The woman had responded with a date and time location to meet with Ethan in a new shorter letter. The new couple showed up exactly where she planned to meet him once all the kids were at school.
They recognized her from the pictures she had included in the first letter.
She had Ethan 's brown eyes and same hair. Beside her must have been his father.
The man had the same peaches and cream complexion. And the same features Ethan had.
Lucas and Brooke walked over hand and hand. Taking seats across from them.
(Instead of Ethan you have us. So what exactly do either of you want.?) Brooke asked.
