"Looking back on it. I wanted to help her. Save her."
"Maybe i just couldn't set the proper boundaries. Really i set it motion."
"When ended up happening. The after effect. It all started once i opened that door." Lucas admitted. Letting out a frustrated sigh.
The therapist wrote down his notes. "She had a plan in mind. And getting you to see her as new and improved was part of that." He replied.

Months Later
Brenda and Brendan turning a year old. Brought together our family and friends which is exactly what we needed.
"So you and Rachel are back together." Brooke announced.
Mouth smiled. "I don't want to put a label on it. We're figuring things out." He replied.
"She loves you. She always has. She just has hard time being open about it." Brooke stated matter of fact.
Ethan was recording videos of his own. After taking his dad's enough times. Lucas bought Ethan his home at a vintage shop in town. He was recording anything he thought was important.
Brooke smiled lovingly at the twins. Who were the stars of the night.
She loved watching them really start to bring forward their personalities. Even though there was alot of growing and changing to do.

"I'm not Brooke's close friend. I'm friends with you too." Rachel proclaimed. Announcing her presence. When she entered the backyard.
"Hi Rach. What can i do for you.?" Lucas asked.
"Look Brooke is my closest friend. I don't use that word lightly."
"Naley are 4 kids in. Going on whatever year of marriage."
"You and Brooke. I'm conccerned." Rachel admitted.
"She's consumed with the kids her you're relationship is a priority to her. She loves you Lucas. She is fully devoted to you." Rachel added in.
"Is that why she needed a therapist to admit that she was pushing me away and keeping me at arms length?"
"Brooke got what she wanted from me. She wanted a baby. I gave her two. I've never not shown up for my family." Lucas stated matter of fact.
"Does she know you and Peyton are friends again.?" Rachel asked.
"I can't have friends.?" Lucas replied.
