This is a short prequel of sorts to my other strike witches story "Angels and Soldiers" which follows up the 501st JFW in the battle of the bulge. Sanya v. Litvyak and Erica Hartmann find themselves lost after a pitch battle against the Neuroi and must struggle for survival in a world much alike their own, however one which is also so very different.

Shot down, forgotten, abandoned... Several witches get stranded in Neuroi occupied Karlsland. They must work together to escape or survive until they are found. If they are ever found. This fiction focuses mainly on OCs but official characters will make appearances. (December 2020: Note for returning readers: Ch 1-3 were rewritten with 2 & 3 being major rewrites.)
