When Peyton got back to her home she was stunned to see Julian on her porch.
(Have you suddenly remembered you have a daughter?) Peyton asked.
(Did you forget that you've been keeping me from her?) Julian replied.
(The school called me. How and why are you allowing our daughter to be a bully?) Julian added in.
(I don't owe you anything especially answers.) Peyton replied.
(I've been thinking I've missed out on enough of Ellie 's life.)
(I don't want to miss anymore. Alex and I have been married for two years now. We're living in LA. I make movies she's an actress.)
(Why can't we share custody of let me have her for a few months. You get a break?) Julian suggested.
(We're fine. My daughter isn't going anywhere.) Peyton replied.
(I let you run this whole situation because I thought you had her best interest at heart. She's bullying that Scott girl. Which means you're more fixated on Lucas then I ever realized. I loved you Peyton. But I wasn't Lucas so it didn't matter.)
(You're using our daughter as a tool to hurt Brooke. And Lucas for not choosing you.)
(That's wrong. And I'm waiting on the sidelines anymore. I'm taking my daughter and we're going to be in LA. I have rights too.)
(I love her too.) Julian said.
(What happened? Alex is unable to give you a baby so you have returned for you're back up kid?) Peyton asked.
(I don't want to fight you for custody but I will. You need to find a way to heal and move on. Or you won't have access to our daughter at all.) Julian stated matter of fact.
(You wouldn't do that take her from me. She needs me.) Peyton proclaimed.
(A stable loving home. Alex is having our child soon. I have a room waiting for Ellie.)
(We'll talk through our lawyers since we can't be civil.) Julian announced.
For the first time she had nothing more to say.

Weeks Later
Brooke smiled as she watched her boys play on the roof of her store.
Brenda was too nevous to play up here. She was afraid of heights.
The teachers have been keeping us updated and Ellie has been leaving Brenda alone.
And since then their daughter was thriving making friends wanting to join after school activities.
It's been such a relief. Me and Lucas have been spending more time together.
With the kids and just on our own. We missed hanging out together creating memories.

Rachel smiled at herself in mirror. She never thought she would actually look forward to seeing her stomach poke out.
Mouth wrapped his arms around her.
She gazed up at him. Kissing him gently.
Mouth snapped a picture of her. He loved her like this. Sweet and open.
Bed head. No make up.
The version of her he got in these moments were special.
