3 Months Later

I will always be yours.

Honor and truth.

The news of Peyton and Julian's daughter's birth. Was in the news cycle for days. When it happened. And i was relieved for her to have something more important then the drama and past to focus on. And i was happy for Julian. He did love her and wanted to be a father.

At 37 weeks. Brooke was 9 months into her pregnancy now.

Given the fact that she was pregnant with twins. This was considered. Full term and she could go into labor at any moment.

The babies were the size of two canary melons.

Ultrasound scans were safely put away in a baby book. Framed photos from Ethan's 6th birthday party on the walls. Along with snapshots from the couple's maternity shoot.

Brooke had been on official bedrest for some time now.

Which meant Lucas fully took over everything that needed to be done. With the house and Ethan while making sure Brooke and the babies got what they needed.

Karen had meals prepared and labeled in the fridge for the family. Along with dessert. The friend group were prepared to watch over the Ethan and provide help with the babies when it was needed.

"These babies are being stubborn. I'm ready to meet them and get out of this bed." Brooke announced.

Lucas kissed her softly. Putting his hand on her belly.

"I want you relaxed and calm. Ethan will be staying with aunt Rachel. While we're at the hospital." Lucas reminded her.

"What do think they will be like?" Brooke asked.

"They will have you're love of fashion. I think one of them will love reading or basketball if not both. If they take after you. I'll be overjoyed." Lucas proclaimed.

"There are Scott qualities i want them to have."

"I know you will be the most incredible father. I see how you are with Ethan. You're a natural."

"I need to tell you. My doctor said the risk is more serious then i let on. She said. It could come down to me or the babies." Brooke announced.

Lucas swallowed hard. The color draining from his face.

"You should of told me this. I had a right to know." Lucas exclaimed.

"I know i just didn't want you to worry and stress. We had enough going on. I told her i wanted the babies to be saved if it came down to having to choose." Brooke announced.

Lucas stared up at her wide eyed.

"No! I can't. You. I don't want that." Lucas replied.

"I know that if the worst happens. I can some peace knowing."

"You and our kids will have each other."

"I love you. You are the love of my life." Brooke stated matter of fact.

Lucas couldn't listen to anymore of this.

Just hours later. Brooke went into labor. With their second son and daughter.
