came. Lifting myself up, I checked my pants and noticed it wasn't soiled but the remains of crushed fruit, a nervous chuckle left my lips. _

"Buuuuuuun!" _

I whipped my head towards a brown, strange rabbit huffing while holding more some kind of fruit. The overgrown bugs were one thing but this oddly proportioned rabbit appeared harmless enough. Holding my palms to it as I softly spoke, "Sorry, was that yours? Look I can..." _

I'm not sure what hit me first, the realization I was trying to talk to a rabbit or said rabbit launching itself at me. We both tumbled to the ground as the rabbit thing began to scratch at me. Though I was winded from the earlier blow, as well as the running, I managed to toss the vermin off me and tried to regain my footing. _

"Bun, buuun!", came another shout as the rabbit launched itself again. _

I ducked in time for the attack to miss, which made the little rabbit cry out as it crashed into a tree. Unfortunately this didn't slow down the rabbit who prepared yet another tackle. I searched my pocket and threw the loose change hitting the rabbit, it didn't stop the rabbit rather enraging it. The next tackle forced me to the ground again as the rabbit wailed on me. Using one arm to protect my face I dug out some dirt and tossed it at the assaulter's face. _

Once more I threw the vermin off some distance away. Undeterred the rabbit stood up, panting as heavily as I, and glared through the dirt caked on its face. I reached for the metal marble, having hoping in this last line of defense, and the rabbit charged forward. I threw the metal marble as hard as I could. The marble then grew in size and slammed into the rabbit as a large flash made me wince. _

Hearing a loud click, I opened my eyes to view nothing as if the rabbit was never their. The metal marble became the size of a baseball and laid where the rabbit once was. I reached out only to collapse from exhaustion. _

"Where in the world am I?", I whimpered before zoning out. _

The stinging from my cuts jolted me awake. The sun was nearly set, the metal ball was still there, and my hunger made its presence known. I notice the fruit that the rabbit had earlier and made my way to it. I grapped it and gave it a test squeeze. Firm yet spongy, if that was a thing, and against better judgement about eating unknown foods I took a bite. _

The fruit's juices soothed my throat and oddly enough lessen the stinging. A rustle broke me from the heart fruit. I turned to see the metal ball moving to and fro. Cautiously, I stepped closer and stopped arms length from the ball. Touching it cause a flash of light and once more the rabbit appeared before me. Stumbling back from its glare, I remembered the fruit and handed what was left to it. _

"Uh truce?", I weakly said. _

The rabbit continued to glare as it walked forth and snatched the fruit from my hands, "Ear." _

"Um you know," I started as the rabbit dugged into its meal, "I am sorry about the hold fruit thing. So let's start over, yeah?" _

The rabbit finished it meal then beat its chest bellowing out, "Buneary!" _

I can only imagine that it was stating its name so I followed suit. Pounding a fist to my chest, which made me wheeze a bit, "I'm Zackary, or just Zack for short." _

I stood up and dusted off my clothes, "You know It's getting pretty late so I think we should start gathering berries tomorrow miss." _

Buneary glare at me again and began stomping at the ground. _

"Mister...right." _

Buneary huffed again and proceed to the downed log. Kicking away at some branches revealed even more fruit of various sizes and colors. Buneary dug out a large berry and threw it towards me. I'm a bit ashamed to admit that it slipped from my fingers and split open on the ground. I picked up the fruit and began to eat from it, surely this fruit was quite filling indeed. Buneary snickered as it ate from the stockpile of berries leaving me to take a closer look at the metal ball. Wiping off the dirt showed that there was a letter on the ball that I couldn't see when it was marble size. _

"M?", I said as a recognizable letter shined in the setting sun. _
