"Before any of this started. Peyton and I had conversation you don't know about she made it clear. She came back to town for you. And i swore to her and meant you were doing me a favor. Nothing more would come of it." Brooke explained.
"Are you saying you regret it.?" Lucas asked. As the entered the entryway.
"No. I wouldn't say that. I couldn't not even a little."
"It lead to us falling back in love. And having this family."
"That was my dream. That hasn't changed." Brooke replied.
"Falling in love with you all over again is the best thing that's ever happened to me. Next to having this family."
"I know we lost each other somewhere along the way. But we can fix this. We both have to want it and be willing to fight for it." Lucas insisted.
"Haven't we been fighting for months now. For this relationship. Yet we're still here." Brooke replied. As she went upstairs.

Days later
"Momma are you okay.?" Ethan asked. As she drove him to school that morning.
"Why would you ask me that sweetheart?" Brooke asked. As she parked along with the other parents in carpool.
"I heard you crying." He replied.
Brooke put a smile on her face. "Nothing for you to worry about honey. Have a great day. Learn alot. I love you." She replied.
Ethan unbuckled his seatbelt and hugged her tightly.
"I'm sorry you're sad momma. I want you to be again." Ethan replied. Before leaving the car.
Brooke took a deep herself and started to drive again.
She found herself at her therapist office for a earlier scheduled appointment. Work could wait.
"I knew you and you're husband were having problems but divorce feels so final and impulsive which isn't Lucas according to you." The therapist explained. Looking to Brooke.
Claire was married and had 2 girls and a boy. She had met her husband a handful of times.
"I wasn't expecting that i thought he would suggest separation or counseling. He wants to leave me. They kissed. I told you that."
"I'm holding on to our life and marriage but how we can saved if i feel like only i want it.?"
"It takes two people to kiss. He has to feel something for her." Brooke insisted.
"What Peyton and Lucas share is a trauma bond." The therapist announce.
"That has nothing to do with romance." She clarified.

"You wait until you're marriage is near collapse to clue me in."
"Lucas you and Brooke have gone through too much and build that beautiful family. Do you really just want to walk away and break that apart.?" Haley asked.
As the two had lunch at Karen's later on that day.
"I am willing to do anything it takes. I had no real life before Brooke and our kids. They mean everything to me." Lucas said.
