Avatar Korra has arrived in Republic City, ready to carry out her duty as the Avatar. However, among the threats born within her world, including the rising threat of the Equalists, a Dark threat once lost rises again to shroud existence into shadows. However, rising from this threat is an ally that chooses to help the Bridge between worlds. Will they succeed, or fated for defeat?

Yen Sid informs Sora of a world being invaded by the Heartless, that he must travel to and protect. Meanwhile, Korra arrives in Republic City and must deal with a new threat of mysterious dark monsters who won't seem to go away.

Now out in the World, Avatar Korra is in Republic City and ready to fight the forces that threaten the world. However, while this is occurring, a boy named Kuro, one of thirteen pieces of Darkness that made up the original, ultimate key, finds himself in Republic City, ready to help her and to fight against his kin, who are plotting to help the very forces Korra must fight against.

When avatar Korra was a little girl she had dreams about a boy with a key shaped sword. Years later after she defeated Amon she meets that same boy in person.
